Proposal description

Problem
Administrators of some "Official" Dash communities on Discord and Telegram previously quietly deleted user messages and blocked users for criticism (both constructive and unconstructive). As a result, dissenting voices began gathering in uncensored chats. One such chat was the Russian-language Dash community chat on Telegram, which brought together not only Russian-speaking people from Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania, Armenia, and Georgia, but also from other countries who don't speak Russian at all. (I personally know three people from Georgia, Belgium, and Spain who write messages using a translator.)

Solution
I've created public Dash communities on Discord and Telegram, inviting anyone interested in Dash's development. If you've been blocked from the "official channels," please join. If you support the policies of the current "official communities," please join as well. Remember: censorship is bad, propaganda is bad, and personality cults are bad (I'm from Russia, and believe me, I know what I'm talking about). The concept of an "Official Community" shouldn't exist in decentralized projects. The key to decentralization is the absence of any central authority. I urge DCG to link dash.org and all its subdomains to these servers and chats (assuming, of course, you still support the principles of crypto-anarchy, decentralization, and free speech, and don't intend to mislead investors).

Rules
1) I will not allow people to be divided by race, language, or skin color, as the administrators of the current "official communities" on Telegram and Discord do. (Yes, the administrators are openly writing that there are Russians and everyone else (there is evidence)).
2) I will not allow bans on any topic related to the Dash project. You will be able to ask any questions, even the most uncomfortable ones, to any Dash member.
3) If there are no people on this server who don't like questions (including uncomfortable questions), don't be surprised why your suggestions aren't accepted or are met with a wave of disapproval.
4) Anything unrelated to the Dash project, including advertising messages, spam, and fraud, will be deleted.
If anyone is interested in becoming an administrator of these communities, please contact me after an interview (if I'm convinced your goal is anti-censorship and freedom, you will become an admin).

I'm putting this to a vote
I request that 500Dash (Hi Joel) 1Dash per month be allocated from the budget to support these channels.

Can you show screenshots of your claims? (since you say it happened on discord/telegram it should be easy to scroll up and show proof). I am particularly interested where you see admins dividing people by race, language, or skin color. Please show examples of all three if you can. Or any.

One incident occurred in a private chat, and I don't want to reveal my source. You witnessed the conversation yourself and understand what I'm talking about. The second incident occurred in a public chat but was quickly deleted; you can find it if you keep track of moderator activity. We have numerous cases of users being blocked and deleted on Discord for any criticism of DCG and Joel. These messages are either marked as FUD, after which the user is deleted, or the message and user are deleted without explanation (more often than not). Blaming such censorship on bots is unacceptable. You can do a roll call in the Russian-language Dash chat and see how many people from all over the world (from different countries) have faced bans. This is a warning sign. In the chats you control and at your afterparty, there's a perception that Russians are rebelling. That's incorrect. The Russian-speaking community's chat is rebelling. There's simply no censorship in Russian-language chats. The problem exists and is often discussed. Stop believing in pink ponies.

Do you have a timestamp of when this happened? I will check myself with a moderator (I am not a moderator). As for Russians rebelling, that's not what I personally think is happening. I do think there is a language barrier at play though. I have heard that in some russian telegram channels there is a lot of vitriol directed at DCG, Joel and I believe that it is creating an echochamber type effect. Like when someone says DCG is doing nothing, and 3 other people agree, the 5th person who knows nothing about what we are doing starts to believe it. Even though everything we do is public on github, and all it takes is to ask an AI to analyze our performance to know the truth. Even you can take a chinese AI if you don't trust the western ones.

I really believe this rift is not healthy, and we can see it clearly in the voting patterns of masternodes based in Russia. Most no votes on DCG and Dash Growth are coming from Russia.

I was even informed that a plot existed to overthrow DCG and replace us with a Russian development team. Is that true?

No, I'm not aware of any conspiracy. Perhaps someone made it up, and you believed it. I'll be honest: I have questions about DCG's effectiveness, but I won't let anyone confuse DCG—at least, I don't see a more worthy replacement. So I'll occasionally criticize you (to keep you from getting complacent), but I won't, and I won't, let anyone confuse you and DCG. As for Joel, I want efficiency, as I've already said. You could make five times more for that kind of money if you hired people in India or Latin America. So, if the community opens its eyes and realizes that 10 hands are more profitable than two, and Joel gives way to five more effective players, I wouldn't mind his departure. However, he's completely focused on himself and appointed himself a marketing king who doesn't answer the community's questions.

As for criticizing me so I don't get complacent ; that might work for an employee, but I'm not doing this for money. If I didn't feel like working I wouldn't work, but I feel like working and I enjoy the work I do and I want us to succeed. I'm not working my ass off to show you results, I'm working my ass off because I want the results.

My respects, I take my hat off to you and your desire. I respect your work. But I meant effectiveness not as a developer, but as a manager. Management is lacking. You need to devote more time to this issue. You're working while many others are doing things that you are then forced to redo, or waste time and effort on.

I wrote in the proposal section that I wanted transparency and reporting on Joel's work. After that, I was immediately banned without even a warning. I was kicked out of the Discord channel, and I can't even contact the moderator, latteisnotcoffee, because apparently he banned me personally in addition to banning me from the general channel. I contacted splawik21 and asked him to forward my message to the moderator. The moderator replied that I was banned for a reason and that he won't unban me for now. Is that normal? But I don't understand why? As the MNO, shouldn't I be able to participate in the general Discord discussion? Shouldn't I be able to express my criticism along with my right to vote? I think I should also be in the MNO Discord chat. But instead, I'm simply being kicked out of everything without warning, and I have to write everywhere to somehow draw the community's attention to this problem. In practice, it turns out I can't even be in the general chat and participate in the discussion and community life. Any constructive post I make on dashcentral gets downvoted by a certain group of people. This is a complete misunderstanding. I'm very upset. It's a complete mess. quantumexplorer Sam, please pay attention to this. I have no complaints about you; the product is developing, we're gradually moving forward, thank you for that. I have questions for Joel; I'd like transparency in his work. And I send a big hello to the Discord chat moderators. I hope you're comfortable with yourselves there and have a lot of fun banning people you don't like.

I ask everyone to vote for and join new chats where we can communicate constructively and freely without abusing the moderators.

Unfortunately, fun.run joined the discord and his first message https://discord.com/channels/484546513507188745/1193604113309646858/1526669015177498715 was to stack on the growing chorus of people trying to attack a PO. His account at the time was thought to be a sock puppet account and given a Discord time out of a few days to allow things to settle. Fun.run considers this a ban, it is not, it's a timeout.

Yes.

Please read again, what you’ve written on 14/07/2026, 21:17.
And then, please watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=apddK87-ick and read all of Joël's other publications from the last ten years or so.

Dear friend, I support you, but this isn't a vote for chats. It's drawing attention to the issue. You don't need to hold a vote to create chats. In the proposal section, I'm asking for a budget to support chats. Of course, I understand that no one will allocate the budget; Joel has a lot of support right now; he and his circle have their own voices. However, proposals like these need to be made so that investors understand that not everything is as smooth in Dash as DCG and Joel claim.

Voting YES.

Hello everyone.

Every participant should have freedom to make payments, vote, express their opinions, and discuss various aspects of the project, both positive and negative.

I recently voted against Joel funding, wrote a reasoned explanation, and expressed my opinion in the official Discord channel. Afterward, I was simply banned by the moderator latteisnotсoffee without any warning. Furthermore, I still haven't been unbanned. I believe this approach is simply unacceptable in a project whose core values are decentralization and freedom in everything, including voting.

Let's build a progressive, free community that isn't afraid to discuss uncomfortable topics. This is the only way we'll grow. I definitely support this proposal.

I've already explained it to you in a DM on Discord, please read it and you'll get it.
You were in the wrong place in the wrong time and as soon as Latte has written he will ban anyone who does post about Joel due to the continuous witch-hunt for hours you appear from nowhere on public channel, say: "hello" and boom, threw the same thing as others did, right under Latte's warning, obvious that you were hit by the hammer ban.
Read again my msg to you and you will understand all with the date when you will be unbanned.
