Proposal description

Dash Watch is submitting a three-month proposal for the Jan-March 2021 cycle to continue providing verification, accountability, and reporting on Dash-funded proposals for the MNO community.

Dash Watch has been able to build some funding reserves in Q4 2020 - as a result, the funding request for Q1 2021 has been reduced.

Ask is too high for value provided, I will be voting "No" on all on unadjsuted asks, Dash is over 240 USD.

Thanks for the great work you are doing. Two questions:
* Why not all proposals have reports by Dash Watch? What prevents Dash Watch from having a report on every approved proposal?
* Does Dash Watch also review each proposal accounting and whether the money is received for the project is proportional to what is being done?

Hi awesomedash , sorry for the delayed response! Please see the responses below.

1. Approved proposals that do not have a report indicate that they have opted out from Dash Watch reporting. As it stands now, Dash Watch reporting is not required of approved proposals.

2. Dash Watch reports the expenses spent based on expense categories. Historically Dash Watch has executed deeper financial reviews, but we had to eliminate this due to budget restraints on the treasury. However, with the increase in Dash price, we can definitely start doing these again. The evaluation of "if the money received is proportional to what is being done" is a subjective judgement that the individual MNOs need to decide upon. As it stands now, Dash Watch reports the facts and avoids making subjective evaluations.
