This proposal funds our monthly rent and general liability insurance for our occupancy at our new offices in Scottsdale, Arizona. We will be moving into our new space February 1st. The February occupancy period was previously funded. The February budget cycle will fund the March occupancy period. How would you prefer to have a public presence for people to look at when they are looking for info about Dash? Or are you arguing that Dash shouldn't have a public presence like this proposal at all and we should focus on purely online presence? The site we are typing this on represents a level of centralization to begin with, I guess I just don't really see the difference between this website and an office in terms of centralization, this site certainly holds more keys to the control of the network than any physical office would.

First, all multi-month proposals reset on February 5th with the deployment of 12.1. Second, monthly proposals allow the core team to adjust the budget more quickly in response to exchange rate changes. We will eventually have more flexibility with 12.1 on how to manage ongoing proposals like this one.
