Proposal description

Dash Mall and parking aims to establish Dash as the main payment cryptocurrency in shopping centers of Venezuela. Dash Mall and Parking has become a mixed proposal that drives the use of Dash from different perspectives:

DASH AS PAYMENT METHOD IN SHOPPING CENTERS AUTOMATION
The automation of payment processes with Digital Cash Dash in theparking lots and stores of the shopping centers, which allows to increase the direct sale of Dash within the shopping centers, via whatsapp and within the shopping centers to cover a greater number of potential users to exchange your Fiat money to Bolívares with an additional 5% for parking payments and purchases in shopping centers and 10% in events where Dash is the only method of fast and effective payment even more than dollars, euros, points of sale Fiat and bank transfers, which will allow our project to be self-sustaining over time.

STRENGTHEN THE DASH ECOSYSTEM IN SHOPPING CENTERS
Dash Mall and Parking will continue to work in closed ecosystems where Dash serves as a payment solution, this time, we will expand to more shops, events and fairs within the 4 shopping centers that accept Dash as a payment method and include 3 new shopping center per month using Dash as payment method.

In each event within the shopping center we will have a network ofsustainable and profitable Dash merchants, encouraging the use, facilitating the mechanisms of Dash acquisition, to increase the adoption of Dash in Mérida-Venezuela, taking as an entry point the payment of Products and services at events, Dash being the main method of payment in them to strengthen the ecosystem and solve the problem of traditional payments and encourage daily purchases within the mall in the same way as parking lots.

INCREASE DASH SALES IN SHOPPING CENTERS
To achieve the project's self-sustainability, we want to increase Dashsales in the most important commercial centers and events of the city during
the month of February, March and April.

Dash sales with a 10% profit on events.
Dash sales 5% in shopping centers.

Deliverables of this proposal:
·     7 Parking of Shopping Centers (4 current and 3 additional)
·     85 verified Dash transactions/day (2550/ month). Through sales of Dash in shopping centers and active whatsapp line, allowing the immediate acquisition of Dash to the users.
·     30% of merchants per Shopping center accepting Dash as payment method.
·    Attendance at the biggest events in the city to increase Dash sales (To generate sustainability gains) during the months of February,
March and April.

We reduced our costs of salaries to the bare minimum to keep this proposal budgets within a very low cost range, looking for increasing Dash
sales (Events, shopping centers, fairs and parking lots) and achieving a higher compensation for each sale during next months.

We currently have 1.2 Dash obtained in the Biker Merida 2020 event and which will be used for salaries.

I think this is a proposal that has a high impact at a very reasonable cost.

The best ideas are often the most simple. I believe this is an idea that identifies a need and employs Dash to solve that need. Good on Dash Parking.

Hi DarrenT , Thank you very much for your comments they are really of great value for our project and team

For our team it is a great responsibility to carry out each of the objectives set, the most important adoption and real utility in shopping centers of Venezuela starting with the parking lots, we are working with the same strength and dedication as the first day and we have seen great results.

I know this proposal is currently passing, but to Yoana and team, I would encourage you to also post your status updates to the r/dashuncensored subreddit as well as to the main r/dashpay one.

Although its a troll subreddit, it gets considerably more daily views than the main r/dashpay subreddit. These views come presumably from MNOs and other stakeholders looking for an "outsiders" view of Dash in order to gain a fuller picture of the project, both possible negatives and positives that might not be shared in official channels.

And having your voices to counter the trolling there would also lend credence to our efforts in Venezuela as viewed from the English-speaking media here. They often call our efforts in Venezuela non-existent in that subreddit as well, just like on twitter, so having actual Venezuelans respond and counter that FUD there also would definitely go a ways in lending credence to your efforts in Western media. Something to consider. Thanks again!

I would like to share some information with the Dash community. I have been corresponding with Yoana now on the DashMall & Parking project for several months behind the scenes. We correspond on signal messenger through voice messages in Spanish. Yoana has been responsive to my requests for information and provided quality feedback. Yoana has been reliable in responding each time which I find re-assuring. The specific details of the project are important in order to work out the model of self sustainability. The goal is to make their business model not only self sustaining but replica-table over all malls in Venezuela. It is a challenge achieve this but we have come up with several possible concepts monetization models the team are in the process of implementing. Therefore I can say the team are responsive and reliable to answer questions. Of course I cannot confirm all the work that has been done in Venezuela because I have not been there. However what I can say is the team are reliable and are working hard to implement a self sustaining financial model that can be scaled up. That is the goal with this project.

Hi DeepBlue, Thank you very much for your comments they are really of great value for our project, you have been a constant mentor in the guidance of this project, in addition to great support in the business area, it has given us guidelines that we have implemented with great results, we hope to continue providing the network with continuous growth of Dash in this space from the city of Merida in Venezuela, where we are creating a Dash City, it has not been easy to monetize an ecosystem, only discipline and perseverance has led us To achieve the objectives, much is missing, we are aware of this, but as soon as the project is progressing, the expansion to other cities will be noticeable. You are a great man.

Thank you very much, let's continue together, and do not hesitate to make your positive comments, in fact you are very motivated to continue strengthening this project.

A very solid HELL YES! from me. The team(s) in Venezuela have really been on a tear over the last couple years. Honestly, they make most of the other Dash teams around the world look bad because of how good they are at their jobs. Although that could be attributed to Venezuela's precarious financial and political situation, one can't help but admire the work and dedication they have expended in their efforts. This is inspite of the regrettably lackluster support they've recieved from us over the same period of time.

Venezuela has been quite a controversial spot for us, and I believe that's because it is GROUND ZERO of cryptocurrency adoption. There are a lot of coins that have heard the news of our growth in Venezuela. Just like I mentioned previously, the teams in Venezuela have COMPLETELY EMBARRASSED the rest of the cryptocurrency community with their fervor and actual results.

I don't think there is anywhere else on the planet that has the level of knowledge and general adoption as we have seen in Venezuela, regardless of which coin you choose. Which is why you can see our competition like BCH and Nano both ignoring our success in Venezuela, while also courting them for their own projects. We can't allow other coins to coopt the narrative on Venezuelan cryptocurrency adoption. Venezuela is a Dash country, and we need to VOTE TO KEEP IT THAT WAY, so that our competition can't pretend its not happening anymore.

As I said before, Dash Venezuela is probably the most performant team we have running and its a shame that they do not recieve nearly the support nor funding amount that we routinely see other proposals ask and recieve. I'm guilty of not paying attention to all the proposals myself, but I think now that the situation in Venezuela has cleared considerably, we can afford to whole-heartedly throw our support behind those communities that remain committed to growing Dash's adoption in LatAm in general and Venezuela specifically. Let's give these guys our utmost support and see them through to the other side!

VOTE YES! for Dash mall and parking so we can solidify our position in Venezuela and at the top of the cryptocurrency adoption ranking.

Do the shopping malls help with some of the expenses of setting up Dash acceptance? I’ve seen the updates on Twitter and it looks great.

Hello Bagwa, thank you very much for your support!

The parking lots and shopping centers make constant discounts for people who buy in Dash, in addition, the shopping centers allow us free access to operate within it, although this has a cost.
