Proposal description
This is a proposal for supplementary funding of 450D for the month of April.
What Does This Proposal Fund?
All Dash received are for only two purposes:
1) reserves and
2) fund management/admin/legal expenses.
First Quarter of this year we spent evaluating opportunities. Of several opportunities we identified two in Brazil. Our Q1 reserve management and DAO distributions are enough to fund these two investments. There are at least two more attractive investments that have come across our desk one in Brazil and one in the US.

As stated in the quarterly report the DIF has been using a balancing strategy appropriate for the volatile environment we find ourselves in.

Why don't these opportunities present funding proposals to the DAO first?
I wonder if all the DIF funded projects will have connections like the Arizona connection between DCG and Craypay.
What can go wrong from giving unpaid insiders money and opaque power?
