Since it looks like you didn't pass this budget cycle, you may want to get in touch with Dash Boost, they do micro-proposals at about the scale you are looking for. The other advantage for Dash Boost as far as you are concerned is that any net positive votes will pass, they don't have a 10% threshold, so if you get similar votes you will likely pass.

Thank you for the feedback and your advice. I have tried re-posting this proposal on Dash Boost and asking for MNOs to vote there. As there is a small number of people voting in general there, the last day someone came with 16,000 (16 MNOs) votes and voted “No” on half of the proposals, including mine. Hence, I had -13,000 votes and the proposal was not funded. There is still a small number of people voting on Dash Boost with a large number of votes so it can be much more challenging securing funding.

voting YES. A modest funding ask from Nebojša Jović. I see various past DashForceNews articles on achievements.

Beyond wide ranging advertising/promotions, there is some emphasis within this proposal regarding sheer investment in Dash. Dash is reliant first and foremost on ongoing investment (bear markets serve to remind one of the fact). After investment, the rest follows........
Cheers from Australia.

Thank you for your support. Bear market is very challenging, but tough times never last, tough people do. We are making incredible progress in the region and if we show strength during the winter and work together, we can reap the benefits of our efforts in the spring. Cheers from Serbia!
