For this proposal, not only we managed to considerably reduce the budget required for the project (cut in half), but we did it maintaining our quality standards.


By providing COMPLETE and INSTANT assistance and technical support for those users who want to start using Dash or to know about communities and projects, but they have too many doubts and questions about what it is and its functionality to begin just by themselves. 
We will also be always there for them as a helping hand to offer guidance and advice.


Fully featured Dash support center with operating telephone numbers to answer calls directly from Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, USA, Spain and Venezuela.
We also receive emails, live chats, WhatsApp (calls and messages), as well as requests through: Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, from any other country.

Encourage strategic alliances and cooperation between between the various projects and communities operating in Latin America.

Impose presence through social networks and other advertising media.

Customer support:
  • Update previously created videos on currently outdated wallet versions (40+ videos).
  • Update the documentation created by the support center before the latest Dash updates.
  • Telephone lines available from Monday to Friday from 8 to 5, and Saturday from 9 to 12 (GMT -4) for 6 countries.
  • Minimum 100 organic monthly interactions.
  • Worldwide customer support through live chat, email, WhatsApp and social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
  • Monthly reports of our statistics
  • Translation and/or dubbing from English to Spanish of the main videos created by other colleagues of the Dash network.
  • Continue with the loyalty program, calling over 200 merchants each month.
  • 3 How to buy and sell Dash through national exchanges
  • 3 How to register at international exchanges
  • 1 How to do Dash Crypto Mining
  • 3 How to purchase gift cards and Mobile refills (Cryptobuyer, Bitrefill, Bitcoinsuperstore and

  • Creation and restoration of wallets backups
  • At least 1 installation and usage video of the following wallets Abra, Ethos, Evercoin, Trust, Bitnovo and Guarda
  • Any other video directly requested by our customers
  • Creation of an interactive Telegram Bot
  • Update all the information, links and videos on our website to match the latest data available about Dash.
  • Addition of 2 new sections in our website
Partnerships and cooperation:
  • Delve into the partnership with Kriptomobile
  • Partnerships with as much Spanish-speaking national and international communities as possible (as we have already done with Dash Text, Dash Charity, Dash Youth, among others...)
  • Communication and meetings with the directors of the various proposals and communities in Venezuela and Latin America to engage official strategic partnerships. 

Reaching New Customers:

  • Creation of advertising campaigns in social media sites to increase the number of requests received and to promote the use of Dash in Venezuela and neighboring countries.
  • Provide a direct channel of communication between the common user and the DCG based on the direct dealings with the user and their personal experience.
  • Weekly social media contests and giveaways to encourage the users participation.

  • Maintaining the operation of the support center encourages and facilitates the adoption of Dash.
  • It provides Spanish-speaking users (20 countries in the world) with the necessary confidence, information and support to enter the world of cryptocurrencies.
  • Having a support center allows the different communities to have a bridge that connects them, regionally and internationally.
  • It is well known that the situation of Venezuela in economic, political and social terms is extremely complex and we firmly believe in the potential that Dash has as an alternative to overcome them systematically. 
  • The support center encourages and facilitates access to users to all the improvements and benefits obtained thanks to the constant evolution of the various projects promoted by the Dash network. 
  • Provide the communities that make life in Latin America, an important ally for the development of activities, conventions and events.
