Proposal description
Business Development, Integrations & Strategic Partnerships for Dash
Hello Dash community!
This separate proposal to represent Dash at European Blockchain Convention 12 (EBC) (https://eblockchainconvention.com/) in Barcelona, with one primary objective: convert a high-density European industry event into qualified integration and partnership opportunities for Dash.
This is not a general “conference attendance” proposal. The work is structured around business development: pre-selecting target companies, booking meetings in advance, pitching Dash to wallets, payment providers, exchanges and infrastructure companies, and moving the strongest conversations into concrete post-event integration tracks.
My previous event GGate in Tbilisi for Dash (https://x.com/artemiy_nur/status/2071537032627712218?s=20 ) gave 8 partnerships and potential integrations that are in progress now - https://shorturl.at/CwTES
Why this matters now: EBC is built around deal-making rather than passive attendance, including pre-arranged meetings, curated introductions and 10,000 app-powered 1:1 meetings. This gives Dash a practical environment to identify decision-makers and accelerate conversations that would otherwise require months of separate outreach and travel across Europe.
Why European Blockchain Convention is a strong fit for Dash:
What will I do:
1. Before EBC: build and prioritize a target list of wallets, payment processors, on/off-ramp providers, exchanges, fintech products, institutional/crypto infrastructure companies and selected media partners; start outreach and schedule meetings before the event.
2. At EBC: conduct direct business-development meetings, present Dash’s integration value proposition, identify technical/commercial requirements, and qualify each lead by integration potential, user reach, implementation complexity and expected transaction utility.
3. Prioritize integrations over visibility: focus first on partners that can add Dash to a wallet, payment flow, exchange, settlement product or other transaction-enabled service; use co-marketing and media opportunities as a secondary multiplier for qualified integrations and awareness.
4. Build local and international relationships: develop connections in Spain while using EBC’s international audience to expand the European pipeline beyond a single market.
5. After EBC: run structured follow-ups, hand technical integration conversations to the relevant Dash/DCG stakeholders where needed, maintain ownership of commercial follow-up, and publish a concise post-event BD report for the DAO/community with outcomes and next steps.
Target outcomes and accountability:
The value of this proposal will be measured by pipeline quality and follow-through, not by the number of business cards collected. My working targets are:
These are execution targets, not guaranteed outcomes: final integrations depend on counterparties, technical feasibility and follow-up. The purpose of the proposal is to create a concentrated, qualified pipeline and move the strongest opportunities toward implementation
Additional upside: Official EBC Partnership discussions
I am already in discussions with the European Blockchain Convention organizers regarding an official partnership/integration of Dash into the event. If secured, this can increase Dash’s visibility and credibility before and during EBC, improve access to the event ecosystem, and give the BD work an additional trust signal when approaching prospective partners.
Any partnership benefits obtained from the organizers will be used to increase the return of the same $1,900 proposal rather than to shift the proposal away from its core goal: integrations and business development.
Budget total Request 2 515 USDT (approx. 82 Dash). With a potentiat shrink to approx. 1856 USDT if I manage to get free ticket for the event.

Dash does not need conference presence for its own sake. It needs more places where people can actually acquire, hold, spend, transfer and integrate DASH. This event provides a dense environment to meet the companies that control those distribution and transaction channels.
This proposal creates a focused European BD sprint with pre-event preparation, on-site deal sourcing, post-event follow-up, a visa fallback, and the additional upside of an official event partnership currently under discussion. The goal is simple: turn two days in Barcelona into new integration pathways and measurable commercial opportunities.
Hello Dash community!

- High concentration of relevant counterparties. EBC brings together exchanges, banks, custodians, infrastructure providers, protocols, founders, investors and policymakers in one place - the same ecosystem where new Dash listings, wallet support, payment rails and distribution partnerships can be sourced
- Designed for business outcomes. The event explicitly emphasizes pre-arranged meetings, curated introductions, meeting areas and app-powered 1:1 scheduling, making it especially suitable for a focused BD mandate
- Strong access to decision-makers. The 2026 speaker and attendee ecosystem includes senior representatives from many TOP companies: Coinbase, BlackRock, Citi, Deutsche Bank, Santander, Fidelity, BBVA, Consensys (examples demonstrating level of the event, not the aims for network) and other major digital-asset and financial institutions. Personal attendance and networking much more effective than online outreach.
- Direct relevance to Dash’s utility narrative. The agenda includes payments infrastructure, custody, exchanges, stablecoins, institutional adoption, market infrastructure, compliance and on-chain finance - topics closely aligned with conversations around Dash as a fast, practical payment network and digital asset.
- Europe-wide reach in two days. EBC positions itself as a meeting point for Europe’s fragmented digital-asset market, creating an efficient opportunity to reach local Spanish players and international companies without separate country-by-country travel.
What will I do:
1. Before EBC: build and prioritize a target list of wallets, payment processors, on/off-ramp providers, exchanges, fintech products, institutional/crypto infrastructure companies and selected media partners; start outreach and schedule meetings before the event.

Target outcomes and accountability:
The value of this proposal will be measured by pipeline quality and follow-through, not by the number of business cards collected. My working targets are:
- 30+ pre-qualified target companies researched before the event.
- 15+ substantive BD meetings/conversations with relevant decision-makers or partnership owners.
- 8–12 qualified post-event follow-ups with a clear next step.
- 3–5 priority integration/partnership tracks advanced into active discussion, where counterparties and technical/commercial fit allow.
- One concise post-event DAO/community report covering meetings, pipeline status, relevant public outcomes and next actions.
These are execution targets, not guaranteed outcomes: final integrations depend on counterparties, technical feasibility and follow-up. The purpose of the proposal is to create a concentrated, qualified pipeline and move the strongest opportunities toward implementation
