Proposal description

The light client software electrum allows users to access the network without having to download the entire blockchain, but this requires hosting servers that provide the service. We don’t have a very robust setup for this currently, and the infrastructure needs a good deal of work to improve redundancy. We’ve made a deal with Rob Nelson from mazaclub to help. For 45.80D per month, he will upkeep three redundant installations with the freshest software and keep our network humming.

Thanks everyone for voting & making this happen! We currently have 3 new loadbalanced electrum-dash servers online. This network is highly scalable, and ready to expand to meet demand. Ready-to-Use "forged' databases are available via IPFS for others who'd like to run electrum-dash servers, as automation is finalized, the DB will be produced weekly. IPFS web gateways are also provided to ensure wide availability of forged data. As we get all the recent dev worked pushed, we'll have new Docker images, systemd unit files, Rancher/Docker-Compose files, and scripts so anyone else can easily run their own. We'll work out final details (like proper dash.org DNS for servers and such) in the next few days, and get more info posted up to dashtalk. Thanks again!! :)

Hey, cool it with the caps-lock, will you?

Also, did you notice that the request was for 46 dash? And sofware does require regular maintenance, which is often difficult to specify. Sure, a *little* effort would be welcome here, but... Yeah, cool it with the caps.

I am sure this is only a test proposal: testing if our community is "maturing", or if it is still dependent on blind trust.

No title and no description, really? Also, I love you Evan, but can we make proposals at least a month ahead of time so that we can make sound decisions with all information in front of us, especially if it's not an emergency? Thank you ::hugs::
