Executive Summary
August was a strong month for Dash's regional presence across Asia and beyond, marked by a high volume of community partnerships secured at little to no cost, continued momentum in the leadup to TOKEN2049, and several new brand partnerships that extend Dash's visibility beyond payments into the startup, media, and Web3 networking spaces.
Natali represented Dash at Bitcoin Asia (Hong Kong) and Taipei Blockchain Week, securing a free community partnership and laying the groundwork for a joint TOKEN2049 event with masternode partners in Hong Kong and Singapore, all for a combined cost of $1,500.
Daria's trips to Ho Chi Minh City and Bali produced a strong set of outcomes: a free venue partnership with Origin Steak Company for building a blockchain hub, active listing discussions with two major Indonesian exchanges, acceptance into the invite only The Collective Solution community, and continued lead follow up from both conferences.
Our contributor DashTurkey represented Dash at Liberland, and new partnerships were secured with QR Wallet, Adalinked, and Welcome3, further broadening Dash's reach across payments, media, and Web3 networking. Preparations are now underway for Korea Blockchain Week, a separate event, as well as for TOKEN2049 week in Singapore, which will include the Singapore VIP event with XT exchange, marking the soft launch of the combined Singapore and Hong Kong hub, along with the CoinferenceX Singapore partnership.

Natali attended Bitcoin Asia (Hong Kong), where Dash secured a community partnership free of charge. She met with masternode holders from the Hong Kong and Singapore regions, as in person meetings in these markets are especially valuable.

Together with these masternodes, a joint event is now being planned for the TOKEN2049 period (a VIP villa for key guests who are potential future Dash masternodes).

Dash Turkey, Liberland
Our contributor Dash Turkey attended Liberland, where Dash was represented on the ground: our banner and branding appeared on site and across Liberland's promotional materials.

We also ran an activation where attendees could purchase beer using Dash, and earn Dash rewards for engagement activities such as posts, tags, and comments. Many Liberland attendees turned out to be less active on social media, so the activation saw lower participation than initially planned. As a result, $300 of the original $500 budget was carried forward for similar activations at upcoming events, likely Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City, where execution is expected to be easier, particularly in Ho Chi Minh City.

This trip was fully self funded, with no budget requested from the DAO, and the community partnership itself was secured at no cost, entirely on Daria's own initiative.
A standout outcome: a status meeting with Origin Steak Company, who have now offered their venue for Dash events completely free of charge. Events are planned there this fall, alongside a joint effort to build a blockchain hub together, a meaningful achievement.

Dash ran a water station at the event, positioned right in the main flow of foot traffic, giving the brand strong visibility throughout.

Attended key side events, and served as a judge for the startup track, where Dash was an official partner. This is an important step for the brand, moving Dash's presence beyond payments and into the startup and builder narrative, laying groundwork for Dash's own growing ecosystem, where Dash should be increasingly associated with supporting new services and startups. Daria's placement on the jury came through her prior professional background working with startups across other ecosystems and major banks, and she also supported the organizing team with startup sourcing. As a result, this participation, judging, and support was provided entirely free of charge.

Upcoming: Singapore VIP Event (TOKEN2049 Week)
Daria will be traveling to Tokyo and Singapore during TOKEN2049 week, where Dash will host a VIP event in Singapore together with masternode partners from Singapore, Korea, and Hong Kong, in partnership with the XT exchange. XT is supporting the event and providing space within their own program, as they are looking to help launch a combined Dash Hub for Singapore and Hong Kong. This event will serve as the soft launch announcement for that hub, and XT will help with attracting developers to build on the Dash platform.

Daria secured a community partnership with CoinferenceX, with Dash now listed among official partners. Announcements are forthcoming, and Daria is being considered as a speaker.

It is worth noting that the team was underfunded last month relative to the scope of activity carried out. To keep this proposal focused and easier to evaluate, we are splitting it into two parts. This proposal covers conferences, events, and partnerships. A separate proposal will follow covering developer relations and Dash Academy, our certification program for Dash Platform developers.
