This is funding proposal for pshenmic.dev DFO Operations April 2026 .

General

Hello MNOs, it was very productive month for the team, we was able
to make first MVP versions of new Dash Explorer (Core), Desktop Wallet,
and there was a huge improvements in the SDKs.

More details about progress and scope for each of these project can be
read in proposal details.Let me share updates on the other project as well

Dash Electrum

We have released a new stable version of Dash Electrum, it introduces several
changes we did last month:

• Evonode registration
• Dust filter option on send
• Syncing issues fix (for specific Evonode ProTx transactions)
• Improved unit tests

It should be now possible to register an Evonode via Dash Electrum, this is an
experimental feature and I would kindly appreciate the testing it. Let me know if
you face any issues, we have got a successful registration but there could be more
ongoing issues.

Dust filter option have been introduced on a Send screen, it will filter out an UTXOs
below threshold (configurable in the settings)

Dash.org Website

Everything is going very good with website, we have already rewritten
approximately 60% of the website static content, in two weeks we should finish rewriting
two last sections Developers and Community. We actually going faster than expected,
and should finish coding frontend very soon. 

There are some pages missing on the design, including Blog and admin panel, plus several
pages not yet redesigned, we will finish that in the next month.

There is enough budget in the reserve for this project for next month, funding proposal for
this proposal is skipped in this cycle.

Platform Explorer

We have done the transaction details for new Dash Platform v3.0 transactions, and right now
working on the new platform addresses, we already prepared the backend API for it, we will
code the frontend soon, and it should become available in the next week.

We still have a lot of unmerged work on this project and available reserve, we are going to work
on these, the funding for this project is also skipped.

This cycle, our team have 4 proposals, totalling 850 DASH:

• Operations (250 DASH)
• Dash Platform Wallet (Browser Extension) (200 DASH)
• Dash Platform Wallet (Desktop App) (200 DASH)
• DashScan (200 DASH)

Budget (this proposal)

This proposal covers the team management and an infrastructure costs
compensation for our team and a reserve top up.
