Using an escrow payment system will avoid any type of scam or misinterpretation between the people that is making the transaction; therefore, it will give greater security to the system and reliability to the work process, eliminating the fear of freelancer in the hiring process.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION


The project will focus on the creation of a web platform called Huitpro, whose main objective is the exchange of services or products between companies, startups and freelancers, forming an ecosystem where people can work together to carry out their projects. The main benefit and difference that HUITPRO presents with respect to other similar pages is that the users of the platform can use Dash as a payment method, a decentralized cryptocurrency whose disbursement or receipt of money transactions is done quickly and safely thanks to its instant send and private send system.

The first services that will be offered will be:

    • Translations and transcripts.
    • Graphic design.
    • Digital marketing.
    • Programming and technology.
    • Business.
    • Animations and music.





WEB PORTAL OPERATION

The operation of the freelance platform is based on three important pillars, the escrow system, the dispute system and Dash transactions. In addition, the participation of every part of the transaction in the platform.

Escrow system

It consists of a procedure where a deposit guarantee is generated in to guarantee payment. The following steps must be performed:
1. The user who hires a service (the client), publishes on the website the project he wants to carry out.
2. Then, the client receives different proposals of freelancer talents and he chooses one to do his project.
3. When a work proposal is chosen, a Dash transfer to the platform is made, which means that the client makes a deposit in advance of the payment and therefore the money is reserved through a third party, that is, Huitpro.
4. Once the work is done satisfactorily and the project owner accepts it, he will release the payment and transfer the Dash payment to the freelancer. This avoids any kind of misunderstanding and mistrust between the client and the performer.
Some of the advantages that this system brings for the client are the following:
•        Guarantees that you will receive the requested service.
•        Eliminates the distrust of giving an advance to a freelancer without obtaining the requested service.
•        If the requested service does not meet expectations, a dispute process may be requested where the client can obtain a refund of the payment and may hire another freelancer.
Also, the freelancer has several significant advantages during the process, such as the following:

•         Guarantees that the payment is safe and secure.
•         Guarantees that the payment is delivered on time when the project is fully completed.
•         Allows remote work to be reliable.
•         The dispute system will allow the freelancer to defend his work in case the client does not approve it.

Dispute System

Disputes are complaint mechanisms associated with a service, allow the resolution of claims made by both the client and the freelancer and are managed only by the super administrator or system administrators.
Characteristics of a dispute

It is understood as a dispute to the process of reviewing a service in case of a possible breach of terms between the client and the freelance. To start the process, any of the users can request the opening of the dispute process. The following is described:

·        A dispute request is generated; both the client and the freelancer have the right to make the request. Subsequently, it is necessary to fill a dispute form, which contains all the relevant information of the additional service to an explanatory message about the reason for the request.
·        Access to the buy-sell chat between the client and the freelancer is allowed by the system administrators.
·        A 24-hour period is open for the two people involved to reconcile documents and information associated with the execution of the service: Deliverables, execution times, approved standards, etc. This information is required by email.
·        There should be no direct communication between the dispute managers and the users of the platform.
·        When applied to the dispute, a preventive time is applied, initially 24 hours, if one of the people does not send their information within that period, automatically resigns from their right to dispute and lose.
·        Common problems within the dispute form include: Plagiarism, agreed quality standard, amount of work delivered.
·        The dispute can be mounted at any stage of the project. A maximum of three disputes per service will be allowed, if more than three requests are reached, the service is automatically canceled.
·        During the time of dispute resolution, the seller may continue with the delivery of his product or service, even being able to reach the total delivery of the same. However, if the dispute time is over, and the pending totality is not delivered, the seller finally loses the opportunity to win the dispute or receive corresponding payment.
·        Dispute states: Requested, under review, processed.
·        A dispute management module is necessary for administrators. Users may review their previous disputes and their resolutions; however, they may not handle requests made in any way.
Dash Transactions
They involve any Dash cryptocurrency transaction that occurs associated with the hiring of a service. These transactions are registered in the Dash blockchain, and must be additionally registered in the system for management and monitoring.All transactions are mediated by the super administrator and system administrators, this means that no client or freelance must make transactions directly between them; in that case, the system is not responsible for the money committed during the transaction.




TRANSACTION CHARACTERISTICS


Transaction is considered to be any monetary exchange made between users and system administrators. Every transaction between client and freelance must have the system administrators as an intermediary. The process is the following:
1.      The client makes a transfer to the system wallet
2.      The administrator (s) confirms receipt of payment
3.      The administrator (s) makes a payment to the client or to the freelancer in the case of being a satisfactory or unsatisfactory service, respectively.
A transaction management and monitoring window is necessary for both the user and the administrator. This window will simply extract information from the Dash blockchain and display the relevant data in a grouped and orderly manner, these are:

•         Extra percentage associated.
•         Origin.
•         Destination.
•         Rode.
•         Date that was made.
•         Associated Service.
•         User Features.

There are two general classifications of users for the system: By role and by level. The classification by role specifies which one is the function that the user fulfills within the system’s Marketplace; while the classification by level specifies the function of the users within the system, and defines the access and management permissions to the records mentioned above.
All users will register in the system through the registration page, in which they will select their role, seller or buyer and the required registration data. These are:

In the case of being a buyer:
•        Name and surname.
•        Country of origin, address.
•        Selfie with ID.

Some additional fields that will be associated with the buyer are:
    • History of purchased services.
To be able to carry out transactions and interact in the Marketplace, users must be verified, for this they must have provided the data mentioned above.

In the case of being a seller:
    • Name and surname.
    • Country of origin, address.
    • Dash Addres (Or Dash acount, short name fof DApp system).
    • Selfie with ID.

Some additional fields that will be associated with the seller:
    • 5 star reviews.
    • Written Reviews.
    • Balance available.
    • History of services offered.
 
Similarly, the seller may provide additional information in their profile in order to offer greater confidence to buyers that they will do an excellent job, including the following fields:
•        Certifications.
•        Education.
•        Skills.
•        Social networks.
•        Idioms.
•        Description.
•        Average response time (from chat).
•        Membership (In case of accepting different types of Tier for different vendors).
•        Recent deliveries.

 WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DASH PRICE RISES OR LOWER?

•        If the price of Dash increases, we will not ask for more funds and we will keep the project with additional funds until they are finished.
•        If the price of Dash drops more than 20% of our reservations, to guarantee operations, we will reduce the marketing budget, although it is very important, it will not prevent us from starting the operation of the web portal, and we will present a subsequent proposal to compensate for exposed above.
