This proposal coordinated with Russian team and Alex-ru personally.
"He has organised several Dash presentations and Video-interviews, he is managing one of the popular Dash Ru-Internet-site, he helps us with English-Russian translations and writes Dash-related articles. It will be my pleasure to support his new initiatives. "(Ñ) Alex-ru
Why digix.club is so interesting for Dash-community? Digix.club provides interesting and up to date information about Dash. Regular articles to actual topics. Our goal is to be No. 1 high-quality information source about Dash in Russian language. We are publishing more than half (!!!!!) of all Russian information about Dash now.
More than year I do everything by my own (check ru-dash forum link). It's time to expand now and I need help for it.
Budget: 25 dash per month for 3 month.
It will cost less than 0,5% of all budget, but it's very important for ALL Russian speaking community.
What will I do:
1.1. Writer/translator hire (already have candidates, we can start expand very fast!)
1.2. New site engine
1.3. New design (The price includes logo, style, website design and image pack for preview (just like cointelegraph.com or forklog.com)).
1.4. Some trade analytics
1.5. Prototype for mobile app (android first)
1.6 Prototype for Multilanguage platform
Preliminary cost estimate:
0. Proposal cost - 5 dash.
1. Designer for website and pictures – about 1000$
2. Programmer for outsourcing for three months – about 2100$
3. Articles, interviews, translations, interesting stuff – about 1500$
4. Unexpected expenses – from 400$.
5. News aggregator – from 200$
6. Prototype for mobile app – from 1000$
7. Prototype for Multilanguage planform – from 1000$
If Dash’s average price will be 75$, I’ll do 1…5 positions.
If Dash’s average price will be 100$ I’ll do 1…7 positions.
If Dash’s average price will be more than 125$, I’ll try to create high-quality mobile app.
If Dash’s average price will be less than 50$... Well, I’ll pay by myself and complete 1…5 positions anyway!
My goals for 3 months:
1. More than 500 average unique visitors and more than 1500 average views in a day (I want better: 500 visitors and 3000 views)
2. Support most of dash’s events on Russian speaking community.
3. High-quality site engine and design.
4. More than 10 posts per week.
5. Prototype for mobile app and for prototype Multilanguage platform
Up to date high-quality information is very important. I'll do it, and it will be available on various devices.
As I said, it is very important to all (!!!) CIS community. There is no Dash oriented resource except this one.

Clubs call to 'membership' which is the bread and butter of the MLM industry.
I have voted Yes and will be watching for good work, please consider the domain change as well.

1000$ is a preliminary cost. The price includes logo, style, website design and image pack for preview (just like cointelegraph.com or forklog.com).
