MNOs who voted No should really take another look at the proposal and the work Nebojsa has done in Serbia with past proposals to earn the trust of the Dash community. He is also bringing on great people as advisors.

I tried to quickly skim the proposal but have no idea what it's about. If a proposal is not clear, it's not the MNOs fault.

Thank you for the feedback. We are working on updating our proposal every day in order to clarify things and make them more understandable (we just made another update based on your feedback). This was a large proposal so we are doing our best to make it more understandable on a daily basis. Any suggestion is more than welcome.

Just to clarify : "As part of our preparation, we have managed to gather an outstanding team with a great track record, including a Dash Core team member." Which team member and what role do you think he will play in your endeavor in the future? Has he agreed already?

I hope that all the people you mentioned will come out and support this project publicly, if they do, you will have my vote.

Also if Abu Qader is really your advisor, can you prove it?

I am jumping in to confirm that Abu Qader has just confirmed his participation in the project on his LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6357803998669602816

Fresh update; Founder of Writinado (www.writinado.com) and the award-winning and internationally experienced educator has agreed to participate in the project as advisor. Here is the announcement posted on his LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6357772560649723904

Thank you for your feedback; great questions. In regards to a Dash Core member, Alex Werner, Evolution Backend Lead at Dash Core, has agreed to act as tech advisor on this project. We will also be working closely with Jeff Smith (coingun) from Core team, but those activities will be more related to our agreement to support some of their activities with our revenue stream.

In regards to all the other aforementioned parties, those arrangements have been organized by my colleague, Vedad Mešanović, co-founder of GliaLab, an award-winning AI company he co-founded with Abu Qader and another partner. You can find more information on their website: www.glialab.com including Vedad’s association with other entities like Petnica Science Center or the Rotary Club: https://twitter.com/glialab/status/883020202635669504

I just asked Vedad to make a post: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6357764855398825984

In regards to Startup Grind, we already collaborated on these activities as showcased within updates in my proposal. I am their Chapter Director: https://www.startupgrind.com/u/NebojsaJovic/

Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any more questions or you have some suggestions on how we can improve / clarify the proposal. We are planning on posting more updates related to our activities and the escrow agreement with Dash Core (member of their team will be posting updates related to our escrow as well).

Voted NO.
You If the payment address is yours there won't be any Dash Core escrow.

There are multiple dash core payment addresses based on the type of venture, we need a confirmation from Bradley though that this one is the one that dash core provided.

Thank you for the feedback. Dash Core team advised us on specific matters related to our proposal and provided us with a wallet address to add to our application where the funds will be received for their escrow service. We are also in a process of signing a legally binding agreement with them related to our execution milestones and escrow service. Bradley Zastrow, Global Business Director at Dash, will be commenting soon on the proposal to confirm our cooperation.

Due to a technical error - this specific proposal was not set up with a Dash Core escrow address. A new separate proposal has been submitted by vedadme/nebojsa where the address has been confirmed (https://www.dashcentral.org/p/DashChallengly)

Holy cow, now this is what I call a proposal. This structure should be mandatory for anyone looking for funding in Dash community: interesting idea presented with a solid and detailed plan, clearly defined offering for Dash, reputable team and an escrow handled by Dash core team. We funded major proposals with less quality and projected results and a much bigger ask, so this should be an easy yes. I also love the sponsorship team idea and the lineup you brought on board. Great work nebojsa.

P.S. Thank you for posting a link to a forum version. There were some technical issues with proposals lately so I will be waiting for it to get updated on Dash Central so we can start with the official voting.

Too much Namedropping. Too many Buzzwords.
Very little by way of what it does for Dash.

Voting NO.

Thank you for the feedback. I apologize that you feel that way, but this is a proposal that was in preparation for two months and our goal since the beginning was to gather a reputable team that can efficiently execute the project and create values for Dash. The only way for us to avoid “namedropping” was to avoid telling the community who will be involved in the project or details about their previous work. Our aim was to get community excited about all the respected entities that will be included, and not to drop any “buzzwords”. Nonetheless, given that we are asking for 212 Dash, we felt obliged to include a complete description with all the necessary details and accompanying files and do it with an escrow service. In regards to values for Dash, there is a complete description under section 1.4) including a link to a two-page PDF file with a detail description of some aforementioned Dash-related objectives. I apologize if the proposal is a bit long and I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to go through it and all the details. Any suggestions on how we can improve the proposal or clarify things are more than welcome.

I will abstain from voting until someone from Dash core confirms that arrangement is in place. Other than that, this is a brilliant proposal mate. I do not see a single reason why should someone vote against it when you brought a respectable team on board, you have an escrow in place and your reputation in the community is great. We made so much risk funding people to record TV series and do advertising that it would be irrational to miss on the opportunity to support projects and teams like this one.

First Ben Swann and Rory MacDonald, now Abu Qader and others. This is going to be a killer year for Dash. Hell yeah!

I am unable to edit proposal due to 500 Internal Server Error I get when I try to save edited proposal. It will be edited once it gets sorted out.

In a meanwhile, you can check the proposal here: https://www.dash.org/forum/threads/proposal-reinventing-decentralized-challenges.26481/

Those 500 error are awful. What I would recommend is preparing the entire proposal in a Google Doc and posting the link.
