Proposal description
Hi. I am JZA from the Bitcuners group in Cancun. I was lead on the Dash in Cancun project which we feel was highly successful. We have been planing this continuation of outreach for a while now and finally have all the pieces to launch our latest proposal together. This proposal will benefit and increase the adoption, not only in Latin America but of DASH world wide.
I am the admin of Facebook DASH (Dinero Digital) and DASH (Digital Cash) groups as well as co-admin of DASH En Español fb page. I am also part of a crypto enthusiast group in Cancun called Bitcuners which successfully did an event recently in Cancun for merchant adoption. You can read an article about the event from one of the assistants.
Today we are launching (landing page) https://dashespanol.com
Youtube Channel: DASH Español
We are starting our network of bloggers, podcasters and experts to provide educational training materials as well as social media to inform the community. With a current network of 5 guys we are starting our network from around the globe. At the moment we have 1 designer, 1 producer, 2 bloggers, and 1 podcaster.
Latin America is a big adopter and player of cryptocurrency with many countries experiencing with tight economic and monetary regulation. Cryptocurrency has been a great opportunity for users to escape the failed economies, extreme corruption and political impunity.
We hope to provide well documented information and get good quality equipment and video editors and produce original work for the DASH network.
What we want
We want to go have this grow, however we want to ask the DASH network for support in acquiring equipment, and some rewards to our team. We are looking for a one month payment of 57 DASH.
Daily news article in Spanish.
Weekly podcast on our brand new youtube DASH Español channel
Weekly opinion blog with summary of the week's event around DASH
Art and gallery expo for DASH aficionados
Reward and marketing projects and contests
Grassroot event rewards
At the moment we will start with the blogs and podcasts as we organize the teams and get the necessary information to get this wheels turning. We don't want to overpromise and underdeliver but we do see that there are some desired things we could achieve with relative ease since we have the necessary communication channels.
Cost distribution
Some of the things we want might need some fixed costs including equipment, location and other related costs.
Video recording equipment 10 dash
Production costs 2.5 dash
Web development cost 8 dash
Location rent 4 dash
Team rewards 22.5 dash
Marketing/Advertising/SEO 5 dash
Proposal cost 5 dash
Total: 57 dash
This will allow the community to get better quality information on their native language. We also want to push new ideas that can be integrated into the network.
Technical Notes
We want to build a CMS site using Django CMS hosted on Digital Ocean's Load Balancer on recurrent droplet network, able to handle a heavy load of traffic.
Site will be suing material design layouts with integration to the discuss commenting system.
Video material will be shot in 1080p, with high quality hardware based compression for online distribution.
Studio will be enabled with a high availability fiber network for fast upload of videos.

The Bitcuners group in Cancun Mexico are still actively promoting Dash to local businesses and are awaiting the latest wallet update which will allow Kodaxx’s POS to run smoothly. We are an army waiting for supplies and marching orders. Although we have many merchants already using Dash, the merchants with more complex inventory systems, etc… are looking forward to the Dash POS. which needs a few capabilities from the Core team’s next release.
Thank you for your consideration. We look forward to serving Dash again soon.

Now that I have had this opportunity to get to know you, and understand your skills and your perspective and your plan for the Dash Spanish information outlet, you have my votes!
I would encourage people to go watch the video and go vote!
Venezuela alone could zoom Dash to 3rd place, or perhaps 2nd place in market cap. And it would do more good for everyday Venezuelans than all the "help" that foreign aid and foreign intervention could ever do.
This proposal would:
Help Venezuela,
Help Mexico,
Help Spain,
Help Central and South America
Help all of the spanish speaking world,
Help Dash!
Demographic fact of the day, there are more native spanish speakers than there are native english speakers.

We need to get this done, and JZA has the skills and the motivation and the connections to accomplish this.
Again I say, go vote.

but we need more information in Spanish, it´s dificult to convince establishments to accept Dash, becouse they don´t know Dash and they don´t trust Dash. Dashenespañol site will help us building that Trust from the establishments. Everyday more people wants to know about criptocurrencies and Dash.
So for me, this project is more than the sum of it's parts, but - not unlike being lucky enough to have gotten Amanda interested in Dash - having JZA involved in Dash, spreading the word, etc... JZA is a Latin American/Europe Espanol ASSET. Please vote for this project.
I know some MN have concern about quality, this is a very important fact. Recently, he made an update, dealing with a professional editor and I believe this is a ahead step in this project.

I know JZA for some time and I'm sure he has selected a good team of "real people" that now believe in Dash and are willing to keep working to make the network grow.
Unfortunetly most of the people in latinamerica doesn't understand english and the news and information about Dash keeps growing, we shpuld use all the translation efforts we can.

Why is this happening with all my dots?
I know JZA and I would really love to have Dash approved in Spanish, I think it is a good proposal that is doing JZA, since we are many that we are difficult English, as you can see use Traslate, but for much information that comes interesting from Dash is in English, and I have not managed to understand much of The new and good information.
Reply Gracias
I believe great content and positivity will be provided if this proposal meets approval.
Thank's
The DASH billboard was great and I like you and the Bitcuners group.
These are easy YES votes for me.
one on one sounds really s*l*o*w, however, due to the exponential effect, it grows quickly and extremely effectively. Ultimately, it's far cheaper, in my opinion, as well.
This proposal, though, is not really for commercials, it's for spreading information. Once you have people interested, they can access the details via this proposal's videos, etc... This is just as important. Accessing the information after being convinced you should look into something. It is imperative that we start making the information accessible.
Seeing the DASH billboard displayed in Cancun in such a prominent, high-traffic area was a great surprise. The local press you're generating and the growth of awareness and use of cryptocurrencies you're responsible for, especially among business ownwers, is something you should be proud of.
You're doing great work to further the cause. Mexico is an ideal place to crypto to florish and your continued efforts are greatly appreciated and supported. Your tenacity and helpfulness in raising awareness and understanding of crypto in this area is commendable.
Keep doing what you do so well. This community supports you.
The bitcuners community is doing a great job helping people get started in the crypto world. Vote YES
Now cancun knows something about DASH, and i belive that this project could be more productive. If the people can see that this is real, that there is a huge support ,not only regional, but international!!! and more important in a place where literaly lives from the income from the tourists. Dash could emerge as as solution and oportunity for local bussiness and for the communty.
This is just the beginning, i feel the proyect can get support from the network, this could grow to local resorts, and in a not so far future, and get reservations online paid with DASH.
I agree and excited about this!!! Encourage the Masternodes to vote YES on this one. Congratz!!!
I have been in the meetups and can say that the events that have been made along with the regular meetups are making ground for people to realize the potential of use Dash, which in turn helps to make that people use it.
Thanks to Dash for all the support until and hope to continue helping to spread the use of Dash and criptoworld in general in LATAM and the world.
I see reoccurring expenses on this list: rent, team rewards, production, marketing.
Is this a one time request?
How do you plan to cover your expenses in the future?
Equipment is personally owned. It does not provide value for Dash, and only provides value for the person owning the product he purchased.
I just think that see the best face of the proposal don't create problem.
I follow many podcasts and the better produced like TWIT once said that it cost around 5,000 dls per episode. I don't know it all went in electricity, and the hourly wage of the people in it.
As for delivering value, this wont be a 1 month situation, I hope, I am targeting to grow and become even better. So I project that more equipment will be acquired, new talent will be hired and production equipment would be coming down the pipeline.
The real question IMO is how much will this all cost and is you think is too expensive and compared to whom. For example Amanda asked for 120 DASH for 4 episodes of DASH detailed, making it around 20k right now, back then (let say $80) is 9600, making it around 2,400 dls per episode. I am currently asking for 2,300 dls (14 dash) for rent AND equipment for all 4 episodes.
Just saying that you should also take this into account.
"A good example of similar issue was @tao where cash alternative asked for a new laptop to be able to do its interviews" JZA
tao agreed to do his show for free if the network bought his equipment.
