1- Introduction: The Dash Italia Project
Dash Italia is the leading project for the development and communication of the Dash Community in Italy. Our work is structured around four integrated strategic pillars:

a. Digital Management and Amplification: We coordinate an ecosystem of 11+ social media accounts, blogs, and a dedicated email channel ( dashnewsitalia@gmail.com ), serving as the official voice and point of contact.

b. Content Curation and Translation: We continuously repost, cross-share, and translate articles and official content to filter and bring the most relevant content from the global Dash network to the Italian community.

c. Value Creation and Technical Update: We produce original content on key topics (Dash, sovereignty, privacy, Web3) and provide regular summaries of technical live sessions.of the Dash Core Group (DCG), ensuring a quality update.

d. Real Adoption and Local Support: We proactively seek out and support local businesses to directly integrate Dash, building a conscious and lasting adoption base.

2- My Story and Personal Vision
This is the first time I've shared this story publicly, but I think it's time to do so, so that people understand the roots of my commitment.

I've been active in the crypto world for 8 years and have been making a living off crypto (#LiveOnCrypto) for about 4 years. This journey, which took years of study and experimentation, led me to identify Dash as the most promising project, functional, complete, solid and aligned with my vision of financial and digital sovereignty.

For this reason, for over two years I have chosen to dedicate my time and resources full-time to Dash and its Italian community. The first proposal in 2023 marked the formal beginning, but it was preceded by over a year of preparatory work in my spare time.

My mission goes beyond social media. The primary goal remains the search for and support of conscious local merchants: we're not simply looking to "expand a market," but to find allies who see Dash as a tool for sovereignty, freedom, and ethical exchange, to build strong and lasting relationships.

3- The Role of Connector and Amplifier
My commitment extends to operational management: I could be considered a connector and amplifier for the entire Dash ecosystem.

I actively support the work of those who create value for the network: from the initiatives of Joel Valenzuela (Dash Growth) and the international participations of Daria Chernozub, to the analyses and upcoming investmentsfrom the Digital Gold Foundation, to technical updates from DCG and independent developers. I translate, share, and explain these initiatives so they resonate in Italy.

This support translates into concrete actions: I have encouraged adoption, supporting various giveaways and donating to over 30 new Evolution users, maintaining a constant dialogue with the community. With an average on 2025 of about 1000 tweets/month on X, I make sure every milestone relevant to Dash has a dedicated sounding board.

In short, my job is to integrate and amplify every effort that builds value for Dash.

4- A Note on the Voice: 'I' and 'We'
For clarity, in this proposal I will use both the first person singular ("I") and the plural ("We," "Dash Italia"). This choice reflects the dual nature of the project:

“I” refers to me as the lead manager and day-to-day operations manager, responsible for providing full-time personal commitment.

“We” / “Dash Italia” refers to the community project as a structured entity – the channels, resources and vision built and available to the entire Italian community.

In short: I'm committed to managing and growing the organization; "Dash Italia" is the organization itself, which exists to serve the community. This allows for stable management while maintaining an open and scalable vision.

Aware of the current dependency of the project from my work, I am committed during 2026 to identify potential collaborators to ensure greater resilience into the long-term project.

5- Budget Justification: Towards Equitable Sustainability
The budget increase to 60 Dash/month for 2026 is based on a realistic assessment of the work done (In 2025 the activities took place365/365 days, without exception), the time invested, and the economic context, with the aim of ensuring sustainability and growth. Three key factors make this adjustment necessary:

a. Halved Budget Value (Market Impact): The average price of Dash in 2025 was significantly lower than in January 2025. In fact, the budget translated, for much of the year, into about 50% of the originally projected value, despite the volume and quality of work increasing significantly, up to almost triple.

b. Funding Interruption (Operational Risk): The project faced two months of funding short fall in 2025, demonstrating the vulnerability of a full-time model that requires stability to plan.

c. Organic Growth and Engagement (Proven Scalability): As evidenced by reports, engagement has steadily increased to support business expansion. The new demand reflects a commitment that consistently exceeds full-time and aims to cover approximately 50% of its market value, a more equitable and sustainable ratio.

In addition, the donation channels explored (which I thank) have not proven sufficient or predictable to fill the gaps or finance ambitious projects (Ref. Forum https://www.dash.org/forum/threads/%E2%9C%B3%EF%B8%8F-request-for-support-%E2%80%93-dash-italia-projects-at-risk.56158/) and other projects yet to be launched.

Considering the full scale of the commitment, quantifiable at over 3,600 hours of specialized labor per year, its market value is significant. However, the demand for 2026 is calibrated to ensure maximum efficiency for the Dash Treasury. With 60 Dash/month, the network incurs less than half the market cost of a similar service, obtaining in return not only operational management but a true awareness multiplier in the Italian market. It is a strategic investment with low risk and high potential return.or.

Reinvestment Commitment: To build trust and align ourselves with the health of the network, we are committed to reinvesting any significant surplus resulting from a Dash price increase into the project. Additional resources will be allocated to new activities and/or technical and qualitative improvements.

6- Social Media Channels Overview and Growth (April 2023 - January 2026, Approximately 33 months)
Below is an overview of organic growth across our main channels. In total, we saw an increase of over 12.000 followers, with an average ofbeyond 360 new users per month.

We believe that profound change starts from the foundations. Even if proposals like the one for a decentralized education model struggle to gain solid consensus, the vision that guides us remains the same: a conscious adoption that starts from the daily fabric of people, new generations, and local businesses, for a Dash lifestyle.
