Proposal description
Dash BD and Marketing Proposal
Executive Summary
This proposal covers Dash's business development, marketing and community growth activities of Web3Daria and Ravenor for the current cycle. For masternode owners with limited time, here is what matters most:
We are building infrastructure, not just attending events. This cycle delivered a permanent Dash hub in Thailand, a hackathon that produced 11 real prototypes on Dash Platform, two new speaking slots secured on the ground in Vietnam, a free booth and stage in Pattaya as a direct result of our Malaysia trip, and an expanding network of local hub leaders across Southeast Asia.
We are converting relationships into integrations. Bring Network partnership launched for Crypto Coupons and real-world rewards. QR Wallet confirmed. Proof partnership imminent. Bitget communication active. Rewardy call scheduled. Every major conference we attend feeds directly into this pipeline - not just visibility, but concrete follow-up with measurable next steps.
We are expanding Dash's geographic footprint deliberately. Thailand hub is live. Philippines meetings with potential hub leaders are scheduled. India outreach has begun. Vietnam activation is in progress. Malaysia produced results that justified the investment several times over.
We are solving structural problems no one else was addressing. Email newsletter restarted. LinkedIn and Facebook relaunched. An internal framework for how Dash engages with iGaming and similar verticals is now being developed for the first time. Ambassador program research is underway, designed to serve not just Dash but every project built on Dash Platform.
Budget requested this cycle covers: two Pizza DAO events, Philippines trip (flights + accommodation), design and marketing production, ambassador program preparation, and team salaries.
Our core team remains Dasha and Yarik. This cycle we are also onboarding a new team member at $1,500/month. We identified him during the Nottshack hackathon - he participated as a builder and demonstrated exactly the profile we needed. His role will focus on making Dash Platform accessible to non-technical audiences: creating tutorials, supporting pre-hackathon onboarding, and running educational activities with students and early-stage builders. He will also support the ambassador program on the non-technical side, which is important - we cannot and should not pull DCG's attention away from core platform development and engineering to handle community-facing education and outreach.
All partnership statuses, leads, and follow-up progress are tracked in the shared leads table and updated continuously.
Philippines Event Support
We have been invited as a community partner for Philippine Blockchain Week 2026 (June 19–21, https://pbw.ph/). Dash is already listed among the official community partners, which creates a solid foundation for visibility and outreach in the region.
This budget line covers flights and accommodation for attendance. Beyond the event itself, the Philippines trip carries additional strategic value: we have scheduled meetings with potential hub leaders in the country, which is a key step in building our decentralized local hub network.
Additionally, at Money20/20 Asia we connected with representatives relevant to the Philippine market and identified potential partners for use cases specific to the region. Being physically present in the Philippines is essential to move these conversations forward and turn early-stage relationships into concrete collaborations.

A calendar of events.
Our plan is to establish community partnerships with the majority of events and launch hubs within them.
Ambassador Program Preparation
We are beginning preparation to launch a Dash ambassador program. As part of this work, we conducted a structured research phase to evaluate approaches, existing platforms, and what the program needs to achieve for Dash specifically.
Link to research doc - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1KmXnU02vmeBSKdLa-dufoR36HiAF-GLRATwN914KPcA/edit?tab=t.0
Link to ambassador portal draft - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HdYiPiwLE_ajUhSefB7U8ABHNzMV1DzOtEkP9-2gCqI/edit?tab=t.0
The core question is whether to build a custom platform or use an existing third-party solution.
Option A: Custom platform. We have a pre-proposal for this: https://www.dash.org/forum/threads/pre-proposal-pluribus-dash-proof-of-attendance-ambassador-attribution-layer.69215/ and https://docs.google.com/document/d/1mVOezDU6E7jRiqYVhyG1GOSXCNQMeZstORt7OOB0Rak/edit?tab=t.5ciu8daw0cd2#heading=h.tiy0miksjft4
Option B: Third-party platform. Several platforms are already in use across the industry. The downside is that they do not surface metrics meaningful to Dash specifically — such as how many new wallets were registered through ambassador activity. Wallet registrations are one of the few concrete on-chain metrics we can track.
An important consideration: we are designing this program with a broader vision in mind. The tooling and infrastructure we build should ultimately serve not just Dash itself, but any project built on top of Dash Platform. This means we are building a reusable layer that strengthens the entire ecosystem, not just a single campaign.
Dash Hub - Thailand
https://linktr.ee/dashthailand
We officially opened the Dash hub in Thailand. This is a significant milestone and the foundation for a broader expansion. We now have a clear roadmap for opening hubs in additional locations.
The hub model is designed to be self-sustaining: individual hubs do not require large ongoing treasury budgets. They sustain themselves through co-hosted partner events, referral links shared within their communities for Dash listings and integrations, locally relevant services, and creative community events that also attract external sponsors.
As a proof of concept, the Thai hub (https://x.com/DashThailandOFC) was invited to run a career day at a private university - and was paid to do so on behalf of Dash.
The search for hub leaders is actively underway. We are in conversations with candidates across multiple regions and are building out a clear onboarding process for new hubs. If you are interested in becoming a hub leader or want to learn more about what it involves, here is the guide: https://www.notion.so/Local-Community-Representative-Guide-31e2548acd59805a91c7e723d6c7264a
An important note: hubs are designed to be self-sustaining and do not require ongoing treasury budgets. Each hub covers its own costs through co-hosted partner events, locally relevant services, and community events that attract external sponsors. The Thai hub is already operating on this model - it was recently paid by a private university to run a career day on behalf of Dash. This is the standard we are building toward globally.
Also, we're in active listing negotiations with Bitkub to get listed on the main Thai exchange.
Pizza DAO Events
Pizza DAO Days is a community-driven gathering organized by PizzaDAO that brings together builders, creators, and crypto communities around the spirit of decentralization, public goods, and grassroots collaboration. It matters for Dash because it offers a strong venue to showcase Dash's payments utility, connect with aligned Web3 communities, and grow visibility among developers and users who value open, community-led ecosystems.
This cycle we are participating in two Pizza DAO events: Pizza DAO Global (https://globalpizza.party/) and Pizza DAO Koh Phangan (https://www.rsv.pizza/kohphangan).
Design and Marketing Production
We participate in events continuously across different regions and formats. Each event requires its own tailored visual materials. This budget line covers:
Event design production - booth and stand visuals, booklets, and printed materials. Formats change per event, so materials need to be adapted or recreated each time.
Merch - varies by available budget and event scale, ranging from small branded items to backpacks as produced for the Hackathon. Design work is required for each format.
Social media covers - post covers in Dash style for our own side events and for content shared across Dash social channels.
Kung Fu event design - specific scope TBD.
A note on our design team: we now have a group of young designers recruited from a university in Thailand, covering a meaningful share of our design tasks at a very accessible cost. Some tasks require a higher level of production quality, so we maintain a hybrid approach with more senior designers where needed.
Activity Report
Money20/20 Asia
We attended Money20/20 Asia in Bangkok. The event brought together a strong mix of fintech, payments, and Web3 participants. Over the course of the conference, we gathered a significant number of contacts - from business cards, Telegram exchanges, and WhatsApp connections, totalling approximately 20+ leads across formats. This work is ongoing: we are systematically going through every contact, identifying potential use cases, and moving relevant conversations forward. This is not a one-day process but continuous relationship-building.
A notable highlight: we attended a side event organized by a leading Indian crypto community - one of the top exchanges in the country was present, along with representatives from Blockchain Week India. We connected with all of them and have begun exploring concrete steps for Dash's expansion into the Indian market.
Nottshack x Dash Hackathon
DASH HACKATHON REPORT
41 participants built 11 prototypes fully based on Dash, showing strong creativity and real-world use case thinking - especially from first-time Web3 builders familiar with the Malaysian market. The hackathon highlighted both the promise of early exposure to Dash Platform and the need for simpler tutorials, stronger onboarding, and continued support for promising teams emerging from the community. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14Gy-d0ZBxKnu3EC5EE2RB87458xGays85srNbSU8kpg/edit?gid=964109122
Our participation in the Malaysia hackathon directly led to a free booth and stage presentation at an event in Pattaya - a cost-zero activation that resulted from the relationships built during that trip.
https://luma.com/496ri957 https://x.com/DariaChernozub/status/2048756515616747980 https://x.com/dashpay/status/2044968557759385854
Additionally, we are launching a lightweight educational initiative aimed at very early-stage startups and student builders - people who have ideas but no experience building in Web3. The program will help them understand how to build on Dash, what problems Dash solves, and how to turn raw ideas into prototype-level projects.
We will run the first pilot with Malaysian students who participated in the Nottshack x Dash hackathon. This cohort already has hands-on exposure to Dash Platform and represents exactly the type of talent we want to nurture into long-term ecosystem contributors.

Bitget
We are continuing ongoing communication with Bitget - providing them with Dash news updates per their request. We have also opened a separate dialogue with Bitget Wallet specifically, which is being developed in parallel.
Infrastructure and Channels
Among the broader team efforts this cycle, Dash's email newsletter was reactivated and LinkedIn and Facebook pages resumed regular posting. We contributed to making this happen and will continue supporting consistent output across these channels.
Another partner pipeline
We received an invitation to attend a major iGaming industry conference. This sector has genuine overlap with Dash's payments use cases, and the invitation opened a broader internal conversation that had not previously taken place: how Dash publicly engages with iGaming and similar projects. Given that the legal status of such services varies significantly across different countries, there is a real need for a clear internal framework before we actively pursue this vertical. We have begun that dialogue and see it as an important step toward a more intentional BD strategy.
Budget
Total requested: $11,000 = 300 DASH
Ambassador program tool — $2,000
Development of an infrastructure tool for managing and tracking Dash ambassador activity. This covers initial build or integration costs as we move from planning into execution on the ambassador program.
Technical contributor / DevRel — $1,500
Dedicated developer relations support focused on creating short, accessible tutorials for Dash Platform. He will serve as our dedicated DevRel support for the Asian market. His role covers workshops, hackathons, and university events where hands-on technical presence matters. He will create short, accessible tutorials for Dash Platform, help new developers understand how to build on it, and lower the barrier to entry for non-technical audiences encountering Dash for the first time. This is exactly the kind of support that makes the difference between a hackathon that produces one prototype and one that produces eleven. He is based in Malaysia, which puts him exactly where our current regional focus is strongest. He also speaks fluent, professional English, which is essential for workshops, tutorials, and direct communication with builders across the region.
Core team (Daria + Yarik) — $3,000
Compensation for business development, marketing coordination, and event management.
Philippines conference — $1,500
Travel and accommodation for a speaking engagement at a regional conference where Dash will be represented on stage.
Pizza DAO sponsorship + student contest prize — $1,000
Community sponsorship of Pizza DAO Days events across the region, plus prize fund for the student design or builder contest.
Designer — $1,000
Visual production for events, booth materials, merch, and social content. Partially offset by our university design team in Thailand, with this budget covering tasks requiring a higher production level.
Thailand Hub — $1,000
Operational support for the Dash Thailand Hub, covering key activities as the hub builds toward self sustainability.

In short, your ASSUMPTION that "the tokenomics is the problem" is unproven and factually incorrect. Dash has very good tokenomics, much better than most other coins (less coins that BTC and BCH due to the treasury and not printing it if its not spent). The issue with Dash's price is frankly anyway irrelevant to whether or not this proposal should pass.
Adoption isn't gained by having a higher price. If it were, then BTC would've won already. Monero too. BCH. But they *haven't won*. That's the problem, that's why the prices are being manipulated, but its false. And it doesn't increase their adoption any, while this proposal most certainly would increase our adoption.
