Proposal description

This is a cross-post from Dash Forum here.

Recently, our business development lead Daniel established a relationship with the management team at KeepKey, LLC, a hardware wallet manufacturer providing similar functionality to a Trezor device. KeepKey has agreed to provide our developers and testers two KeepKey devices to allow us to integrate KeepKey support into Dash's Electrum wallet.

What is the funding for?
Mazaclub has agreed to develop the solution for $800 USD, which includes the development, testing, and one month hypercare and bug fixing. Mazaclub is the same firm that developed our soon-to-be-released Trezor-supported version of Electrum. Just as with that project, the project will include all masternode functionality. Project delivery is expected in June.

We already have Trezor. Why do we need another hardware wallet provider?
In keeping with the philosophy that we are partner-agnostic and want to provide choices to our users, we felt this was an important addition to the ecosystem. Since the solution for the Trezor device is already built, the incremental cost for this integration is also much less costly.

Requested funding is as follows for the June 6th budget cycle:
Total: 104.01 Dash

Exchange rate risk is carried only by Mazaclub and not by the network.

Will this proposal likely be followed by another for maintenance, the way the Trezor one was, or does this one include all the necessary maintenance? Thanks.

n00bkid... per above "includes the development, testing, and one month hypercare and bug fixing". So maintenance is included in this one.

As we have still some unallocated funds in our June budget and this budget proposal has benefits for Dash, you will have my yes votes.
