Proposal description
Dash Core Group July 21st Funding Proposals
DCG is submitting 2 funding proposals for the budget cycle that pays out July 21st:
1) DCG Operations: 5,147 Dash per month (currently in month 4/4)
2) DCG Supplemental proposal: 456

Being redone by me and Pasta almost from scratch, estimates are about a month from now.
Addition info:
This will be the last supplemental we do at least for a bit. The goal of the supplemental morphed from putting money away to required money to keep all staff. Next month the treasury emission will be reduced by 7%, we decided to ask next month for 7% less. We can manage this because of some dev departures in the last few months. For the next few months we will just be making for 1 main proposal as well.

Because voting participation currently seems to be as low as can be, probably due to many being on summer vacation.
If the next 5 days go by like the previous 5 days, then we won't get approved any of the newer proposals at all, during this cycle.

It's way more likely you have been DDoSed by the Monero camp.
And what even are you talking about? PoSe bans are not the same thing as DDOS attacks. A PoSe ban is a normal function of the Dash network that all MNOs agree to be subject to. A DDOS attack is an entirely different matter altogether.
DDOS'ing MNOs is A FEDERAL CRIME. The Monero community has NO WAY of knowing what my masternode is. Only Rango knows what my masternode is, so your statement would amount to a tacit admission that Rango is in league with the Monero community and thus proof that I am correct and thus NOT being paranoid at all. Was that your intention?
