Proposal description
Token2049 is one of the most high-profile and influential events in the global crypto calendar - and I believe Dash deserves to be seen there. While official booth spaces are now quite limited and expensive ($24000+), I’d like to propose a lightweight, high-visibility presence - powered by community, creativity, and strategy.
I am the booth
Over the years, I’ve developed a special talent: being the kind of person who gets noticed at conferences - with or without a booth.
I’ve been to countless industry events (from Blockchain Weeks to L1 conferences), and I know how to generate attention, initiate meaningful conversations, and build lasting impressions. I wear bold outfits, custom merch, and I literally become a moving, talking, smiling, crypto-native stand. People walk up to me. They ask questions. I make sure they leave with answers - and curiosity.
Here’s what I’ll be talking about with people at the conference:
Dash is the payments-first blockchain. While most cryptocurrencies are slow, expensive, and too complicated for everyday use, Dash was built to solve these problems.
Speed & usability: transactions confirm in just 1–2 seconds with InstantSend, and the average fee is less than one cent.
User choice: we offer an optional privacy feature (PrivateSend) for those who need extra anonymity.
A true community: Dash is not controlled by a central foundation. Our ecosystem is powered by thousands of contributors and 2,400+ masternodes across the world.
How projects get funded: every month, masternodes vote on proposals from the community. 20% of all block rewards go into a treasury, and if your project gets enough votes, it receives direct on-chain funding. This is how development, marketing, and partnerships are financed.
The future is Dash Platform: now live on mainnet, it enables developers to build decentralized applications directly on Dash, expanding us from a payments network to a full Web3 ecosystem.
What’s next:
• A Chrome extension that lets users work with tokens, data contracts, and smart contracts — bringing Dash-powered Web3 directly into your browser.
• A decentralized exchange and swap tool is on the way, giving users a simple, secure way to trade directly within the Dash ecosystem.
I’m also experienced in finding media and press angles - I’ve given numerous interviews on the go at conferences, and I know how to get in front of the right mic. My previous work with ICP and SuperProtocol has given me the skillset to navigate both the expo floor and the backstage scene.

Bringing the Russian-speaking Web3 world into Token2049
One of the most underrepresented but deeply connected communities in Web3 is the Russian-speaking ecosystem - and I want to bring it into the spotlight at Token2049.
There will be founders and builders from:
Russia
Ukraine
Belarus
Kazakhstan
Baltic countries
and beyond.
I know many of them personally - and I will gather them for a side-event powered by Dash.
Side Event: Blockchain x AI - the Convergence
Through R8e Resilience Agency (https://r8e.xyz/), which I co-lead with my partner, we will organize a free side event at a café or informal venue in Singapore. No ticketing, no barriers - just humans, tech, and dialogue.
Focus of the event:
Dash Blockchain (News, Strategy, Advantages, Dash Platform)
How blockchain and AI are converging in real-world use cases
Why blockchain needs AI - and AI needs decentralization
How founders in our region (CIS & Baltics) can stay relevant in the new tech landscape
A few short talks, some fireside chats, and space for raw, real networking
Post-Event Content & Media
To amplify the impact:
I’ll shoot videos and Reels during the event and the conference days
I’ll post content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, X
I’ll bring a budget-friendly photographer to capture the energy (if budget allows)
Everything will be repackaged as a post-event media kit, giving Dash valuable content for future use
The side event will be fully community-led and low-cost — no venue rental, no fancy production. Just great people, great tech, and the spirit of Dash.
I believe Dash should be present in Singapore.
Not with a big booth, but with real presence.
As of mid-2025, I’m advising fundraising startups, and applying my deep expertise in community-building. I’ve launched 30+ communities — from devs to creators to scientists — many now focused on the intersection of AI & Web3.
My Web3 Story - by Dasha Chernozub
I entered Web3 during the NFT boom. My first project was launching the Chatex Robot NFT collection — 99 robots created with renowned digital artists. Then, while leading the Innovation Center at Gazprombank, I co-produced a phygital NFT project with artist Misha Liberty: a physical brick made from shredded bank cards paired with a digital collectible. It symbolized the shift from plastic to digital banking and was showcased at Startup Village by Skolkovo.
Later, I moved to Cyprus and joined Super Protocol, a privacy-focused project building TEE-T (Trusted Execution Environment + Tokenization) infrastructure. As Lead of Community, DevRel & SMM, I grew the ecosystem to 10,000 members from scratch and gained a deep understanding of decentralized infrastructure and privacy tech. I became an advocate for data sovereignty and ecosystem partnerships.
My next chapter began in Switzerland, where I joined ICP (Internet Computer) / Dfinity as part of the Global Adoption Team. I helped onboard startups via Developer Grants, onboarded creators through Community Grants, and built the official ICP Hub in Turkey — running initiatives in Istanbul, Antalya, and Kaş, collaborating with universities, exchanges, community and conferences.
In parallel, I continued advising Web3 startups (e.g. a wallet firewall Firemask, Network – a decentralized digital marketing protocol), mentoring at Fractal’s accelerator (SocialFi, DeFi, GameFi), and co-founding a Web3 School for transitioning Web2 developers, marketers, and founders.
In early 2025, I helped Cambrian run a 100-developer hackathon as part of Solana Foundation’s APEX Cape Town, with zero marketing budget. This deepened my connections across Web3 ecosystems. Now I help startups choose the right Layer 1, apply for grants, and build win-win partnerships inside ecosystems.
As of mid-2025, I’m advising fundraising startups, and applying my deep expertise in community-building. I’ve launched 30+ communities — from devs to creators to scientists — many now focused on the intersection of AI & Web3.
Why Dash?
After years in the banking world — where institutions control money and extract user data — I found liberation in the Web3 vision of decentralization:
No central authority. No kill switch. Borderless finance. Limitless digital identity.
It may sound utopian, but I believe in it — and I work to build it.
For a long time, I believed ICP might be that infrastructure. But behind its tech was the same logic of centralized control.
Then I rediscovered Dash — ironically, the first coin I ever bought (because my name is Dasha). Talking to its core community, I felt something different. Dash doesn’t just talk about freedom — it lives it. It’s not built for hype. It’s built for people. True Web3 community.
That’s the world I want to build.
What I Need
Flight to Singapore - $700
Accommodation (4 nights) - $300 per night → $1200
Token2049 ticket - 600$
After2049 ticket - 130$
Visa fees - 30$
Local transport + meals - $100/day → $400 for 4 days
$3060 (125 DASH)
Let’s make this happen.
Warm regards,
Dasha Chernozub

I would like to know what personal motives are behind this proposal and what are the future plans for cooperation with Dash?
For me, the real reward is simply being able to go to Singapore - it’s something I’ve dreamed about for a long time. This is my first project with Dash, so I’m not asking for anything beyond covering the costs of this trip. I know Dash is a community of enthusiasts, and I’m also an enthusiast - I’m ready to invest my own time and energy into making this happen.
As for the future, my background is in building developer and community grant programs in other ecosystems, and I’d love to bring this experience to Dash. Of course, this only makes sense once the ecosystem grows and generates more resources. In the near term, I also plan to submit a proposal to represent Dash at Blockchain Life in Dubai, where there will be many investors.
If this has a success I believe you have more chances to see next proposals of yours to be voted up.
There will be plenty of content during the event, and after it we’ll prepare a full photo and video report.
