1. Introducción
Our proposal is focused on receiving remittances in El Salvador through the
Dash cryptocurrency, presenting transactions with very low fees (commissions)
and instantly as the main benefit.
We are going to focus on the success stories of other proposals that have been in charge
of positioning Dash as a fast, safe and friendly cryptocurrency.
2. Goals
Position Dash as the main remittance cryptocurrency in El Salvador from the
main sending countries, through the Dash Wallet platform with the purpose of
offering a commission aligned to people needs.
METHODOLOGY

Actively train the community in topics focused on family remittances, their
employability and benefits of their use.

You don't even have a video of you teaching someone to use Dash.
So I'm voting no.
This proposal deserves a chance. If it does not work out then we move on. The proposal owner is very energetic, knowledgeable and passionate about Dash, we need more people like him.
Hopefully El Salvador can be a great opportunity if it's feasible for Dash to become used as money there. Do you think Dash can compete with Bitcoin Lightning that President Bukele has implemented throughout El Salvador?
We already have a work done in El Salvador with the Micro-entrepreneurs
1. Generation of Family Remittances database (micro-entrepreneurs).
2. Linking micro-entrepreneurs to use Dash Digital Money.
3. Educational agreements with other projects in the area.
-------Are you going to train and promote mainly local communities within El Salvador, or people in other countries, and if so, which one(s)?
We will provide training to local communities and their families living abroad.
We will give 11 Educational Modules as follows:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday Virtual Classes to Family Members Abroad.
- Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. On-site classes to local communities (Dash Xperencie Center).
These educational modules will involve projects funded by the DAO such as Dash Help, Dash Text and others.
We will do permanent follow-up to stimulate the use of Dash as Digital Money.

Voice to voice: micro-entrepreneurs refer Dash through their usage experience.
Agreements with local projects using Dash Remittances.

1. Currently decentralization (Dash Wallet): there are centralized Wallets where the custody is not from the community.
2. Dash fees do not vary significantly compared to the Bitcoin Lightning Network (e.g. receiving and sending an exchange).
3. InstantSend - PrivateSend - ChainLocks.
Hopefully, El Salvador can be a great opportunity if it is feasible for Dash to be used as money there.

From the experience I had in El Salvador. There were many mistakes in the implementation of Bitcoin.
Dash has better attributes than the Lightning network.
Dash can be implemented in El Salvador without legal problems.
Dash is a complement not a competition.
