After 2 years of voting the numbers, the amount to be given to the Dash-Encointer community has been stabilized and decided to be 26 Dash per month (according to both the mean and the median average) . So I am asking 26 Dash per month, to be given as basic income to all the Dash-Encointer members (as of 2/Jun/2025 we have 133 members and keep growing).
Any Dash community member is encouraged to download the Encointer wallet, become a Dash-Encointer member, participate to any Dash-Encointer meeting worldwide, examine their procedures and benefit from them. And of course is also encouraged to bootstrap a new local Dash-Encointer community in his/her home town in order to incentivize local Dash members to meet each other, to establish bonds of trust and thus to directly transact in Dash without being audited or taxed by the local government. Dash will start circulate that way, and will become a real coin, rather than a stock in the crypto market. We strongly recommend the Dash masternodes to participate at least once in any local Encointer meeting worldwide, in order to receive their Dash basic income and find out that their vote is not in vain.
This proposal lasts 24 months. Treat this proposal as a supplemental, thus at the end of every month you may review your vote by taking into account the other proposals, the relevant Encointer numerical vote and the number of the Encointer members. In the case that within the next 24 months either the numerical vote or the number of Encointer members changes dramatically, then a corrective supplemental Encointer proposal will be added that will either ask for more Dash, or burn some Dash.
If this propocal is voted, the below video will be published to the Dash-Encointer members, in order for them to be informed on how to create a Dash wallet, become Dash community members and receive their basic income. The mnowatch and Encointer developers will write the appropriate code, so that the distribution of the basic income will be fully auditable in the Dash and Kusama blockchains.
