Proposal description

We noticed that earlier this year, the Dash community approved a proposal for a booth at Blockchain Life, but unfortunately timing didn’t allow it to be executed. Because we already run traffic, partnerships, and media visibility for Blockchain Life itself, we can ensure that Dash not only has a presence, but scale up and get more involved people, we know how to work with traffic.
Our scope of activities is targeted to engage audiences, exchanges, and funds, how to position projects in the right context, and how to translate exposure into credibility and adoption. Here is the handy link to the plan:  https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZqLysFV275ydvoV1qJBtzWkX9e9M6_U2EiAhYEAtkbM/edit?usp=sharing

We’re QuickShock Marketing & VC, a full-stack crypto marketing agency that’s been helping Web3 projects grow since 2017. Our team has worked with over 500+ projects, from top exchanges like OKX, Bybit, and MEXC, to ecosystems like TON, Polkadot, ZetaChain, 1inch and more. At Quickshock, we provide full-stack crypto marketing: strategy, KOLs, PR, paid traffic, airdrops, community building, and guerilla marketing - tailored to any growth goals. We are also very old Dash supporters, investors and contributors, supported ecosystem activities and eager to make the ecosystem louder, easier for the mass audience and gather more cool people, who will build projects and drive the ecosystem up together. Some of our team members were among the early community contributors who helped Dash gain visibility across emerging markets and blockchain events.

We are also the team that actually powers the traffic and visibility behind the Blockchain Life conference (20k+ people, top speakers, including Pavel Durov, Tether C-level, and other notable persons https://blockchain-life.com/)., bringing thousands of qualified Web3 users, traders, founders, and institutional players to these conferences. One of our partners (Alex Khitrov) is the brother of the conference’s founder (Sergei Khitrov). For years, we’ve been directly involved in scaling the BlockchainLife global presence, helping it grow into a Top-3 blockchain conference worldwide and the #1 crypto event by attendance and trading volume across Dubai and Asia.

In other words, we don’t just attend Blockchain Life, we help build it - and you can see the results: one of the largest conferences in the world.

Our mission?
Dash is one of the oldest and most respected blockchain projects, but in recent years, its visibility hasn’t matched its real technological strength. Our mission is to change that narrative, bringing Dash back into the spotlight through conference presence, media coverage, and community activation that truly reflect the project’s value and innovation.
We propose a specific plan how to bring more people in the ecosystem to build, grow and scale. Our latest case study with TON (since early 2022 to boom in 2024) and BlockchainLife (since 2017) shows our real capabilities.

1) In-depth acticles about Dash ecosystem
Budget: 8000$
What we do?  We propose to create a full cycle of in-depth analytical articles about Dash. Important! Not PR, not ads, but real expert-level content explaining why Dash is one of the strongest and most promising ecosystems right now.
(pr are usually written without any opinion, quite generic and used for 10+ media. our goal is to make unique converting materials that will work on the ecosystem)
These articles will be written from the perspective of ecosystem contributors, builders, and technical experts, explaining how to start building inside Dash, why DAO-driven structure matters, and why Dash remains one of the few truly functional and technically advanced blockchains.
The goal here is simple - to make sure that when people (and AI models, including LLMs) look for information about Dash, they see full, positive, fact-based materials with real editor opinions and high-level analysis.
We’ll publish articles that go into detail, compare Dash with other ecosystems, and show why it’s more stable, more efficient, and actually used by real communities. These won’t be labeled as “sponsored” pieces, they’ll look like independent research materials, covering Dash among top ecosystems

Why it's important for DASH:
1. Visibility in AI & search. Dash articles will rank high by key queries like “best DAO ecosystems”, “top privacy coins”, “strongest blockchain tech”, etc. They’ll be indexed and cited, which means they will be seen by both users and AI systems that read and summarize web data.
2. Organic exposure. Our articles will be picked up in thematic collections and reposted across partner platforms, giving Dash organic visibility without paid media.
3. Higher reputation scores. When DASH ecosystem is mentioned in long analytical reviews instead of pure promo, it builds credibility and helps form a consistent positive footprint online.
4. Scalable effect. Once we launch traffic or retargeting on top (for example, via VK, Telegram Ads, Yandex Ads), we can push these materials further, generating look-alike audiences of builders, traders, and crypto enthusiasts who actually engage.

2) LLM & AI Visibility to bring Dash to the top of AI results

Budget: $5000
What we do?  LLM & AI Visibility to bring Dash to the top of AI results
Right now, when you ask ChatGPT or other LLMs about “top anonymous or privacy-focused blockchains”, Dash is often mentioned below Monero or Zcash. It’s a reflection of outdated data and missing ecosystem visibility in AI models/ and also lack of articles/media/unbiased materials with opinion we wrote about above.
We know exactly how to fix that. We work through the real data sources that feed AI models: forums, verified media, SEO blogs, Twitter mentions, and knowledge graphs. By optimizing these, we can shape how AI interprets and describes Dash. Our team has already developed and successfully executed the LLM visibility optimization framework, a working system that pushes projects into top results of AI models like ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini. We’ve already tested it and it works.
For example, ascn.ai reached the top of Grok's search results in just a couple of days. The key was to correctly configure the interaction between sources and get the result (screenshots):
Example of arbitragescanner - https://prnt.sc/XSZ57c7pipIB, similarly, a complex niche, but they brought it to the top of the search results in different languages, reaching 1st place.
When users ask “Which privacy coin should I buy?” or “Top DAO ecosystems 2025,” AI outputs define perception. If Dash has some 'but...', it loses visibility for builders, investors, and new users before they even reach the official site. If we play with other requests, there is a minor problem, AI answers that 'privacy level is worse that Monero/ZCash'. And via articles we show it's not true and Dash is better = better AI ranking https://prnt.sc/0FX-mKtRTSnp
The goal is to make every AI model recognizes Dash as a leading, DAO-driven, privacy-enhanced blockchain, and that articles and expert opinions consistently confirm it. And finally build the narrative: Dash offers more utility, better governance, and stronger real-world adoption.
What is included in our work:
- Source analysis (team + software): several specialists connect and build a comprehensive picture of the ecosystem.
- Action plan formation: we create a detailed list of sources and specific next steps for implementation.
- Target query mapping: we define key phrases and topics to target and optimize for.
- Сontent creation and placement in AI training sources (detailed below).
- Optimization of source interactions for maximum effect.
- Continuous monitoring of AI output results (Grok, ChatGPT).

3)  Shilling on Twitter to create more buzz and visibility, onboard people (all in one funnel)

Budget: $5000
What we do? Shilling on Twitter to create more buzz and visibility, onboard people (all in one funnel)
The goal for Twitter (X) is similar, we need to generate as many positive mentions and discussions around Dash as possible, so that both search engines and AI models (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, etc.) continuously see Dash in a strong, active context. When AI systems analyze market sentiment, they look at the frequency, tone, and engagement of mentions across major platforms and Twitter is one of the key data sources. That’s why we focus not just on posting, but on building a consistent wave of organic and semi-viral discussions that position Dash as a living, evolving ecosystem.
How does it work?
A root comment from a verified (bluemark) account + 2 supporting comments + project tag + likes. All comments are fully native and seamlessly fit into the context of the original post. We use high-quality, well-developed Twitter accounts with audiences ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 followers. Each main comment is further boosted by 2 - 3 additional replies to push it to the top and maximize visibility.
This format delivers 2 - 3x, sometimes up to 5x more impressions compared to standard commenting. On average, one comment generates around 250 views (on external posts), but the reach can range from 10 to 2,000 views - in some cases, reaching 70,000 to 150,000 impressions per comment.
The shilling team influences Twitter’s algorithms and leverages them to promote your posts within the target audience’s feed, creating a more positive sentiment through their accounts.
THEN
we can also launch raids to boost awareness and grow the community.
For this, we post root comments from Bluemark accounts with project tags, supported by 2 - 3 additional comments to increase visibility.
We use advanced Twitter accounts (1K - 5K followers) to keep engagement organic.
Here is how it looks like:
https://twitter.com/Web3K1ng/status/1788250971383947434

https://x.com/Kamleshmandal10/status/1886127091973824826
In short: more good content = better perception = stronger visibility in both human and AI-driven ecosystems

4) Organic articles with editorial opinion

Budget: $5000
What we do?   Same with media outlets. A super important point: many editors today use AI to write articles about projects like yours. These ratings and reviews are automatically generated based on information pulled from search engines, forums, and popular online sources. If all available information about you is positive and you’re ranked high, the system will automatically surface favorable content, articles that recommend your platform and contain no negativity. As a result, you end up with a package of positive materials consistently working in your favor.
However, if there’s negative feedback in those sources, AI-generated SEO articles will also include it, writing that the exchange has issues or is “not recommended.” If you implement the fixes we suggest, everything will look positive, and AI agents/authors will start generating favorable content about you, meaning that when users ask about reviews, your project will be recommended in a good light, without negativity.
Here are also examples of media resources we use to enhance DASH visibility (in many of them you can find Dash, we can push to a higher place):

5)  Private DAO activations and closed communities

Budget: $5000
What we do?  We also work through private DAO communities and closed investment circles/builders/web3 dev groups where decisions are made, ideas are validated, and builders, fund managers, and early investors actually listen. These are not public chats; these are high-trust environments where new opportunities are shared quietly but move fast.
Case: Participation in the Pre-sale of TIM DAO + S.HIT DAO (for a Solana-related token)
Niche: Web3 / DAO
Goal: To raise funds through a closed private sale.
What we did:
- Offered to participate in the token investment round as part of the TIM DAO + S.HIT DAO formation
- Attracted 40+ participants through direct communication
- Ensured a high average check, as one of the top participants said he would throw in 200 SOL and did it (wallet is public)
Results:
- SOL during the presale period ~$180
- Total raise: $150,000 - $250,000
- Largest contribution: 400 SOL (~$72,000)
- Other contributions: 30-200 SOL ( there may have been smaller amounts )
- Participants: 40+ people
Budget: 15k$ for 4 DAOs, the results you see above.
------
Why it works
We promote projects inside closed DAO environments without direct advertising. Instead, we use trusted insiders, contributors, and opinion leaders who create organic discussions around a project, no banners, no paid posts, just conversation and genuine curiosity. Up to 50% of the audience in these DAOs consists of alpha players, early investors, and builders.
When an idea catches fire there, it spreads naturally. Yes, slower at first, but with a stronger and longer-lasting effect.
The result:
1. Genuine interest, organic reach, and support from thought leaders.
2. We create an environment where people talk about the project sincerely - no paid traffic, no pressure, just real engagement and interest from the audience. This is where we can onboard more large contributors on-board.

6)  KOL reviews / YouTube ambassadors who will cover DASH ecosystem

Budget: $10000
What we do?  Right now, there are almost no high-quality video reviews about Dash or its technology. When users search for “Dash review,” “Dash privacy coin,” or “Dash DAO explained,” they mostly find outdated materials from years ago. This creates a big visibility gap for the community and for AI/SEO models that rely on recent content to determine credibility.
Our goal here is to fill this gap with 5-6 strong KOL reviews that explain why Dash is still one of the most undervalued and technically advanced projects in crypto today.
What we do
We select and buy placements from mid-tier YouTube channels with real engagement (10–100k audience range). These are channels that cover blockchain projects, trading tools, and tech innovations. Each video will follow a specific narrative structure:
1. Introduction - market context. We explain the current state of the blockchain landscape and the renewed interest in DAO-driven ecosystems and privacy tools... Also make a hook that market is crashing, many ecosystems are without any community, no builders, etc. And here is time to talk about DASH
2. The reviewer covers how Dash works, what makes its consensus model and DAO governance unique, and why it’s technically stronger than competitors. Shows how it works, why it's a hidden gem, ecosystem for years and will keep growing
3. Then also show real integrations, utility, and examples from merchants, communities, and ongoing development.
4. Throughout the whole video we empathise on 'Why Dash remains a relevant, long-term ecosystem with real infrastructure', and the grow is an essential thing, not just pump/hype. Influencer content remains the most trust-building layer in crypto marketing, it humanizes technology and gives it voice, this is our goal.

Here are some examples of Ripple ecosystem. You can see they bought out 100+ YouTubers, all simultanously, same narrative. Not only to create buy pressure, but branding and onboard more people.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DX7hlLfuJhw
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=alJx-Egzq3A
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fo1gci7v3QU
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0jrzSDUAP3s
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-mNaRqYFYI
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nht4yL_nmw4
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b1sP_2ruPbA
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CNDL1lYa09s
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vLWch7nL8jw
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D1Ast0fgJeM
Narrative is the same: sell all crypto, market is crashing, buy XRP. And boom - it works! They do even buy out channels to work on branding. So it's an extremely powerful resource to use. After we make the videos, It will close the content gap, reframe perception, and activate new traffic into the ecosystem through a clean, measurable funnel.

I strongly advise against giving them any budget. They tried to push their service on us, inflating the costs far beyond the real value - and not just slightly, but significantly.

My vote is NO

It is DEFINITELY relevant! Why would you want a NON-STAKEHOLDER to comment and influence discussions here? You never answer this question, which is strong evidence that you and your sockpuppets/affiliates (itsdemo, tekken) RELY on unverified commenters to TROLL discussions.

What proof do we have that this user "hades" is the same as the guy on mnowatch.org? If he had a badge then we would know he had a MN and could then trust his comments were coming from a stakeholder invested in the network, WHICH IS WHAT THIS PLACE IS FOR!

You want the rest of us to 'take your word for it' and ASSUME these guys are MNOs/stakeholders because YOU WANT TO TRICK US into supporting TROLLS so when they damage the network YOU CAN LAUGH AT US and blame us for not doing our due diligence.

Well, I'm doing it NOW so YOUR TRICK WON'T WORK!

I agree with qwizzie and lysergic, but if the amount was a bit more moderate (100 Dash at maximum), then I would vote Yes.
IMHO the PO should first prove to be trustworthy.

So we raised a moderate amount. We presented arguments about our capabilities, including an example of an event https://blockchain-life.com/autumn2026/ , and showed examples of other cases where we achieved results.

We are public figures.

We'd like to once again clarify our proposal for the entire community. We all want to make DASH the talk of the town, not ZEC. We've been holding the token since way back in 2017. But it's not our shared project that's getting all the credit in the anonymous blockchain cycle.

1) Regarding the name, we've explained our position and why we chose it. Our goal is to grow the community and benefit the project. If the name offended anyone, we apologize, but the purpose of the name was to show you that we want to help boost the entire project ecosystem and offer growth opportunities. If this offended any community members, we may change the name.

2) We have one goal: while everyone is talking about ZEC, we want to follow their path, while everyone is talking about anonymous transactions and blockchains. We'll have time to launch everything in November and December and get the project discussed. In January-February, the market narrative might change, for example, on the DEX exchange again, and it will be harder to promote the product, but now we need to do it; it's beneficial for all of us.

3) We know how to promote projects. Many of you just attended the Blockchainlife conference with 15,000 people. The twin brother of one of the agency's founders is the organizer, and we're promoting it. The top forum in Dubai by number of people is just one example. We met people at the forum, and they told us, "Help us get the project off the ground," especially since you also hold Dash. That's why we're here.

We've detailed, with case studies and examples, what we'll do and how it can grow the community and spark discussion around the world. What we'll do will be relevant in November-December.

———————————

We have one common goal. While the whole world is talking about ZEC, how we should follow their path, while everyone is talking about anonymous transactions and blockchains. An important question for the community: do we want DASH to replicate ZEC's success and make the whole world talk about it? Let's do it together.

What is the goal of the vote? What do we want to achieve? Growth. We will achieve it.

4) We also wanted to suggest holding a side event before the Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai, which will be on December 4th, and a full community event on December 2nd at the Myata Platinum.

For example, on October 28th, we held an event with MEXC at this bar, which is part of Blockchain Live (https://x.com/MEXC_Official/status/1978823245714567605
https://t.me/MEXCofficialNews/35576). Proof of the crowd is from those who attended and registered. The largest event is https://luma.com/euscxllq

The next conference is coming soon – Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai. https://www.binanceblockchainweek.com/event/f9827cbe-16f8-478a-bc06-f4e8b783ae54/Home-BBW, December 3-4, Coca-Cola Arena. We believe DASH needs its own side event. This is the best format you can use to build an audience, achieve media coverage, generate a ton of unmarked sponsor placements, attract a new audience, and host a closed meetup for major holders and core ecosystem players in a relaxed atmosphere, promote the DASH ecosystem, and demonstrate your expertise in community events.

And we have a specific offer, because we've done this more than 10 times, including turnkey projects, hosted the largest side event in BlockchainLife history for 700+ people, and also organized major traffic arbitrage events.

If the community approves, we'll do everything turnkey, with 50 additional articles about the world and a wild hype cycle. We can also put it to a vote. All Dash communities/threads could also meet together in Dubai. What do you think of this idea?

It's a shame someone came up with 135 downvotes. There were 128 for and 27 against. The narrative is now about anonymous blockchains, and there's a chance to gain a foothold and push Dash into that narrative.

I understand the questions around naming. Let me be direct: "Growth" is industry-standard terminology when discussing DASH development. And yes, our proposal is fundamentally focused on exactly that. We assembled a dedicated team, conducted brainstorming sessions, and developed a strategic roadmap specifically designed to accelerate Dash ecosystem growth through targeted marketing initiatives and community engagement.

As for Q4 timing: all our major marketing campaigns and initiatives are scheduled to launch during November-December 2025, which is precisely the Q4 window. We're executing at a rapid pace to complete core activities within this quarter, so Q4 is the natural and practical naming convention for our timeline.

To ensure complete clarity and avoid any confusion with other initiatives, we renamed the proposal to "Marketing Expansion," but the mission remains unchanged: drive meaningful ecosystem growth. We're all working toward the same goal: a thriving, expanding Dash ecosystem and I genuinely appreciate the community's engagement and scrutiny. It pushes us to be clearer and better!

I have several issues with this budget proposal : 1 - created late into this voting cycle (voting end in 10 days), 2 - unsufficient explanation why 'dash-growth-q4-2025' was directly copied from the official active Dash Growth budget proposal, 3 - unsufficient explanation about the use of Q4. This Dash budget cycle ends in 13 days, which means that of Q4 only December can be fully used. Funding 300 dash for just December, while still referring to Q4 (a three months period) seems odd.

1) This is exactly what we need to do while the narrative is growing, and your competitor ZEC is growing rapidly, while Dash is getting the remaining traffic. We'll get it done quickly.

2) I explained in a long message. If we borrowed someone else's name, we apologize. We're developing projects around the world, and that's why we named it that way. We have a similar task, for example, on the BlockchainLive forum.

3) We named it that way, so we can target November-December; we'll have time to implement everything we described with examples and case studies.

Below is the Dash.Growth proposal and the this proposal, it's name will not be changed on the network, it is a permanent record. IMO the PO purposely copied the exact proposal title of Dash Growth to earn automatic votes from careless voters, sorry, but voting NO on this proposal.

I really don't care about that. Even if its 'not Q4' but 'Q1 2025' who cares? The question is can they get us adoption. Clearly, by the breakdown, the proposal is promising. Poo-pooing it over "It can't be Q4!!!!" seems overly pedantic and wrong-focused to me.

Too many red flags right now. They are using the same title as Dash Growth does in their currently active budget proposal, while they are obviously not Dash Growth (red flag 1) and they are referencing a time period that is already active (October, November, December) (red flag 2).

I answered these questions separately above:

1) When we created the name, we didn't reference anyone, so we changed it. We apologized to those affected, including you.

2) Our advertising campaign is focused on the current period, so we can launch advertising here and now, while every blogger in the world is talking about anonymous transactions and ZEC, and the Dash project is collecting the rest.

Check out our proposal; we've described in detail, with case studies, how we can help the entire project grow.

That's not any red-flags from my perspective. If anything, Joel selfishly taking the name 'DashGrowth' is a red flag. He's not the only person who wants to work for Dash's growth, and its a very generic name so there shouldn't be any 'red-flags' for other people using it.

There is no 'official Dash Growth'. Joel's proposal is just like any other proposal and doesn't deserve special treatment or veneration, and you doing so is against the best interests of the DAO and **your** best interests as a MNO. We should be funding MULTIPLE, **DIFFERENT** teams, not letting Joel hog all the adoption funds.

Also, it doesn't matter about the time period being active already, sure they could've called it 'Q4 2nd half' but that doesn't have such a nice ring to it, and its only for one month, so there's actually no real red flag there.

Again, it seems like you're just nitpicking because its not Joel's proposal. You wouldn't be this way towards him, which is the ACTUAL red-flag here.

We can answer all the community's questions if there are any. Our goal is one. We've believed in the project since 2017 and are very upset that ZEC is getting all the credit.

I'm not the PO.

So just to be clear, if this proposal instead were for 'Q1 2026' and named something like 'Growing Dash' you would vote for it?

Thanks for reminding me then, to spare this proposal from giving it any automatic NO votes.

you got upvoted to 3 points within 1 minute of posting. Interesting. I guess someone (1 person) has about 4 Dash Account to play with. Hoping to influence the voting outcome by downvoting certain comments.

*4 Dash Central accounts.

You all do the exact same thing on your, lysergic and my comments (downvotes). So of course you'd be quick to point that out.

Also, you never answered this:

All i am saying is if people want to influence the comments by splitting their masternodes over several Dash Central accounts and then use those DC accounts to heavily upvote and downvote certain comments, they got to do it more smartly. It is getting a bit too obvious now.

All I'm saying is that you guys have been doing that repeatedly for YEARS now, and it was always obvious, even back then.

Thanks for avoiding the question a second time.

Fellow MNOs, let the record show that qwizzie refuses to respond to a legitimate question on his stance regarding a proposal. This is another piece of evidence that he is not representing the will of DAO, but his own personal interests.

Oh piss off already! Can't you see not a single person will communicate with you when you talk at them in this manner. Be gone troll!

Also fellow MNOs please note, that lysergic and qwizzie often come to each other's defense/use each other to get out of answering tough questions.

Nonsense, Qwizzie doesn't like me and is always first to disagree with me. You are making up fake associations in your mind to feed your paranoid narrative. KNOCK IT OFF!

Nonsense. I have never seen Qwizzie disagree with you, and you have rushed to his aid several times now in the last couple months. It is clear that he uses you to hide from answering tough questions, just like you took up for tekken and itsdemo. You are pretending like these obvious associations are false to feed your deceptive and dishonest narrative.

KNOCK IT OFF YOU STUPID LIAR!!!

We have a DAO called "Dash Growth" Please don't use that in the title so as not to confuse who is behind this proposal, thank you.

Absolutely! I know about those guys, and we really appreciate their contribution to the ecosystem's development. We're all working towards the same goal, and we want the ecosystem to grow with more talented builders becoming part of our community.
I named the proposal "Growth" because the core idea that drove us to develop this plan (we gathered the best team, conducted brainstorming sessions, and created a step-by-step roadmap) was to focus on GROWTH metrics, increase the number of great builders, and boost ecosystem visibility. Just to be clear and avoid any confusion, I've renamed the proposal to "Marketing Expansion." But I want to emphasize again that we're all working on the same mission, and I believe everyone understands and supports this naming choice.

Why do you support Joel and his proposal so much?

Why did you call your proposal '“Dash Growth Q4 2025' anyways ?
We are now in November 2025 !! If your budget proposal is indeed intended for Q4, then you are really really late.

We're not late; we'll start promoting and marketing the same way we described in the proposal tomorrow.

We changed the name and apologized if we offended anyone.

Why does Joel get exclusive rights on the title "Dash Growth" for proposals? You never ask these kinds of questions of him and his proposals, but you're really aggressive and nasty towards any one else. Why is that?

I dont need to ask these kind of questions to the official Dash Growth, because the official Dash Growth know better then to launch budget proposals and reference a year period (Q4) that only has 1 month left. The official Dash Growth launch budget proposals ahead of the refrenced time period, for example the official Dash Growth launched their budget proposal for Q4 in September 2025.

I can only conclude someone fucked up big time.

>I dont need to ask these kind of questions to the official Dash Growth, because the official Dash Growth know better then to launch budget proposals and reference a year period (Q4) that only has 1 month left

But the proposal is only for one month, so what's the problem with that? And really, this is a silly thing to be upset about isn't it? We should be more concerned with whether or not they can deliver. Their proposal is very detailed and if they do what they say, has a high probability of at least garnering some adoption.

I'd prefer that over a proposal that 'get's the Quarter period right' but doesn't do anything. I keep asking and nobody will tell me, what does Joel's proposal ACTUALLY bring to Dash? What does he do that's worth 500 Dash a month and your undying loyalty? Nobody will answer. You throw around the word 'official' a lot. Joel is no more official than these guys are, everyone is equal in the DAO unless you're a MNO which means you have stake in the network and more say than non-stakeholders.

You venerating Joel and raising his proposal up like its some gold-standard when you can't even answer simple questions about it is a huge red-flag.
