Honey, you need to tell us:

Who are you?
What would 200 Dash - per month buy us
Who is this company, and are you an employee or owner?
What makes you qualified to run this project?

Sorry, but we have no information.

So how about something in South Africa? Or Zimbabwe? Or Botswana?...I have access to all of them and many resources. Putting up a billboard next to the national highway with DASH will be cheap....reset the clock.

You really need to think about how this will work. Ok, so you put up a billboard. How many views will it get? Will those views by technical people? Will they have the means to buy Dash? Will they have access to mobile phones? Access to internet?

What is the billboard design? (if it is "What is Dash?" = fail) Are you focusing on merchants and lowering fees? On users for unbanked? On investors with masternodes?

All proposals need to think through the next steps. This isn't a want list. This is about showing us you know how to to it and have a good plan.

Billboards do not make anyone using DASH. What is needed is a usecase

Honestly, regulation doesnt matter and neither does NY really... there r hundreds of cities around the world that we can work on getting adoption.... Spending money on these little one off projects is a waste of resources... Bottom line, if the product is useful people will use it despite the regulations

All these small awareness projects are not that much of a value add.... The intentions are great, but the execution is flawed... You shouldnt try and do manual labor when its much more efficient to simply spend the money on having Amanda rep our brand on alot of online, print, video and in person media.... Through one online ad campaign you can reach millions in NY and not need to pay to have someone stand in a mall. The internet revolutionized how we consume our information.... Why go back to standing in malls...

My opinion... Complete lack of concern about New York. That's about as constructive as I can get about this proposal.

Do you think it is impossible to disrupt?

Scan and pay with DashPay? What is DashPay?

#1 Before you even get started, it is extremely hard to get a user to install a wallet when they barely know anything about crypto. You should also backup their wallet and set a password. Really, this is best done when you are at home where you can write down the password and backup a wallet to a home computer.

#2 Scanning a paper wallet needs 6 confirms before you can InstantSend....not a good idea to wait to import paper wallets. And you should be promoting InstantSend and how it locks a transaction fast enough to make a point of sale purchase. Plus, I think selling paper wallets qualifies as selling crypto so you need a license, especially in NY.

So a 4 months proposal to give away Dash stuff, in a mall that will need a person to manage 7 days/week. So this is basically, a full time job for someone with a tiny bit going to Dash and merchandise.

Point of sale equipment for Dash? If you have that, forget the mumbo jumbo and just sell that. Since there isn't anything out there, don't promise something that you can't deliver.

Proposal sounds nice, but a dozen posters or a billboard would be more effective and not require the man hours needed for this.

So it seems New York is not the place to do this. I am a bit dissapointed to see zero Yes votes. Disruption of centralized systems is the Idea no? Peer to Peer networks. Decentralization of New York . The proposal is not for full time kiosk. It is for each Saturday (16 consecutive Saturdays) to go to a different location in the NYC surrounding area

Should I rather find out what it would cost to go on a billboard or train?

Can't see how this will work in New York. Even if you are able to get past the regulations to execute this proposal, the market there is toxic due to the BitLicense, so people you educate, won't be able to take action. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BitLicense

Should that be something that stops us? I have been using all and any crypto over here in in New York with no issues. Just a few sites don't allow NY Residents. I would have though you have more confidence in your products no?
