This is funding proposal for Dash Platform Wallet Desktop for March 2026 within pshenmic.dev DFO.

General

Hello, this is funding proposal for a Dash Platform Wallet Desktop, a new desktop wallet supporting both
Core and Platform Dash chains. The design and internal structure of the application is going to be based
on the Dash Platform Extension, the same UI/UX, shared components and common code base.

As I mentioned in previous proposal, the new desktop wallet application is going to feature:

• Core and Platform chain supports
• Mac, Linux, Windows support
• Standalone application (SPV wallet mode)
• Future support of many Dash features

In the last month, we have done a quite backend and frontend work on this project, bootstrapped the
application, gotten the basic structure and screens, now heading towards the syncing of the wallets to work.
The frontend work is going pretty fast, however there a lot of work in the backend side of the application.

Plan

The major goal for the next month is to release first dev wallet app version, and achieve the successful
synchronization of the wallet in the Core chain. 

• First build on the GitHub (Mac, Win, Linux)
• Wallet creation and Home Screen
• Syncing of the Dash Core chain (SPV)

Budget

The budget for the next month is 240 DASH, it includes a reserve for a designs, and existing work already
done and a funds for a next features.
