Proposal description

INTRODUCTION
I am Mahamadu Salam (cryptolib), a Dash enthusiast and currently running the Dash Roadshow in Ghana. My first event for the Roadshow recorded
about 200 participants, followed up with a radio discussion and a TV discussion
about Dash. See pictures and videos: https://goo.gl/8tuHWe. I am also the Trusted Community Champion (TC-Champ) for DashDirect, a highly secure peer-to-peer network with 100% transparency and direct donations to people in need instantly using the Dash Blockchain; https://donate.greencandle.io/DashDirect/. I double as the founding president of Centre for Liberty and Entrepreneurship, (CLE-Ghana) www.cleghana.orga Free markets & Liberty Think Tank which has featured Dash in its major
programs and has officially included Dash on its website as a sponsoring
partner. The organization has got chapters such as the Teachers for Libertyand Economic freedom. This proposal is targeting these teachers and their students. For more information about me in Dash, see https://dash-africa.com/ghana/ .

SUMMARY:
Teachers play a major role in the development of every country. But
unfortunately, in Ghana teachers are among the least paid. Most teachers
receive as low as GHC800.00 ($200.00) every month and a pension gratuity of
less than GHC20, 000.00 ($5,000.00). Ghana has a total population of 26million
with 378,242 public sector teachers.

Teachers for Liberty and Economic freedom, a chapter of CLE-Ghana seeks to organize a workshop to educate and practically train teachers to find other
source of livelihood and impart these new ideas on their students to use Dash to start businesses after high school whilst promoting it. Financing
Start-Ups is a headache in Africa and many good ideas never see the light hence
high dependence on government for jobs after school owing to the alarming rate of graduate unemployment in Ghana. We
will train 400 Ghanaian teachers (80 per location) from five (5) selected
District/Municipal/Metropolitan in the next 5 weeks on how to invest in
cryptocurrencies with emphasis on DASH to accumulate wealth (as a pension
gratuity to some extend) and to be teaching money management and business skills to students with real hands-on projects that actually use dash
from day one.

DESCRIPTION:
The training/Workshops will be held in five locations within selected
districts/municipal/metropolitan. Eighty (80) participants (Teachers) are
expected to attend the training/workshop at each selected location (Yendi
Municipality, Savelugu municipal, Kumbungu District, Tamale Metropolitan and
Walewale District).

Below are outputs and outcomes of this training/workshops:

OUTPUT 1
Train 400 teachers on how to download and setup Dash wallet. They will also be
trained on the features in the Dash wallet and how to purchase Dash (via
exchanges or me as a trader) and hold it for wealth accumulation in the long
term. (Pension gratuities to some extend).

Outcome 1
All participating teachers can download and set up Dash wallet (window wallet,
Android wallet, IOS) and purchase Dash from the Exchanges.

Output 2
Select 10 teachers from each district/municipal/metropolitan who were very
active and acquired exceptional skills in the training as Local Coordinators
for Dash in their district/municipal/metropolitan.

Outcome 2
Popularized (promote) Dash among their colleague teachers and setup Dash campus
clubs known as (Dash Entrepreneurs Clubs) for their students in the
district/municipal/metropolitan. They will be provided with support to organize
school-based and cluster-based workshops in their
district/municipal/metropolitan on Dash. Finally trained teachers to be
merchants that trade in Dash for extra income

Output 3
Trained teachers to impart their knowledge on cryptocurrencies on students and
parents and the community they live.

Outcome 3
Train students during co-curricular/club meetings and activities on blockchain
technology, money management and business skills with real hands-on projects that actually use dash from day one.Promote Dash to students and convince parents abroad and far away to send money to their wards through Dash
to avoid higher fees from banks and delays in transfer

Output 4
Organize Stakeholder education events on cryptocurrencies with emphasis on Dash

Outcome 4
Teacher Association groups in Ghana adopting Dash to serve as store of value to
get more returns instead of investing in Teachers Fund and welfare dues in
treasury bills.

Topics to be covered:
a. History of Blockchain Technology
b. Dash Technology
c. How to download and setup Dash wallets
d. Understanding features of Dash
e. How to purchase Dash from Exchanges
f. How to purchase Dash and hold it for long time to enjoy appreciation of
value
g. The need for teachers to purchase Dash to serve as a store of value (pension
gratuity to some extend)
h. How teachers can promote Dash among their colleagues, students, parents and
in their community.

Action Plan:All participants would be trained on how to set up Dash and promote it among teachers, students, parents and the
community they live. In addition, Ten Participants (teachers) from each
district/municipal/metropolitan who were active and exhibited excellent
understanding of the blockchain technology and Dash would be selected to serve
as local coordinators in their district/municipal/metropolitan. Below is the
planned activity for them:-

Team 1: Five teachers from each district who have bought at least 3 Dash will be trained to promote Dash and convince teachers to purchase at least 2
Dash and hold it for at least 5-10years. This will serve as a long term store
of value of their money (pension gratuity to some extend). The team will always
collaborate with the other 30 teachers who attended the workshop to promote
Dash among teachers in Ghana.

Team 2: Two teachers from each district who bought at least 2 Dash will be trained to set up Dash Entrepreneurs Club in schools so that Dash could be
promoted among students and equipping them with money management tools and
business skills. A fund of $500.00 worth of DASH would be used to support each
district and students would be encouraged to use their savings to purchase Dash
to accumulate capital and wealth. The team will collaborate with the other 30
teachers from their district/municipal/metropolitan to set up these clubs in
their schools.

Team 3: Two teachers from each district/municipal/metropolitan who have bought at least 2 Dash will promote mass adoption of Dash among parents and the
community they live. They will speak at School Management Meetings, Parents
Teachers Association meeting, community gathering and among others. They will
convince parents to send money to their wards in the form of Dash and convince
school authorities to accept Dash. Parents would also be encouraged to purchase
and hold Dash for a long period. They will collaborate with the other 30
teachers from their district and local coordinators.

Team 4: Five teachers from each district who bought 1 Dash and below will push for merchant adoption of Dash.
They will be trained to help those who want to purchase Dash. Their additional duties
are to convince teachers associations in Ghana to buy and hold Dash for long
period instead of Treasury bill.

Timeline:
One Week for each location and two days for every workshop: This will spare CLE
team the time and space to prepare and update the community every week.

There is just too much “he said she said” going on in these threads for me to be confident voting yes. Some of your replies are very hard to read and interpret as well. I don’t think you have handled this in a professional manner and not really convinced Dash interests are in your primary motives. I have voted no.

My attention has been drawn to a Smartcash Roadshow to start in Ghana by one of the guys I actually brought to Dash call @dagogu please everyone, I have no hand in that proposal, I contacted him and he told me he has left Dash. I am however very disappointed in him because he copied my ongoing proposal which is the Dash Roadshow proposal to smartcash and have it voted. My hands are clean in this and here is his Facebook profile link for any further interaction with him by anyone. @dagogu55 will defend this. He is one of the guys I brought to Dash and everybody on this platform knows it, he left Dash and copied my Dash Roadshow proposal to smartcash. Here is his Facebook profile and anyone can contact him on that. I have no hand in it, just realize I didn't bring the tight people here period https://www.facebook.com/mohammed.a.saani I am sorry I made a lot of mistakes, not bringing the right people into this forum, but I see it part of life. I am learning, gaining the human experience and getting more stronger. I hope everyone understand what's going on, the African Nevers brings an idea but fights those who got one that could make them all better. Most of the guys I brought to Dash don't talk to me anymore.

It is unlikely that someone who was 'stealing' your project (and failed) will come here and own up and on slack. This doesnt happen. Seems totally fake.

Looks like you were in for a double deal on the smartcash project. I am fine with all that but not with all trickery you have been upto.

Your lol response to Paul doesnt inspire any confidence either..

Well, I have friends here in the Dash community who knows me personally, we keep conversations on Facebook and other platforms, some of those friends equally knows this guy who copied my proposal and know he was here. I checked that proposal and it has won so if you think it is me trying to play tricks, kindly keep in touch and do all your monitoring and you shall know the reality. Yes I admitted loling on the face of Paul wasn't righ and I know if such an allegation was before you and if you were in my position who has kept to his words, there is a 50% possibility that you would've gone mad, I am human and despite my relationship with paul, I acted out of emotions. But just to put things right, I am putting it to you that I am a guy of my words, I don't regret for my decisions because I make them thoughtfully, and take responsibility of the outcomes. I don't sell my liberty so if I am ever leaving Dash to join another DAO I will do that boldly and not try to be a "Black sheep". I hope you understand that we are human and just as you are free to think and keep opinions of others and to voice doubts, you should do the same thing about trust and certainty. Thanks very much and I apologize if I didn't put anything right in responding to you. Cheers for a clean judgement.
Don't hesitate to contact the guy, it is why I provided his Facebook profile link and yes I have been talking with him because we are not enemies we just don't belong the same " place" anymore though he 'hold' Dash.

I think you have got it wrong @criptolib to say i have copied your proposal to smartcash in the first place. I believe you are not the proponent of the word roadshow to claim that anything titled roadshow is a stoling idea from you. I have no contract with dash i owe dash nothing and i am at liberty to be in a community that i believe in and the community that that believe in me. Yes u brought me to dash as claimed by your comment and i owe neither you nor dash nothing so no need to tell wherever i am going to be. I left Dash and joined another DAO (smartcash) and yes I am still a Dash investor and hold a good number of coins. I respect the dash community and i believed i have wronged no one in this community .cheers @everyone

This project is possibly the best project I am ever going to run for the community, the workshops are carefully planned and the Ghana Education Service have been notified of these trainings. Haven't spoken to a few teachers about Dash as an investment opportunity, they are eagerly waiting for this project to start. We are launching our DashDirect project on 11/25 and will follow it up the following week with a National press conference to Announce the project and other Dash activities in the country and of course a mentioning of this very project for teachers should be featured. The press conference will send a message to all sectors of workers and this may call for national interactions. I need your (MNOs) support to make this proposal pass so I can carry all along in the press conference since the press conference is a must happen event if for nothing but DashDirect........Kindly Vote YES

I have strong believe in cryptolip, his integrity and his commitment to the growth of Dash in Ghana.I recalled the genesis of this idea of which the said Adusei has been a partner to CLE Ghana for a donkey years and as he rightly mentioned, he is a brother to cryptotraveler who is now a strong advocate of Smartcash. I never could imagined once that h can go behind doors to get this published on Smartcash as proposal. Cryptolib as he is affectionately called Dash in the Ghanaian community has been the great mind behind the raising of Dash in Ghana and of course when you do your checks well you will come to appreciate the fact he is the top evangelist of Dash in Ghana and no one can dispute that fact. I know many will not be happy with this but trust me cryptlib wouldn't do such a thing. He don't run in all directions, he has a definite purpose and that purpose is to get Dash to everyone.

Thanks very Much for the advise. However, honesty is easy to maintain, hard to be recognize and easily forgotten. It is what life is. I think you should look keenly to this https://vote.smartcash.cc/Proposal/Details/Teachers-For-Smartcash-To-Create-Wealth and to my profile. You will know who owns this. Does it really matter if I share the same idea with someone? I think the important thing is what makes this community better. At this point, I am wondering how this came up, nonetheless it is the least I have thought off. Why? Because I know what I am for and like I said, smartcash team has been on me and if not for loyalty, commitment and believe in what I do, they wouldn't have notice me in Dash but you see, it is about knowing what one is going for and doing it better. Dash is what I believe inn, not for my sake but for my community and country. Cheers...

Yes of course it matters if you share your idea when it is sold twice, especially when exclusivity is key.

I did look very keenly to the other proposal and I don't know who owns that. Your explanation doesn't make it any clearer. You are saying that someone robbed your proposal, or you are co-working with another DAO, as long as we are working for the same common goal, or someone even trying to frame you?

I gave you much more then my advice. My trust, my votes, my public support both here and on your channel, even a huge donation.

You LOLling in my face explains your statement "honesty is easy to maintain, hard to be recognize and easily forgotten" maybe true in your life, but not in mine.

Remember you are treating with decentralized trust, you need to convince a lot of people.

If you were framed, you should have come out and communicated about it immediately and publicly. Not being clear what happened made you lost my confidence. Treating me without respect made you loose a friend. But that's not what I am here for, and all this is your loss, not mine.

... paulkuit finally left the conversation.

I am sorry if you misunderstood my statement "Honesty is easy to maintain, hard to be recognize and easily forgotten". Despite your support and kindness all along, don't forget I have no reason to lie. I gave my explanation and a full name to the owner of that proposal; here is a link to his fb profile: https://www.facebook.com/aduseia I have worked hard for this community which is why I believe you and many others supports me. If I wanted to work for another DAO I will be long gone now. When cryptotraveller left Dash, he tried brain washing me about this community but I know life success is about focus and consistency. You have the right to doubt me, support me or not to support me and in any of this, I will appreciate you to see it as a win-win situation. I am out here promoting Dash and not smartcash, I have held several events for Dash, got media and TV to discuss Dash. Yes it adds value to me,to you and to the entire community. We live in a global world where anything can be crosschecked hence impossible to take another organization's money to promote the other. I appreciate your friendship, support and donations and God know I do. I will never disrespect you for any reason, there is business from life and I uphold relations. However, sorry if I treated this purely business. I am human. Thanks.

Adusei Akwesi is president for Evolet Ghana who has partnered with CLE - Ghana for several events, I discussed him hosting us at Ashanti region Kumasi for the Dash Roadshow, during this period period I shared this project idea with him. Unfortunately, he is a brother to Afrikanus Kofi Akosah (cryptotraveller) who is currently promoting smartcash and has tried several times to convince me to promote them. Adusei shared my project idea with him, I had ignorantly given Adusei this writeup to edit for me hoping we (CLE-Ghana) was going to work with his organization as usual on the roadshow and this project. He showed the writeup to cryptotraveller and cryptotraveller assured him he will make it win should he put it to smart cash as a proposal. They got it out there before I knew, however my believe is that, nothing stolen is ever genuine nor worthy, I cross check his proposal everyday and it has been turned down. He called to apologize but I have no issues with anyone. Ideas could be the same but implementation and results will vary. The smartcash team has been on me with different offers after realizing my commitment and what I do for Dash, I have done my ground checks about them and realize they were all here before. Till date, I feel they have stolen ideas, systems and strategies from Dash to create their own which convinces me that, they might be successful but never like Dash because no one can ever implement anyone else's idea better than him (owner)

I think you should have warned dash community at the moment you were informed of it. Now it looks like you kept it for yourself for unknowned reasons. Theres a large part of the proposal system based on trust and transparency. When you fail to keep trust, its hard to build a relationship. Also did you tried to warn smartcash community that it was already a dash proposal? I'm gonna take some time before changing my vote and look for others feedback. But I urge you to be transparent to avoid this kind of situation.

In Africa, life expectancy is unfortunately shorter than in other countries.
Education is fundamental for any country. And teachers are the main axis,

A teacher who teaches a teenager the benefits of Dash as cryptocurrencies can help him start international business, both within and outside the African continent.

About this:
Topics to be covered:

F. How to purchase Dash and hold it for long time to enjoy appreciation of
value

I think you should delete this, and focus on Dash as an international currency, for example:

With Dash I can buy things in Ghana and you would charge the whole, without being charged by corrupt officials, and avoid commissions.
Ghana is a fabulous country, and if you can learn to trade with Europe and the USA using Dash, it would enrich your countrymen.

That is the approach you should give.

If you work hard, in extending the knowledge in Dash as a digital currency you can give a competitive advantage to your country, and extend to the rest of the African continent, you can do something great and make history. Cheer up!

@cryptolib you have my support.

Education it's good, but I don't like the idea you going to push people to buy Dash. They are poor teachers, and as you said they don't have much money. Do you know the rule - invest only that what you can afford to loose?
Reply
0 points,6 years ago
Thank you.
Most of these teachers like i said are looking for opportunities to get out of poverty therefore investing the little they can. The reason why they are paying the compulsory participation fee of $50 is for us to get the number to attend these workshops without any complaints from other teachers. Why? Because teachers are many at each location than we are looking for. Those of them who will pay the fee will have the opportunity, however, we will give a quota such that if more people turn to pay the participation fee, we will stop registering them for the workshop once we hit the number. Not forgetting we are giving it back to them in Dash. Thanks for asking and i still need your votes to make this happen.

Voting yes, I doubt this will be cost effective, as in we will gain less per DASH spent from this proposal than other proposals. However I think getting people interested in DASH in Africa could eventually influence their lives and might be a benefit to their societies in the long term. That's what we aim to do as well, make society better and improve on current systems.
Reply
2 points,6 years ago
The participation fee for this workshops is $50, this is to make sure we get the right people from each location to attend the workshops since we have more than 150 Teachers in each of this locations, however, the $50 will be given back to the participants in Dash hence by current price of Dash, about 12.5 Dash is to be bought by participants in each of the 5 locations. In total, we will have about 65 Dash bought by participants through participation fee only. The idea is to take our Crypto to the Ghanaian people in the best interest of the community and help eliminate poverty in this country as well. Good & sound investment schemes are lacking in Africa and I strongly believe Dash (on its investment drive) is what my people have been looking for especially the womenfolk. It may interest you to know that in Africa women save and invest more than men since they’re mostly the breadwinners and family heads, particularly in broken homes and disaster areas except for the true educated folks, that's why our "Dash Direct" project is focus on women. We expect more women in these workshops than men who will take up the opportunity with Dash. Aside this, the four teams are going to get Dash heard in their communities, schools, in businesses and have merchants running which will contribute a lot to Dash growth in the country. Nonetheless, the long term impact of these project is that, the students who will form part of the Dash Entrepreneurship Clubs in high school are going to have Dash base projects running while in school, after school and in colleges and universities. These same students will be Dash ambassadors and advocates in their colleges and universities when they get there after high school not forgetting their parents and friends will equally get involve because high school students love to share new ideas learned from school with parents and friends. This makes this project the cheapest with high ROI and I believe by the time CLE will stop furnishing the community with reports of this project (in 3years) we will have Ghana listed on the top among countries that uses Dash the most. Thank you very much for your observation, I appreciate that. I still need your votes to make this happen.

You men are my mentors. If I admire to be like you or more than who you are today, then I have to practice to my best some acceptable principles that got you where you are so I can be sure of getting there one day, closer or above. And those principles guides me; honesty, trust worthy, hardworking and a man of my words. Above all, generosity to my best. Thanks a lot and I appreciate you & your vote. I still look forward to more YES votes to get this done and done well.

Dash is not just a passion but its capacity to sway public opinion about Africa from poverty and average life to world standards motivates me a lot. Trust me, i have been a teacher for almost two years now and know the contribution Teachers can make in getting Dash to everyone. Teachers are seeking good investment sources to make their retirement days worthy and Dash is the solution, financial institutions and mircofinances have long fraud-ed them.

Your commitment to the growth of Dash has been highly recognized, I admire the level of level of enthusiasm that has engulfed in your quest to get to Dash to everyone. you have propagated for Dash and its growth has seen a significant increment in the last few months throughout Africa. You have worked around the clock and scribed every atom of your energy to get DASH to Nigeria and today we can say that the root source of Dash in Nigeria is aligned to you and of course you brouht Natheniel Luiz to the Dash community who is equally taken your steps to expand the frontiers of Dash in Nigeria, a further hand was stressed to the good people of Cameroon. You have my full support mate.
I plead with all MNs to vote yes on this proposal for his one of the brains behind the skyrocketing of Dash in Africa.
