Proposal description

WikiExpo Hong Kong 2026 is one of Asia's largest Web3 and fintech gatherings, bringing together exchanges, payment providers, wallets, institutional investors, infrastructure companies, regulators, and blockchain ecosystems.

The aim of this Proposal is to represent Dash at the event and focus on identifying strategic partnerships, ecosystem integrations, and builder opportunities across the APAC region.
Unlike a traditional conference sponsorship, this proposal is centered on targeted business development and ecosystem growth activities before, during and after the event.

Before the Event

Ahead of WikiExpo Hong Kong 2026, we will leverage existing relationships to initiate and advance conversations with potential Dash partners. Several discussions are already underway, and the event will provide an opportunity to strengthen these connections through in-person meetings.
Pre-event activities will include:
  • We have already received approval to be official community partner with LOGO of Dash on the side of the event: https://www.wikiexpo.com/HongKong/2026/en/index.html#secdigital
  • We are in the process of getting approval of our Representative to participate as a speaker in the panel discussion about Capital Markets and Emerging Markets.
  • Identifying and prioritizing strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Scheduling meetings with wallets, exchanges, payment providers, and ecosystem leaders.
  • We are currently in discussion with Nai wallet, Elephants Inc and other projects based in HK integration of $Dash into their wallets and other collaborations.
  • Conducting targeted outreach within the existing APAC network.
  • Exploring opportunities for wallet support, ecosystem integrations, and cross-community collaborations.
  • Building a qualified partnership pipeline before the event to maximize the value of in-person meetings.
The goal is to arrive at the conference with active discussions already in progress, allowing the event to accelerate partnership development and ecosystem growth for Dash.

Why WikiExpo?
The speaker and attendee profile makes this event particularly relevant for Dash.
Key participants include leaders from: Circle, Animoca Brands, Nuvei, Ondo Finance, Gate, BitMart, Bitwise, InvestHK, Mastercard, multiple payment, custody and infrastructure providers, Web3 labs, HK Web3.0 Standardization Association.

Who are we going to meet during the Conference?
During Wiki Expo Hong Kong, we will prioritize meetings with high-value contacts across exchanges, payment infrastructure, custody, institutional digital assets, Hong Kong ecosystem development and compliance.
1. Kevin Lee — Chief Business Officer, Gate
Useful for Dash visibility, liquidity programs, exchange campaigns, regional growth, and broader ecosystem partnerships. Your list also flags Gate as a large exchange with strong ecosystem reach.
2. Alice Truong — Vice President, Head of Digital Assets APAC, Nuvei
Best payments target. Nuvei is directly aligned with Dash’s strongest use case: merchant payments, crypto checkout, settlement infrastructure, and real-world payment adoption.
3. Alihan Ekesan — Head of Payments, Klickl
Payments are Dash’s natural territory, and Klickl’s Web3 financial infrastructure angle makes him relevant for merchant flows, cross-border payments, and payment infrastructure partnerships.
4. Cynthia Wu — Founding Partner & Chief Commercial Officer, Matrixport
High-value institutional target. Useful for treasury, OTC, custody-adjacent conversations, institutional distribution, and Asian digital asset financial services access.
5. Daniel Lee — CEO, Cactus Custody
Strong custody and institutional infrastructure target. Useful for making Dash more accessible to institutional clients, exchanges, funds, and regulated partners that require secure custody support.
6. James Wong — Senior Vice President, Fintech, InvestHK
Very important Hong Kong ecosystem connector. Useful for government-backed fintech introductions, local partner discovery, policy-adjacent support, and positioning Dash inside the Hong Kong Web3/payments ecosystem.
7. Devere Bryan — Co-Chair, Blockchain and Digital Assets, FinTech Association of Hong Kong
Strong ecosystem connector. Useful for introductions across Hong Kong fintech, blockchain, compliance, and institutional circles. Good person to meet early because he may point you to the right local partners.
8. Nenter Chow — Global CEO, BitMart
Strong retail exchange and community-growth target. Useful for regional Dash growth, exchange visibility, community activation, and potentially user-acquisition campaigns.
9. Alec Goh — Head of Ventures, HTX Ventures
Good Asia network target. Useful for introductions into HTX/Huobi-related ecosystem contacts, Web3 founders, infrastructure partners, and regional crypto investors. More of a connector than a direct Dash integration target.
10. Evan Auyang — Group President, Animoca Brands
Useful APAC Web3 ecosystem target. Animoca is strong for builders, founders, gaming, digital ownership, and broader Web3 partnerships. Less directly payment-focused, but valuable for Dash Platform and ecosystem visibility.
11. Caspar Wong — Founder & CEO, Web3Labs
Good builder and startup ecosystem target. Useful for hackathons, developer introductions, Dash Platform adoption, and Hong Kong founder/community access.
12. Alex Scheer — Founder & CEO, zkMe
Relevant privacy-preserving identity target. Could be useful for Dash Platform, usernames, identity, and zero-knowledge proof discussions, especially if the panel touches privacy, compliance, or user onboarding.
13. Loretta Joseph — Chair, IDAXA / Consultant, FSC Jamaica
Useful regulatory and policy target. Good person to connect with if you want Dash framed as a mature payments network with a serious compliance posture.
14. Aaron Ko — Institutional Partnerships APAC, Bitwise Asset Management
Good institutional market intelligence target. Useful for understanding what asset managers, institutions, and allocators need before supporting or researching networks like Dash.
15. Kelvin Koo — Director of Security Solutions, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, Mastercard
Useful payments-industry intelligence target. Good for understanding future payment infrastructure, fraud/security trends, and how major payment networks think about digital assets, but probably not an immediate integration path.
16. Jen Flowers — Head of Asia, Hyperlayer
Useful accelerator and fintech ecosystem target. Worth meeting if she can connect Dash to builders, startup programs, or regional fintech BD opportunities.

Event Goals and Event Representative
Our representative at the event is Natalia Grineva (Natali).
Based between Hong Kong, Mainland China and Bangkok, she aims to strengthen Dash’s presence in key Asian markets through relationship building, strategic introductions and community engagement.
Natali will not only attend the conference but will also participate as a speaker in the panel discussion about Capital Markets and Emerging Markets. During the panel, she will highlight Dash’s strategy and achievements in these areas, positioning Dash as a practical, established digital currency network with strong relevance for global payments, emerging-market adoption, and financial access.
Our goal is to expand Dash’s network in Asia by connecting with payment providers, wallet teams, exchanges, infrastructure projects and other ecosystem partners to identify integration and growth opportunities.
Another goal is spreading awareness about benefits of being Masternode to bring more key participants to the Dash blockchain.
Natali will introduce Dash and Dash Platform to founders, developers, accelerators, universities and builder communities across APAC, creating opportunities for future collaborations and ecosystem initiatives.
In addition, she will host a Dash meetup in Hong Kong during the event day with masternodes and community representatives, as well as selected ecosystem contacts and potential partners met during the conference.

After Event
Provide a public report including:
  • meetings conducted
  • organizations contacted
  • opportunities identified
  • partnership pipeline
  • recommendations for Dash APAC strategy
