Dear DashRacer, having a suspicion of fraud on the source of the funds you have hired. Can you provide an official document in your name and in the name of the DEMO company to the MNO via the Dash TRUST as you confirm that these funds are your own funds and in no case the funds from the previous ones that you received from treasure. Can you prove that these funds are your own funds ? This will remove any possible suspicion on this point. Thank you.

I will confirm that I used my funds mixed from personal purchases of dash and provided as profit from the treasury to fund this project.

Our past proposal with the MNO's clearly provided for profit. I believe it is my right as the owner of that profit (Dash) to risk it ALL to try and benefit Dash with an amazing relationship like FanDuel.

Many other organizations roll existing profit back into projects to further benefit the future growth of that organization.

I do not agree that the proposal owner and the escrow service are the same person, because there is a conflict of interest for reasons of judge and party.
The only interest I see in this montage is to get Dash on this proposal for you when you distribute money for free. Whether the proposal reports anything or not to Dash, it does not matter, it relates to DEMO therefore to you. I confirm that you are good at selling yourself to the Dash network in order to get funds from Dash with the help of some inside propaganda active media.

This is not an escrow service proposal. DEMO Incubator Inc. is a legal and incorporated company so that we are able to represent Dash and engage in legally binding contracts with organizations such as FanDuel.

There is no conflict of interest. Our interest is to source, negotiate, draft contract and execute our projects to the maximum benefit of Dash.

Dear Dashracer, I have trouble understanding what is extraordinary about a company receiving free money without any commitment to use Dash as a means of payment and without any exclusivity to use Dash as single crypto for at least 3 years. Companies that want to get free money without any counterfeit, it's amazing that you have found ony one.
From my point of view its unfair to use "a forced debt", but generaly its work with 90% of peaple.

The point here @JoL is two-fold. One, Dash will be exposed to thousands of people who play these games. Two, they will put fiat in, and receive Dash. The network effect alone from this is worth the price of the proposal. Wallets will be flying off of Google Play and the App Store! Not to mention the ongoing relationship that Scott and his team are capable of managing. Getting our foot in the door of this industry is huge.

From my point of view Tao, exposure without usability, it's like selling gongel for esquimo, it's cool but it's useless. usability 1st then exposure.

I'm not following your logic. We are getting exposure, and we are getting Dash into the hands of people who will use that Dash in follow-up events. We are getting people involved in Dash, and growing Dash Nation. Scott has big plans for this partnership, and I have yet to see him fail to deliver.

Tao, can you give me an example of a payment system (VISA, PAYPAL, ...) that sponsors a web site or an event that does not accepted its payment system for its customers? I have trouble following this logic. I respect your point of view mine is different

Fanduel is not getting free money. They are providing a superior service to their users and their advertising/marketing has been exceptional for Dash.

This is not a forced debt. I asked MN's their thoughts and opinions about the proposal. I explained that timing required funding. Once I funded the project, it became my risk. Thankfully, in record time, the MN's of Dash have stepped up to vote on this proposal. Once again the communities response continues the "positive feedback loop".

Jol, If Fanduel and Dash Aero can come to agreements for utilization, can I count on your vote for that further Development stage?

Yes, what I criticize is the order of these steps. You propose communication before adoption. From my point of view it's doing things upside down.

This proposal is not about adoption by Fanduel of Dash as payment with a contract of 3 years with DASH TRUST and budget to Fanduel with X% of when there users use Dash. Its an other story. Not this one.

I think you are stretching or reaching for a narrative other than "I funded knowing Dash benefits from this relationship". I also funded not knowing if I would ever see my Dash again.

No conspiracy, just trying to help the network and risking a larger amount of personal Dash to do so.
