Proposal description

Mass Organic Content Attraction for Dash (November 2026)

Dear Dash community!

I propose supporting a dedicated growth initiative for Dash: the regular, large-scale production and distribution of visual, video and written content across social media (X, YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok and Threads). This content will be designed for organic sharing, introducing new audiences to Dash and guiding them toward installing DashPay, then exploring other relevant products in the ecosystem. It will also expand Dash's presence among English-speaking audiences worldwide. The result will be a consistent, systematic way to attract new users to Dash products and expand the brand's media presence.

The goal is to put Dash in front of people who are not yet actively looking for it and give them a clear path from first discovering it to using it.

Why Dash needs this now

Through my work on Dash promotion and partnerships, I have identified a significant growth opportunity: a broad, consistent presence beyond the existing community. In my view, the potential of organic content at scale to attract new audiences remains underused.

Existing social channels, in-person events and personal connections do important work: they build trust, strengthen the community and support partnerships. The Content Factory proposed here will extend that work by consistently reaching people who are interested in technology, digital money and cryptocurrencies but are not yet familiar with what Dash offers.

We need to earn this audience's attention with useful, engaging content. A clear video, a timely news explainer or a practical guide can be someone's first introduction to Dash. Follow-up posts will reinforce brand recognition and show how the product solves a specific problem.

This is why I am focusing on consistent content production at scale. A substantial volume of quality content will let us test more topics and formats, reach potential users more often and develop the most effective series. We will build shareability into our scripts, presentation and choice of timely topics, then assess performance through audience responses and clicks through to the product.

Three months of preparation are already complete

Since early July 2026, my team of two and I have spent three months creating content and setting up and refining the production process. We have already invested considerable time, effort and resources in this work.

We have developed scripts, a visual style, avatar videos, animations and ways to adapt content for different platforms. We have used leading market players as our quality benchmark: the content needs to hold attention, explain topics clearly and represent Dash well. We will continue improving quality based on analytics and feedback.

We have already created accounts on X and Instagram and published the first pieces to demonstrate their format and quality. You can view them through the links below. If this proposal is approved, we will also create accounts on YouTube, TikTok, Telegram and Threads to publish similar content, largely repurposing the same material with minor adaptations.

Examples of the Dash content we have already created and propose to develop and scale:

X: https://x.com/GlobalDashComm
Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/globaldashcomm

The community can use these links to assess the current quality of our videos, images and written content on each platform. The next step is to scale production, publish consistently, distribute content systematically and build a measurable user acquisition funnel.

How the content will attract users

The first conversion goal will be installing the DashPay wallet.
To achieve this, I will build and manage the following funnel:
1.    Useful or timely content attracts the attention of new audiences.
2.    Posts and demonstrations explain where and why Dash could be useful to them.
3.    A clear call to action directs people to a guide and the official DashPay download.
4.    Step-by-step content helps them install the wallet, understand how to back it up and send or receive DASH for the first time.
5.    Follow-up content introduces available use cases and other relevant products in the ecosystem.

Download links will point to the official Dash website: https://www.dash.org/download/. As the ecosystem's priorities evolve, we can direct relevant content series toward live Dash Platform applications and other products that are ready to use.

Installation will be the first conversion goal. The next task is to help people understand the product and return to it. We can use separate tracking links for each platform and campaign to measure clicks. Tracking installations and subsequent actions will require available analytics, coordination with the product team and a separate discussion, which will take place during implementation.

Three formats and four content themes

In addition to the content already created and published, this proposal includes the production of English-language content in the following formats:

Video. Avatar-led and animated videos: short explainers, product demonstrations, answers to common questions and news analysis.
We will adapt scripts, opening hooks, subtitles and editing to each platform.
Carousels. Image sequences focused on a single topic: step-by-step guides, explanations of complex concepts and common mistakes. This format is easy to save and share.
Text. Posts, threads, short explainers and discussions that let us respond quickly to news, answer questions and guide audiences toward their next action.

Research, preparation, production, publishing and analytics will form one coordinated process. Automation will help us increase output and reduce the cost per piece, while editorial oversight will maintain accuracy, quality and brand consistency. We will verify news against primary sources and check guides against the current product.

Platforms and audiences

Where we will publish content under this proposal

X
. We will reach active crypto users, members of other ecosystems, developers, entrepreneurs and potential partners. News, threads and meaningful participation in discussions will introduce them to Dash and create further opportunities to connect. For now, X will also be a primary destination for traffic from our other channels, alongside the product download page: https://www.dash.org/download/

YouTube. We will reach people searching for explanations and practical guides, while Shorts will introduce the topic to viewers through recommendations. Educational videos can become a reference library for questions about Dash and help viewers take the next step toward installing the wallet.

Instagram.
We will engage a visually oriented audience interested in technology, digital services and everyday uses of cryptocurrency. Reels and carousels will explain what Dash can do through relatable situations and build brand awareness.

TikTok.
We will focus on younger audiences and people discovering cryptocurrency for the first time through short videos. Accessible explanations, strong opening hooks and practical examples will help us test our ability to reach beyond the established crypto community and introduce new viewers to Dash.

Telegram.
We will deepen our connection with people who have already shown interest and with members of crypto communities. Guides, roundups, updates and answers to questions will bring audiences back to the product and support them after their first visit from other social platforms.

Threads. We will also establish a presence for people who prefer short, text-based discussions about technology and everyday digital life. Here, we will test a conversational tone and introduce Dash to audiences beyond specialist crypto channels.

Content as a lasting community asset

Every piece we produce adds to Dash's permanent content library. A particular strength is the lasting relevance of these materials: once created, they can continue bringing in new audiences for months through search, recommendations, sharing and organic reach.

This content can continue generating additional reach and attracting interested users long after its initial publication.

Community members, ambassadors and partners will be able to use the materials in their own channels, presentations and answers to newcomers. As the library grows, there will be more opportunities to reuse successful ideas and reduce the cost of producing new content.

We plan for around three months of consistent publishing

Three months of production preparation and three months of channel development serve different purposes. To test whether the Content Factory can consistently attract an audience and establish a sustainable publishing rhythm, we are planning around 90 days of regular posting from this point onward, focused on testing, optimization and audience growth.

This period will allow us to build up enough content and data to identify topics people want, improve audience retention and test the funnel. Viewer responses provide recommendation systems with signals to help identify relevant audiences. However, platforms do not guarantee a point at which they will automatically start delivering broad reach.

This is our working timeframe for developing the project.

Scope of work and budget

The proposed content production and publishing package for the first month, November 2026, costs 55 DASH (approximately $2,550)
As part of this proposal, we will produce the quantities specified above for each content type and publish the content across X, YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, and Threads
Regardless of the current exchange rate, we will produce the maximum possible amount of content.
Our analysis indicates that a comparable package of similar quality would typically cost at least 90% more on the market, particularly for avatar videos and animations.
The package includes topic and script development, production, editing, platform adaptations, visual formatting and publishing, funnel management, analytics and optimization within the agreed scope. Further details are provided below.

Hope for your support, thank you!
