This is a reduced version of that proposal - submitted without travel or ticket costs.

It covers only our core recurring work: partnership development for Dash, content production, and DevRel activities.
We will deliver as much as the approved budget allows, and will report on every line item as usual, in line with our standard practice.
Natali will also attend FUTUREMODE Taipei, taking place September 4-6 in Taipei, Taiwan. (Free speaking slot already secured on the Payments panel)

Ongoing work

• Continue work on Dash Academy and developer certification on the platform
  
• Continue work on listings, integrations, and co-marketing partnerships
  
• Continue producing content for social media

Given the current budget situation, we're keeping this proposal minimal - requesting only the essential team payment and coverage for the already-confirmed FUTUREMODE Taipei event.
