Achievements reached so far:
  1. New support agent for Portuguese speaking users and local phone number for Brazil.
  2. Google Analytics implementation on our website to track our reach and audience statistics.
  3. Redesign of our official website ( to make it friendlier and more relatable to the Dash official website.
  4. Strong campaign on our social media to promote Dash. Reaching over 670.000 people around the world.
  5. New record of more than 1700 visitors on our official website, recording more than 800 users from over 60 countries (most of which came from the American Continent).
  6. Partnerships and cooperation with: Kriptomobile, Dash Dinheiro Digital, Dash Text & Charity program, Dash Maracay, Cryptolugares and Cryptobuyer.

Fully featured multilingual Dash support center to directly answer questions and provide solutions through the following communication channels:

  • Dedicated local phone numbers for users of the following 7 countries: Argentina, Colombia, Spain, United States, Mexico, Venezuela and now also Brazil.
  • Calls and messages through: WhatsApp, Telegram and Discord.
  • Instagram,Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.

For this new cycle, as a result of what we have been able to learn and verify by talking directly with the people in Venezuela, we will launch a new local service called: "Dash Active Support".
This program will offer to Merchants and users living in Venezuela not only phone and online support, but also the physical personalized assistance they may require to clarify every doubt and solve any technical issue.
The Active Support Program also contemplates the realization of meetings and small conferences to explain efficiently the basics about dash, personally interacting with the final user to demonstrate Dash real use and features.

Keep encouraging new strategic alliances and cooperation between the various projects, communities and exchanges operating in Latin America.


  • Dash Help support center is present worldwide through social networks and advertising.  In Venezuela, we also physically participate in fairs, events and meetings held by merchants and allies.

what is the need for Dash support in Brazil? there is no currency crisis in Brazil, and very little consumer demand in that country for a new currency product like Dash

Hello Currency_use_case and sorry for the late answer.

Although in Brazil there is not the same need as in Venezuela, there is one of the largest and active communities of Dash users in Latin America.

The importance and the strength of a support center is not based on serving only those users in "full crisis", but also on supporting the various communities around the world as well as those users who wish to adopt Dash as a payment method in their daily lives. not only because of an urgency but because they believe in the project and the benefits that we all know that Dash offers.

In addition to not representing a significant cost increase for the proposal, expanding our horizons as Dash promoters is beneficial regardless of the region to which the content is destined. I would like to mention that Dash is the only cryptocurrency with an Official Support Center to which you can call (or contact through our many communication methods) regardless of whether the end of the contact is to solve any problem with the wallet or just learn more about the cryptocurrency, and its various uses and benefits or about the DAO, the communities, the proposals, etc...
