DASH ESCROW MANAGED OPERATIONS: DEMO Incubator Inc. - DashRacer
DEMO is excited to bring the Dash network the MultiGP escrowed proposal.
DEMO believes we have negotiated a sponsorship proposal that maximizes Dash's value. We have also put together the legal structure and contracts required to protect the DAO treasury fund system.
MultiGP and DASH share in benefits formed within this agreement.
League Annual Sponsorship
DASH Fastest Pilot Prize Purse
NBC Sports TV advertising (12 ad spots featuring DASH-Digital Cash)
Global Chapter Sponsorship (Race gate branding, video content, banners, etc.)
Cryptocurrency Exclusivity for DASH purchase options integrated into MultiGP webstore.
MultiGP will make a formal request of all MultiGP retailers to accept DASH as a payment option.
DEMO has worked closely with MultiGP since Sept 2017 to form this relationship and mold a mutually beneficial agreement.
DEMO will work closely with MultiGP to monitor deliverables and release partial payment funds over the term of the 12 month agreement. DEMO and MultiGP agree in the principle of exceeding contractual obligations to foster long-term and mutually beneficial relationships.

Please be aware that this sponsorship is for the entire 2018 Regional Series, not just one event. If you look through the images you will see our schedule of events that Dash will be a part of and the other activities that Dash will be a part of (including the opportunity to have Dash-centric commercials aired on NBC Sports).
Legal Contract between MultiGP Inc. and DEMO Incubator Inc.
All references to DEMO Incubator Inc. regarding Banner, Flag, Media, Branding, etc. shall be changed to DASH-Digital Cash upon approval and acceptance of the proposal.
Proposal Total ASK for 12 month agreement: 508 Dash
Escrow monthly Fee per the term of the agreement: 2.16 Dash
Proposal Submission Fee: 5 Dash

We will meet and discuss with MultiGP this week. The MN's can expect an early submission of a revised proposal.

We thought the MN's would like to know that this is a vetted and legally binding relationship for Dash. We placed a lot of emphasis displaying the structure of the relationship. This might have taken away from the MultiGP exposure and exciting community that MultiGP has created. They engage all around the world in social media, races, meetups, educational outreach programs teaching youth to build, program and fly their own drones. DEMO believes that the customers, viewers, racers and the overall environment are passionate about adopting crypto currency. We at DEMO would like to ensure that is DASH in their wallets.
DEMO has visited 2 MultiGP events and personally sat down with Owner, President, Media PR director, etc to review and provide due diligence for the Dash community. The cross-marketing and adoption-cluster alignment is inspiring.
We at DEMO take full responsibility for the non-approval of this proposal based on presentation and conveying the importance of a relationship with MultiGP drone racing league. (Can't win them all... but we are going to try)
The 5 Dash proposal fee will be considered tuition. We'll consider it tuition toward learning how to better present and convey content to our MN's.

There is absolutely nothing to be gained by dash here; this money should be spent on remittance marketing and developing use cases, just that. Sponsoring random hobbies is not what the treasury is for.. Further, not interested in hearing any justifications about how "drone racing" is the next American Football. It is not.

Just the correct your information. The proposal is not close to $500K. It is $31,667 per month for an entire annual sponsorship, media, web exposure, exclusive Dash retail, 12 NBC sports TV Ads spots and more.
If you were not trying intentionally be misleading, we can go over the math to help you understand the total proposal ask.
If your intent was to be misleading... we hope you'll help us keep these post truthful and productive.
On proposals that bring no way to monitor metrics or added value to the network simply just give dash and relax.
Sort of like how greencandle did bellator.. that is not even on mainstream tv.

2. What is the DEMO Incubator escrow fee?
3. What will be done with any extra funds?
That is all listed at the bottom of the proposal, but it probably overlooked after the long scroll? We can move it to the top if you think it would help?

3.Following Greencandle's example. Discussed in the DEMO statement on Dash Forum. Excess funds will be applied to future projects in partial or full funding of additional treasury proposals.
