Previous Cycle Results — Goals Achieved ✓
If you believe Dash needs to expand, be visible, and stay relevant in major markets — I respectfully ask for your support.
YouTube: subscribers 264 → 312 (+48); views ~11,000 → ~14,000 (+~3,000); 16 new RU videos published.X (Twitter): publications 96 → 222; daily amplification of key posts by community members. 64 followers
Telegram: channel subscribers 566 → 581 (+15).
Localization (Transifex): maintained ~100% RU localization of Dash resources.
Ecosystem exposure: facilitated an interview with Joel and Pshenmic on https://www.youtube.com/@CryptoCommonsRU (116k subs).
Monthly Budget Request: 30 DASH
- 40% — YouTube production
- 30% — X, Telegram, Bastion production + Articles
- 20% — Outreach + PR
- 10% — Infrastructure, Tools & Subscriptions + reserve
Note: The Russian-speaking community has historically been one of Dash’s largest and most active communities, a direct result of early localization efforts. Continuing and expanding this vital work is crucial — not only to maintain the current community but also to unlock significant growth potential in one of crypto’s largest global markets.

You did not meet any of your main goals on the last proposal.
We need better outreach for the Telegram Russian-speaking Dash community.
From what I hear there is a lot of FUD in the Russian Telegram channel, what have you done about that?
No "Consistent daily activity on X", maybe 2-3 post a week average. This should be easy.
Looks like less than 1000 views on You tube. Definitely not "several thousand of new cumulative views".
You also did not "Publish 10+ high-quality Dash videos". Just some translations of DCG updates and a couple of other video translations. Not what I would expect for 40% of your "production" budget.
I would suggest not funding this proposal this month until you prove yourself worthy of full funding. Maybe next month, if you put in some effort and do what you say you are going to do.
I hear you're a nice guy but this is not a charity.
Here is my comments from your last proposal that you never responded to...

Outreach is pretty good, news and info constantly reaches the community. The FUD you are referring to is not related to “We need better outreach”
"From what I hear there is a lot of FUD in the Russian Telegram channel"
Wanna clarify: there has been no FUD in the RU news channel, or any another resources i manage; I always deal with facts and do not manipulate them.
You probably meant "Dash Rus" chat, then sometimes there is FUD there. I'll share my opinion on this. First of all, chat is old and I do not hold all the power alone. There are volunteer moderators in the chat, some of whom are much more Dash OG than I am. So the chat is well decentralized, and since I don't consider centralization to be a good thing, I wouldn't ban everyone indiscriminately. FUD arises from misinformation that someone might write in the chat. “What have you done about that?” And to answer your question right away, I will say that I try to provide accurate information and show where a person is wrong. Banning/deleting messages because a person doesn't understand something is not right, is it? We are not in the chat of a centralized company that needs to get rid of everything that is not positive. And unfortunately, since messages remain in the chat, some people only manage to read the “incorrect information” and don't bother to read the subsequent explanations from other participants. And they start to make things up and draw conclusions from their own minds. Some may not even write this in the chat, but it's already in their heads.
"No consistent daily activity on X", i didn't mean just posts, but rather likes and reposts as well. But it seems I didn't make that clear enough in the proposal. I took that into account and changed it in the current one.
"This should be easy." And you're right that it's pretty easy to keep up posting daily, and I didn't do that not because I'm lazy. I figured I'd have a lot of room to run wild in the Russian-speaking crypto part of Twitter, but it turned out that there weren't that many opportunities to do replies like that. And I specifically wanted to be a “reply guy” because it's an effective way to grow on Twitter. I didn't see the point in writing posts just for the sake of writing. I gradually started switching to English, but that kind of defeats the purpose of “Russian-language Twitter.” It seems that the Russian-speaking community prefers Telegram, and interacting/growing on Twitter is not as easy or effective. So I plan to focus more on Telegram, but I don't plan to abandon X.
"Looks like less than 1000 views" According to statistics from YT Studio, the channel gained 1,509 views between May 5 and August 1, 2025, so you are incorrect (proof (https://ibb.co/SwWYWQYs)).
"Definitely not "several thousand of new cumulative views"." Agree this isn’t “several thousand.” I dived into the semantics with GPT and found my original meaning was closer to “a few thousand.” In Russian, few = several = несколько. My fault. BTW statistics are getting closer to few. Especially when we consider that, despite receiving funding only for work during the summer period, the work continues today. And the total number of gained views from May 5 to October 12 is already 3,299 (proof (https://ibb.co/cSD6QgLm)).
"You also did not "Publish 10+ high-quality Dash videos". ... Not what I would expect for 40% of your "production" budget" That's your point of view, but let me share some calculations. Using a median Dash price of ~$23 per DASH (May–Aug), 40% of the 120 Dash cycle (= 48 DASH) for YouTube across 10 planned videos works out to 4.8 DASH/video (~$110/video). That unit budget cannot support studio-grade production. Making fewer videos is not an option either. YouTube loves frequency. Editing, voiceover, production and design are costly; at ~$110 per video some trade-offs are unavoidable. Within the budget allocated for the summer period, 16 videos were made, and several more are at various stages of production. Less than 3 Dash budget for one video. For reference: according to Dash Incubator accounting (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mhXlo4ylqWLLSYN4MGiLWlp7Gq3jrsDt0kB701dwMNU/edit?gid=941386650#gid=941386650), a single Incubator Weekly episode (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLF5Va8rgg4DEn8G12pAlt4tg8i-NOGH_l) has a median cost of ~20 DASH (usefull screenshot (https://ibb.co/VcXB18bQ)) At that unit cost, my entire YouTube allocation (48 DASH) would fund roughly two-three episodes...
I’m committed to doing the work, learning from experience &feedback, and raising the quality with every iteration.
