Proposal description
Dash APAC Proposal Working Draft
Executive summary
This proposal covers Dash APAC work for the end of September and October, and requests funding for late October and November execution. During the reporting period, Dash was represented across Korea Blockchain Week, TOKEN2049 Singapore, multiple side events, partner meetings, community partnerships, exchange and wallet conversations, influencer outreach, and the joint XT Exchange VIP event.
The work focused on practical Dash growth: exchange and wallet relationships, payment and integration opportunities, Dash Platform conversations, masternode and investor-type follow-ups, community visibility, organic media reach, and discounted or free access to major conferences through community partnerships.
The next month will focus on converting the large number of Korea and Singapore introductions into concrete outcomes: partner follow-ups, co-marketing, potential listings and integrations, India market activation, Devcon and India Blockchain Week preparation, Binance Blockchain Week relationship building, Blockchain Life / Dubai preparation, and ongoing support for current Dash partners.

Korea Blockchain Week / Seoul
Main KBW participation and HSC speaking
- Dash was a supporting partner of Korea Blockchain Week.
- Daria attended Korea Blockchain Week, including the main conference and relevant side events.
- Daria spoke at one of the key side events: HSC Conference Seoul.
- Dash has already published posts about Daria's HSC speaking appearance across Dash social platforms, including X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Dash's participation in HSC was enabled through QR wallet.
- QR wallet had a booth and allowed Daria to spend time there, speak with attendees, and place Dash materials at the booth:

- This gave Dash additional on-site visibility beyond the speaking slot and enabled direct conversations with participants.
- Daria participated as a Speaker on the panel "Infrastructure: Building Web3's Rails".

Additional KBW side events and community partnership value
- In addition to the main KBW conference and HSC speaking appearance, Daria attended several other side events during Korea Blockchain Week.
- Pengu event: https://x.com/DariaChernozub/status/2104761811988001185
- Celo & EspressoSys https://x.com/DariaChernozub/status/2104166222384558268
- Tangem meetup / local community support.
During the Tangem meetup, Daria connected with a local Tangem team that can support Dash through their local activities (help Dash to connect with local blockchain clubs, university groups, and regional Web3 communities). This gives Dash a practical local entry point.
Dasha attends lots of side events. Some posts go out right away, while others are saved for future content to keep posting consistently and attract more followers.
Web3Pod / podcast opportunity
- Dash was invited to join a large and well-known podcast.
- The podcast host, Sam Kamani, has almost 20,000 followers on LinkedIn.
- Podcast: https://www.web3pod.xyz/
- Sam Kamani LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/samkamani
Influencer and organic community reach
- Daria met with an influencer who had not written about Dash for many years and was glad to hear that Dash development is still active and that the ecosystem has new achievements.
- The influencer already published a post with strong organic reach.
- Daria also had additional meetings with other relevant creators / community voices, and the team will continue discussing potential collaborations with them.
- Influencer post: https://x.com/CryptosBatman/status/2105167414900265245
Korea conference partner follow-ups: NOWNodes and GetBlock
- As part of the Korea conference follow-up work, Daria met with NOWNodes. NOWNodes and Dash discussed co-marketing opportunities.
- Daria also met with GetBlock, an existing Dash partner. The Dasha team is planning an online meetup with GetBlock as part of the follow-up.
- NOWNodes X: https://x.com/nownodes
- GetBlock X: https://x.com/getblockio
- Daria met with exchanges where Dash already has a listing, including WEEX and BitGo.
- With these partners, the team discussed co-marketing opportunities and future visibility around Dash.
- The team also built a stronger relationship with Kraken's marketing team.
- Daria also connected with the Korean exchange GOPAX. GOPAX is considering Dash for a potential listing. If the review is successful, this may lead to a new Korean exchange listing opportunity for Dash.
- Daria met with organizers of the Blockchain Life conference. The organizers offered Dash the possibility of reserving several branded panel discussions for free, if Dash can bring strong speakers.
- The Blockchain Life / Dubai December opportunity has been taken into consideration for further development. This could allow Dash to gain additional conference-stage visibility without paying standard sponsorship or panel costs.
- Daria participated in the main TOKEN2049 Singapore conference.
- For two days, she worked across the conference floor and booth areas, using the venue to connect with exchanges, wallets, payment providers, infrastructure teams, existing partners, and the broader TOKEN2049 audience.
- As often happens with Dash in conference conversations, many people remembered Dash and asked whether Dash was still active. This created a strong opening to explain Dash's current development, recent updates, Dash Platform, payments work, privacy direction, and active DAO/community work.
- Daria collected contacts from exchanges where Dash is not yet listed, in order to discuss potential listing opportunities.
- She also collected contacts from exchanges, wallets, and projects where Dash is already listed or integrated, with the goal of discussing co-marketing and renewed visibility.
- The main focus was on practical partner categories relevant to Dash: exchanges, wallets, payment providers, swap services, and companies that can support Dash visibility, liquidity, payments, or user access.
- Daria posts from the first day of TOKEN2049: https://x.com/DariaChernozub/status/2107687739366027611
- Daria visited booths of existing and potential partners and created content with them.
- Note: this photo covers only part of the booth and partner meetings. Additional partner-specific posts will continue to be published separately, especially for current partners where Dash needs to maintain and strengthen the relationship.
- This content will be published gradually after the event and used to support partner follow-ups, community visibility, and co-marketing conversations.
- The next month will focus on turning TOKEN2049 meetings into concrete follow-ups: listing discussions, wallet and payment conversations, co-marketing posts, podcasts, and partner content.
- Example post with MEXC https://x.com/DariaChernozub/status/2107779939491889209
Brazil and India influencer marketing pipeline
- Daria also opened new conversations with Brazilian and Indian influencers. Indian influencers have already posted Instagram stories with the Dasha & Dashpay tag.
- These are early-stage conversations, so the final outcome is not yet clear, but they create additional organic visibility for Dash in regions where the project still has historical awareness and potential for renewed attention.

- Indian influencer: https://www.instagram.com/cryptoniteaaryan
- Instagram story:
- Daria attended multiple side events during TOKEN2049 Singapore. Related posts and partner content will continue to be published after the conference.
- Daria attended the NEAR side event and connected with the founder. Content was created with the founder and is planned for publication.
- Daria moderated a session at the HSC event during the TOKEN2049 period.

- These activities create organic reach and place Dash next to larger and well-known projects in the regional Web3 event ecosystem.
- For Dash, this participation was also free, similar to the Korea event opportunities.
- Daria attended an event connected to the Web3 / crypto women community. As a woman working in crypto, Daria received an offer for an interview and potential collaboration.
- This creates another community-driven visibility channel for Dash and reflects the importance of women supporting each other in the crypto ecosystem.

Joint Event with XT Exchange / TOKEN2049 Singapore
Event overview
- Dash participated as an invited guest in a joint event with XT Exchange during the TOKEN2049 Singapore period.
- The event was listed on Luma, where Dash was mentioned on the event page.
- The event was included among main TOKEN2049 side events, giving Dash additional visibility within the broader conference ecosystem.

Registrations and follow-up database
- The event received more than 300 registrations.
- Many registrants are relevant for further Dash business development, partnerships, investor / masternode conversations, and community follow-up.
- A full contact table exists for internal follow-up.
- Follow-up outreach will be prepared through Luma tools and/or Dash communication channels.
- Targeted individual follow-ups will also be conducted with people who did not attend the event but are still important for Dash conversations.
- Registration summary: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1r3wZJC0kPYPeDtNaHS_Q3T1dWMUIWeGMLXCsgvwmOao/edit?gid=1059074806#gid=1059074806
VIP format and Dash visibility on site
- The event took place in VIP rooms with a limited capacity of around 50 people.
- Dash branding and materials were visible throughout the evening.
- A Dash presentation was shown on screen during the event.
- Dash roll-ups were placed at the venue.
- Dash booklets were available, including materials about Dash, partners where Dash can be used for payments, and Dash Platform.
- Event photos: https://www.yipai360.com/photolivepc/?orderId=20261008220407538742
Content and public reporting
- Posts and text updates about Dash's participation in the event will be prepared and published after the event.
- These posts should show Dash's presence, XT collaboration, partner visibility, and follow-up pipeline created through the event.
- Dash and XT discussed continuing this format on a quarterly basis.
- The teams discussed future joint VIP dinners / VND-style events and hub events in Singapore and Hong Kong.
- Dash and XT also discussed holding a joint AMA on XT's channels.
- XT has a large audience and can provide a translator, allowing the session to reach both English-speaking and Chinese-speaking audiences.
- This creates an opportunity for bilingual Dash education and stronger access to the Chinese-speaking crypto community.
- During the event, Daria spoke with potential future Dash masternode buyers.
- There is a strong possibility of masternode purchase interest, and the team will continue these discussions after the conference.
- Joel should be invited into the relevant follow-up conversation, and a dedicated group should be created for the potential masternode discussion.
- An OTC provider was identified who may be able to support the transaction process.
- The conversation is not about a single masternode only, but potentially about the purchase of multiple masternodes, possibly around ten nodes, and further use of Dash Platform in the buyer's products.
Event format: strengths and limitations
- A formal large-stage speech by Daria did not take place, because the event space was designed more for networking and private conversations than stage presentations.
- This format was still valuable because it allowed Daria to speak directly with attendees, understand their goals, collect contacts, and arrange follow-up meetings and presentations.
- Because attendees arrived at different times throughout the evening, the flexible format made individual conversations more effective than a single presentation.
- The event helped to strengthen relationships with Singapore- and Hong Kong-based supporters (XT leadership, who support Dash in these markets and have strong regional connections).
Daria was invited to moderate a session at the Founder and VC Summit. The session focused on innovative projects. Daria participated as moderator, representing Dash / DashPay in a broader founder and investor-focused environment. Daria / DashPay was mentioned on the event website. - Defi Geek: Dash was invited to speak in a community show / community space.
- The discussion lasted approximately 1.5 hours.
- The conversation covered the current state of Dash, development plans, Dash DAO, ecosystem direction.
- The session took place in Discord and was also broadcast on X / Twitter. A YouTube recording is available.
- YouTube recording link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2sNTcO2gKmc&t=17s
- Discord link: https://discord.com/invite/Vcyc9YktFp
- Additional: The team plans to continue the Dash RU Talks format every two weeks, bringing back regular Russian-language community broadcasts.
Standalone Partner Integrations and Co-Marketing
Nomadz integration and co-marketing campaign
- A new standalone integration with Nomadz was completed. This is separate from conference activities.
- As part of this integration, users can now pay for services on Nomadz with Dash.
- A joint marketing campaign was conducted to announce and support the integration.
- Posts were published across Dash social channels and Nomadz social channels.
- This is an example of practical Dash usage: not only visibility, but a real integration where Dash can be used for payments.
- Dash posts: https://x.com/Dashpay/status/2105477913940459651
- Nomadz posts: https://x.com/NOMADZxyz/status/2105300664557424991
- PassimPay is the payment provider that enables services like Nomadz to accept Dash payments. The team is now discussing co-marketing with PassimPay to promote real-world Dash payment use cases and partner integrations.
Creora.ai standalone partner follow-up
- The team established contact with Creora.ai outside of conference-specific activities.
- Dash and Creora.ai are planning co-marketing work.
- Creora.ai uses Dash as a private payment method.
- The teams also started discussing potential future use of Dash Platform.
SiGMA November Conference Preparation
- In November, the SiGMA conferences will take place.
- Through existing relationships, Dash was offered the following at no cost:
- free booth;
- free booth design support;
- free event partnership;
- free speaking opportunity.
- Because the trip would be expensive and geographically inefficient for Daria personally, given that she is currently based in Asia, the team asked European-based contributors to represent Dash on site.
- Splawik will attend as Dash's representative.
- Jan Dash will also attend. Travel expenses for him should be included in the budget.
- The second on-site representative is important because one person cannot realistically manage a booth alone for several consecutive conference days. Booth coverage requires at least one additional person to help engage visitors, answer questions, handle side conversations, and allow the team to rotate shifts without leaving the Dash booth unattended.
- Robert Wiecko https://www.linkedin.com/in/robertwiecko?originalSubdomain=ch as a speaker is expected.
- The team worked with a designer on the booth concept and visual direction.
- Booklets / printed materials were prepared and provided to Splawik for further printing.
- Preparatory work was completed so the broader team can participate effectively.
- Participation was coordinated and agreed with DCG and Joel.
- The team would also like to thank Dash Italia and the community for supporting this initiative.
- The team is also moving forward with submitting Dash for the “Best Layer 1 Blockchain” nomination and hopes Dash will be selected for further consideration / the shortlist.
- SiGMA website: https://sigma.world/
- Dash announcement: https://x.com/Dashpay/status/2105832499092103622
Network State and Devcon community partnership
- Daria attended the Network State event https://luma.com/ns2025
- During this event, Dash secured a community partnership with Devcon.
- As part of this partnership, conditions will be created for the Dash community, including free tickets and a mention in the community partners section.
- Devcon is one of the most important developer conferences globally, and the next edition will bring a major developer audience to Mumbai.
- Dash plans to participate in the Mumbai developer conference cycle, using Devcon as an opportunity to introduce Dash Platform, developer tools, payments, privacy, and DAO governance to a broader builder audience.
- Devcon community partnership cost to Dash: free.
India Blockchain Week opportunity
- Daria met with the India Blockchain Week team at Token2049 and negotiated special discounted conditions for Dash.
- India Blockchain Week takes place around the same time as Devcon, making it a great opportunity to combine both events into one trip and strengthen Dash’s presence in India.
- The proposed package costs approximately $2,000, compared to its usual value of around $10,000. It includes a small dedicated space for Dash at the conference (exact format to be confirmed), the opportunity to distribute flyers and other printed materials, and a speaking opportunity for Daria at the main conference.
- The conference is organized by one of India’s largest exchanges, making this partnership particularly valuable for building long-term relationships and expanding Dash’s presence in the Indian market.
- The final arrangements will depend on the available budget and the DASH exchange rate.
- India Blockchain Week: November 1–2, 2026 at Fairmont Mumbai.
https://indiablockchainweek.com/
- Devcon: November 3–6, 2026 at Jio World Center Mumbai.
- Daria also met with the Zcash team.
- The Zcash team expressed willingness to support Dash's local initiative if Dash organizes privacy-focused events or privacy-oriented community activities.
- The team established a relationship with their coordinator.
- This is relevant to Dash because privacy remains one of Dash's core themes, and cooperation with broader privacy ecosystem teams can help position Dash in serious conversations around user protection, financial privacy, and practical privacy tools.
- During TOKEN2049 Singapore, Daria finally met in person with a Binance representative.
- Binance partnership packages start from approximately $10,000, which is high for the current Dash APAC budget.
- However, Dash was able to secure at least a community partnership for Binance Blockchain Week. The team will continue exploring whether there is a realistic way to create a smaller activation or community collaboration within Dash's available budget. This is not guaranteed, as Binance conference participation is very expensive, but the relationship is now open and will continue to be developed.
- Binance Blockchain Week Bangkok 2026: November 28–29, 2026.
- Event link: https://www.binanceblockchainweek.com/event/Bangkok2026/Home
- This opportunity should likely be moved into the next proposal / future funding cycle.
- Continue communication with Binance contacts.
- Explore possible community partnership benefits, special access, or smaller activation formats.
Preliminary exchange screenings
- Separately from conference-specific activities, the team completed preliminary screenings with crypto exchanges.
- These conversations are a continuation of earlier APAC / Bali conference follow-up work and relationship-building.
- There is a potential chance for Dash listings, but the process is still under discussion and should not be presented as confirmed.
- The team is trying to negotiate free or highly discounted listing conditions, because Dash does not currently have a dedicated budget for paid exchange listings.
- This is important because new listings and renewed exchange relationships can increase Dash accessibility, liquidity, and regional visibility.
- The team continues communication with current partners and potential partners developed during previous periods.
- Partner growth, co-marketing, integrations, visibility, community access, and exchange/wallet/payment opportunities depend on active follow-up and relationship management.
- The team will continue supporting these partners, keeping conversations active, and turning previous work into measurable outcomes where possible.
- One of the main priorities is preparing Dash participation in India, including Devcon-related community opportunities and India Blockchain Week.
- The exact level of participation will depend on the DASH exchange rate and available budget.
- Depending on the final budget, Dash may focus on community partnership, speaking opportunities, or a more visible India Blockchain Week presence with materials, banners, screen visibility, and business development meetings.
- India is strategically important for Dash because it has a large developer base, a large crypto community, many traders, and strong Web3 interest.
- Dash has not historically had a strong visible presence in India, even though some Indian crypto users and influencers still remember Dash from earlier years.
- The team considers it important to attend and start building direct relationships in this market.
- The team is also preparing for Binance Blockchain Week Bangkok as a future opportunity.
- The budget for Binance Blockchain Week will be requested later, but relationship-building has already started.
- Dash is developing the Binance relationship, exploring possible community partnership options, and looking for opportunities that could fit a smaller Dash budget.
- The team is considering whether to start preparing a side event around Binance Blockchain Week, depending on available partners and budget.
- The team is preparing the Blockchain Life / Dubai opportunity offered through conference organizers.
- At this stage, the work is focused on preparation rather than a confirmed budget request.
- The organizers offered the possibility of free branded panel discussions if Dash can bring strong speakers.
- The team will work on identifying and inviting strong speakers so Dash can secure this option.
- This could be valuable brand visibility for Dash without paying standard sponsorship or panel costs.
- A major part of the upcoming month will be dedicated to processing and following up on contacts collected during Korea Blockchain Week and TOKEN2049 Singapore.
- This includes exchanges, wallets, payment providers, swap services, influencers, podcast hosts, community organizers, conference teams, potential masternodes, and ecosystem partners.
- The team will organize contacts, prioritize the most relevant opportunities, and move them into concrete follow-up tracks.
- Build and maintain relationships with exchanges and wallets.
- Explore free or low-cost listing and integration opportunities, since Dash does not currently have a large dedicated budget for paid listings or integrations.
- Plan co-marketing campaigns with existing partners.
- Follow up on meetup and podcast invitations.
- Continue conversations with influencers and creators about possible collaborations where relevant and cost-effective.
- Follow up with potential masternodes and investor-type contacts, including the potential larger masternode conversation from the XT event.
- Turn conference introductions into practical outcomes for Dash: listings, integrations, content, speaking opportunities, community partnerships, AMAs, and regional awareness.
DCG Official Newsletter Visibility
