This is funding proposal for Dashscan within pshenmic.dev for May 2026.

Progress

Last month we successfully deployed the first version of Dashscan in the
mainnet, which featured blocks, transactions, and a home page.

Unfortunately we have ran into synchronisation issues on the mainnet
network, there is really a lot of blockchain data that must be parsed and
inserted in the database, it couldn’t even get to the tip on mainnet (possibly
of the lower hardware specs where we are running too), and we had to
make a lot of efforts on optimizing it.

Fortunately, it worked, a lot has been done to improve the efficiency of the
initial sync up from the first block, query costs and other backend improvements.
Now everything syncs up in a couple of days, and we should not have such issues
anymore.

We have been working on designs a lot with Ermakow, moving the Figma mocks,
trying to expand and add all of the important Dash details and statistics, there
will be a lot of interesting data such as masternode revenue, CoinJoin statistics,
not forgetting about visual part which gets better with each version. 

Frontend received two new big pages, it is masternodes (with masternode details)
and DAO section (which lists current network proposals).

Plan

The project is going pretty good so far and hopefully it will not take too much time
to achieve feature-completion. It is already showing quite enough details, but we
would like to expand details and statistics as much as possible, including usage,
fees, revenue and network stats

We already have the most of the pages coded on frontend, but it is missing a lot
of tiny details (just a needed that much of the backend APIs), and only address details is
missing as a major feature, that we will deliver in the next week.

My estimation that in next month we will have all the minimal functionality already
working, and we can finally reduce the ask for this project.

Budget
The proposal funding request for this project is 200 DASH, the approximate split is:

100 DASH Frontend
30 DASH Designs
70 DASH Backend
