Proposal description
The core mission of this proposal is to strengthen, expand, and activate the Russian-speaking Dash community by creating targeted, high-quality native content and timely translations of English-language Dash materials.
The Russian-speaking community has historically been one of Dash’s largest and most active communities, a direct result of early localization efforts. Continuing and expanding this vital work is crucial — not only to maintain the current community but also to unlock significant growth potential in one of crypto’s largest global markets.
A major strategic focus will be placed on developing Dash’s presence on YouTube, creating consistent, professional-quality educational videos. YouTube’s power lies in its ability to deliver sustained, long-term organic reach, continually attracting and onboarding new community members.

Parallel to YouTube, significant effort will be invested into growing Dash’s presence on X (formerly Twitter). This platform is a cool gateway for real-time crypto dialogue, uniquely positioned to drive rapid community growth, continuous engagement, and lasting Dash user onboarding.
With its powerful recommendation algorithms and significant organic reach — features absent on Telegram — X offers a distinct advantage. The Russian-language Dash News account (DashNews_ru) effectively replaced past VK activities. Though the Russian-speaking audience on X is smaller compared to VK, it’s significantly more targeted, and highly receptive to Dash’s crypto-oriented messaging.

Telegram remains the #1 platform for Russian-speaking crypto communities, making it a strategic pillar in this initiative. While Telegram itself has low discoverability (users rarely find new groups / channels organically), it is the best platform for retaining active users once they’re brought in.
The goal is to create a clear funnel that directs users from YouTube, X and etc. into:
In the near term, one of the most compelling Dash products ready for mainstream promotion will be the new DashPay Wallet, upon its full release on iOS and Android platforms.
As soon as the wallet reaches production-level stability and becomes publicly available, this initiative will prioritize widespread promotion across external Russian-speaking resources.
Also we will focus on media exposure, aiming to secure more earned-media coverage and strategic integrations. As our owned media is still growing and we can’t compete with projects with huge marketing budgets in paid media.
