Please note Proposal owners last post here is also 4 months old.

Everyone voting on this should have read the DashWatch reports which indicate that the university in question became non-cooperative with the proposal owner months ago. Meaning that this should have been voted down months ago. It's a small bleed, but it's time to stop it.

I think we need to stop all speculative marketing because of the crash. We need to focus on paying bills more and placing bets less. I want people who have done previous marketing and educating work to be compensated (if they haven't been already), but I don't want that to be misunderstood by them as a mandate to do more sales. The asking price should be IMO proportional the the observable, measurable benefit to the network. In short I want to see invoices and claims, not promises and plans.

Project seems to be under levering from my point of view, changing my votes to No, money is at any rate better spend at other projects

With 'University' especially - I scanned this proposal for toxic postmodernist/Marxist/Intersectional feminist language and found none.
