Dash Website Redesign Funding Proposal December
This is a single month funding proposal for the work on redesign of the Dash website for December 2025.
The funding will go into continuing new design for the site and also updating Figma UI/UX Dash Components.
Progress:
Dash Figma UI/UX Components
The Dash Components in figma are constantly being maintained, with the new addition of "User" component finalised and "Tabs" are coming really soon.
Components are currently being used in the new Website Design, Dash Platform Extension, Dashcon Website, social media posts and covers.

Dash Website
A Huge amount of work that took more than a month is finally finished.
The Get Started and Institutions blocks were fully redesigned in dark and light color schemes. The new pages include:
1) Individuals, businesses, downloads, buy online, where to spend, and new merchant kit pages.
2) Institutions, traders, financial services, regulatory, and fastpass pages
Totalling in 11 fully redesigned pages in two color schemes.
As usual the new design is aligned with previously approved landing page's style, fresh new look with a better UI and UX.

For this month the focus will be on the final and biggest page group - Community. A total of 10 redesigned pages, listed below.

Community pages also include forum. Redesign of it will require far more work, but this month I will additionally provide

By the end of the redesign, those pages will look fresh, have more content in them and feature more user friendly UX decisions.
Also I'm continuing cooperation with Pshemnic.dev team, and from now on I will also cooperate with Joel Valenzuela on website content and layouts.
Budget Breakdown:
89 Dash - Design work on the new pages (Ermakow)
20 Dash - This amount will be locked in the reserve to pay for frontend developer in the future. (This will add to the previous amount of 14 locked Dash for future development)

First we had a proposal from bmd and voronoi studios for three months that got funded (3x 231 dash for April -May - June 2025)
Then if i remember correctly bmd and voronoi studios created another multi-month budget proposal that did not get funding.
Now we are getting your budget proposals for the Dash Website Redesign : September 2025, November 2025, December 2025.
Is there a connection between bmd and voronoi studios who already delivered work for the Dash Website Redesign and you (Irmakow) ? Are you/we using already delivered work by bmd and voronoi studios or are you doing the Dash Website Redesign from scratch ? And my final question : when will the Dash Website Redesign be concluded ? (when will these monthly budget proposals focussed solely on the Dash Website Redesign come to an end)
BMD was originally planning on making a redesign for the website himself as you said in April, making a three month proposal. This was supposed to be a redesign of a landing page, and a brandbook from voronoi. But when bmd received the money, he didn't pay voronoi his part of funding which let to voronoi exiting the project after a month. And bmd wasn't really working on proposed project himself either until the last month (June)
He then contacted me, to help him make this landing page redesign and brandbook assets for a small payment. So I accepted and did the initial redesign for him (It was only the home page of the website at that time). After that he received his last month payment from DAO and refused to pay me my part, and told me to work for free until July. I was continuing working for free and making more assets, but in July his proposal got rejected, which led to him not paying me, voronoi and another 3D artist their money for completed work, that he should have been paying since the first month of April.
So in the end he took 95% of the money to himself, not doing anything on the website and trying to outsource work to others so he could get more proposals funded, while doing nothing himself. And as I said when he didn't get the funding he left Dash completely.
When everything concluded in that story, I decided to make everything myself since I already was making this redesign. I then made a proposal after another cycle, which got accepted so I've been working hard on the website redesign and UI/UX Figma components since.
Right now I'm 80% done with the redesign and Components are 90% done as well. The only thing left are pages from the community block and the forum. I'm also working with pshenmic and Joel on updating website info and content. So my last proposal on the redesign will be in January, finalizing this work. After that if components or website will require any changes, I will be maintaining them for free, without any proposals.
I decided to throw my support behind this budget proposal.
