Proposal description
Owner: Nik Novoselov (Niknovo)
One-time funding request: 130 DASH
Event date: March 23
Location: Moscow
First Organizational Update is at the bottom of this Proposal
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This proposal offers Dash an exclusive partnership with DeFrens — the largest Russian-speaking Web3 and AI tech community (10,000+ frens, 2,800+ active founders and developers in the chat).
The event is a focused offline conference dedicated to privacy, cryptography, and confidential infrastructure in Web3 — the exact narrative where Dash has strong positioning. During our events we partner with top universities such as MSU, HSE, MIPT, and many others.
At an event full of current and future Web3 privacy developers, we will promote building on Dash and present new Dash innovations for research.
We propose keynote exposure, panel discussion, on-site branding, wallet onboarding activation, media coverage, and community integration. This is a targeted entry into a privacy-focused builder ecosystem for one of the strongest builder communities.

1. Mikhail (pshenmic) will take a speaking slot (~ “How to build DApps on top of DASH”).
2. Since he is also working on Dash Evolution, we will bring some community members who are working on (or have worked on) decentralized compute projects:
- Mike Voronov (ex-Fluence) – https://github.com/mikevoronov
- Yury Yanovich, Assistant Professor at Skoltech, working on decentralized federated learning environments – https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2096720924000770
We hope this can contribute to expanding DASH use cases and the discussion in the AI space.
Regarding ZK, we can definitely highlight it on stage and in marketing materials. I’m not entirely sure how deeply Pshenmic is involved in that topic, though.
Personally, I’d be happy to dive deeper into this area as well.
Is there a group chat or somewhere we can coordinate?
