A typical attendee of a Ukrainian crypto event is a young, tech-savvy professional (usually 18-35) with a strong interest in blockchain, trading, or Web3 careers. Many are developers, traders, founders, or marketers looking for networking opportunities, partnerships, and practical insights they can apply quickly.

4. Why Dash

Why do you want Dash to participate in this event

IC'26 is a gateway for Dash into the UA community. Dash will improve presence and onboard new users to the ecosystem.

How Dash fits the event audience
Our audience consists of active crypto users, traders, builders, and Web3 founders from Ukraine and across Eastern Europe. Many are already familiar with payments, on/off-ramps, and everyday crypto usage. Dash’s emphasis on fast, low-cost transactions and usability makes it highly relevant for this segment.

How Dash Platform could be relevant for participants
Dash Platform introduces powerful tools for building user-friendly dApps with decentralized data storage and simplified identities. This is especially relevant for developers and startups looking to create scalable, real-world applications. For non-technical participants, it represents a step toward more accessible and intuitive blockchain products, which is a key trend in our community.

10. Strategic Value

Why this event is important for Dash
IC’26 is the leading Web3 event in Ukraine and ranks among the top in the CIS/EE regions by speaker lineup, attendance, and sponsor quality. It represents a major opportunity for Dash to tap into a large, active, and fast-growing community, driving meaningful awareness and ecosystem onboarding.

Why this region matters for Dash
The CIS region accounts for around 9% of global on-chain activity and ranks among the top three markets for CEXs and launchpads. This reflects a large, active, and highly engaged crypto community, making it a strategically important region for ecosystem growth.

Discussion: Should we fund this proposal?

It looks like you're the event organizer and you're basically trying to sell a silver sponsorship to the Dash DAO, is that right?

That's all fine if it's a good fit and the price is right, but who is actually going to fill that sponsorship with life? Who is going to staff the booth you provide? Who is going to make that Dash video on displays in expo zone? Or are you going to reuse an existing one? Which one? Who is going to provide the branding and other marketing material? Who is going to be on our side of those BD introductions?

Have you talked with anyone? Has anyone agreed to represent us there?

My other question is about attending an event that's basically in a war zone. Kyiv is attacked by Russian drones and missiles all the time. I see news of hits and civilian victims almost every day. How does that affect an event like this?

Hi, thats right. I'm from Event team at Incrypted. We organize Incrypted Conference and Ukrainian Blockchain Week 4 years in row.

This is a sponsorship proposal, but we don’t treat it as just “selling a slot.” Our role is to fully operationalize Dash’s presence at the event so it delivers real value.

Let me clarify responsibilities and current status:

1. Execution & ownership

From our side (Incrypted team), we fully handle:

-Booth production and setup
-On-site coordination
-Traffic generation to the booth (via announcements, and promo activities)
-Integration into event content and media coverage

From Dash side, we would only need:

-1-2 representatives to staff the booth
-Alignment on activation mechanics
-Booth design

2. Current status on Dash representation

We are already in touch with Daria Chernozub and Yaroslav regarding participation.
Daria has indicated potential candidates to represent Dash on-site, so this is not starting from zero - we’re aligning on final confirmation.

3. Booth activation

We don’t rely on passive presence.
The planned format is an interactive activation (e.g. simple on-chain/user action with Dash → participation in a giveaway or reward).

We help to design and drive this flow to ensure actual engagement, not just branding visibility.

4. Content & media

If needed, we can reuse existing Dash video materials or help adapt them for the expo format.
This will be finalized together once the partnership is confirmed.

5. Regarding Kyiv and safety

You’re right. Operating events in Kyiv today requires very deliberate planning. From our side, we mitigate risks through:

-Carefully selected venue with appropriate infrastructure
-Backup power systems (generator with <2 min switch time)
-On-site security team
-Clear safety protocols for attendees and partners

At the same time, it’s important to add context:
Kyiv continues to host large-scale tech and Web3 events.

For example, speakers like Vitalik Buterin and representatives of the Solana ecosystem have attended in previous years.

It’s not risk-free - but it is manageable.

This proposal, same as the many dozens of similar previous proposals, will do nothing to help global adoption or price. The greatest and most effective marketing is a rising price and high rank.

Vote for my proposal which will lock up another ~580,000 dash in masternode collateral, greatly reducing monthly selling pressure, make dash a better investment and store of value, all of which will improve price, rank, and global adoption.
