Message from Darren Tapp
Dear Dash Network
I’m happy to report that the supervisors have accepted me as chair for another year. Note, that this position can change at any time. I’m accepting the chair role as there is still a lot for us to do. In fact, Supervisors did not have time to approve language for this proposal. That is the reason I’m presenting this as a personal message from me.
Supervisors did agree to put up this proposal for this amount. The ask of 400 should not conflict with other proposals if all proposals are funded. I also expect heavy DAO requests next month thus this proposal is one month.
This week, we will have our fifth meeting as the newly elected supervisors. We’re basically done with the onboarding process. Just need to update our website. Supervisors are currently evaluating four opportunities. Election and onboarding delayed our Q2 report, but a financial update was provided here.
This past month was incredibly happy for us as we announced the launch of DashDirect and Valkyrie announced their Dash trust. These two products really show what’s possible for the DIF to accomplish. These launches generated great press, I’m fond of this article. I like how this article mentions both DashDirect and the trust.
It’s been an honor to serve you this past year. I look forward to advancing more use cases for Dash and expanding Dash’s influence in the space.

DIF proposals go straight to the DIF. The DIF dash addresses are controlled by the directors. Every DIF payout has gone to the same address. Xvwp4u7CRZpzoU7ryk2Q66Jgo92ejCvb3K

I can say for as long as I have been supervisor Directors don't move money unless one of two things has been the case.
1) Supervisors ask them to.
2) There is a legal reason why an expense needs to be paid.
Just look back at past DIF proposals on Dash ninja everyone has gone to the same address. I have never had direct access to any DIF funds.
