Why this Proposal
Due to the increasing adoption of cryptocurrency in Africa, There is a need for DASH to maintain the front lead and become the frontier of Cryptocurrency in Africa as the future of money. So therefore the Proposal intends to make a target outreach of 3 Million Africans in the period of 4 Months with a development of Local exchange DASH>Fiat and Fiat>DASH in Africa.
What we Intended to do:
Organize Monthly outreach/conference in 2 West Africa countries, Advertising/Publicity through Social Media Marketing using Facebook Ad link/Boost post and finally develop 4 Local Shop/Kiosk for easy exchange of DASH>Fiat and Fiat>DASH as a physical outlet not online to solve the problem of increasing demand of DASH in Africa.
PROPOSAL SUMMARY
The aim of this proposal is to set S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely) Strategy to attract new Adopters, Investors and Businesses targeting 3 Million people in Africa and beyond.
DASH-HUB Africa Monthly Conference intends to keep DASH growing and introducing DASH Digital Cash to newbies, Ambassadors and Businesses in West Africa.
DASH Social Media Marketing intends to create a channel for interaction, discussion and connections with people and the project target is the African market.
The 4 DASH Ecosystem thus Local shops/Kiosks tend to get DASH to people and secure easy exchange of DASH to Fiat and Fiat for DASH in Africa. Where FOUR (4) Local Shops would be created in two countries respectively at the end of this project.
This Proposal target is the Africa market but specifically focused on two countries (Nigeria and Ghana) and then expand its ecosystem to other sub region in Africa in the future.Also, this countries were selected based on Google trend check it: Here
Finally, with an Local exchange shop or Kiosk, Individuals and Businesses accepting or Individuals hodl DASH can easily exchange their Fiat for DASH and DASH for Fiat.Project target is reaching out to over 3Million Africans and the project timeline is 4 Months, total amount of 107 DASH is needed plus 5 DASH Proposal fee refund. Monthly payout is 28 DASH (amount justification is below).
INTRODUCTION
As Social media sites continue their meteoric rise as the fastest growing online, the push for companies to adopt social technology into enterprise business models rapidly increases. The main reason businesses need to pay attention to social media is simple: Customer expectations. Research assembled by HubSpot indicates customers expect to see businesses active on social technology sites. There are abundant opportunities for B2C and B2B enterprises to engage with current and prospective customers using social technology. Social Media is not one-size-fit–all marketing strategy, So we have designed our target audience as Africans.
An internet research and analysis was conducted by the team which disclosed about 31.2% of the world population using internet are Africans and about 98% of this population are FACEBOOK Subscriber Internet Research on Facebook making our focus audience to be Africans and using Facebook as the initial tool for interaction and then Twitter, WhattsApp, Telegram and Instagram as supporting tool.
DASH-HUB AFRICA- Communication Channels
The team has created a Facebook page named DASH-HUB Africa https://www.facebook.com/dashafrica/ Also, ensuring effective communication with potential and current newbies is important. We have created a twitter handle for DASH-HUB Africa https://twitter.com/DashhubAfrica?s=17 Other Social media Channels will be created to support our activities and Outreach.
OBJECTIVE/BENEFITS TO THE DASH NETWORK
- This initiative would go afar way benefiting DASH Digital through Massive Adoption from newbies because more wallets will be opened as we target 3Million Africans for this project.
- Registration of DASH hub Africa as a legit Business will make people feel more comfortable with DASH as the future of money.
- New adopter's become Ambassadors for DASH in their localities which will help reach out to more people through wallet creation and investing into DASH.
- Integrating DASH into Social Media will make people see the relevance and get use to DASH for easy adoption and recommendation to others.
- DASH Ecosystem will make Dash as a form of payment as easy exchange of DASH for Fiat money is encouraged in Africa.
- Local Kiosks and Shops will increase adoption by Individuals and Businesses acceptance DASH as exchange for Fiat becomes easy,secured and convenient.
- The meetups or outreach to be organised monthly will incredibly make DASH network go more viral.
- The support system our Social media pages would create a good impression for DASH comparative to any other Cryptocurrency that lack the support or help function.(achievable through DASH support team).
- Bill board for DASH and our local shop services would help communicate to people of Africa to know our location reach out to us for transaction which tends to increase DASH coverage in Africa.
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
1. Develop a Social Media Strategy.
The Marketing strategy will be based on direct interaction and discussion with potential newbies of DASH through Messages, Video Call, Chat and Webinar for group discussion.
2. Create Campaigns to attract the right audience.
The team will be designing flyers, posters and T-shirts for publicity of the DASH Digital Cash to Mobile Users and Computer Literates. This could be achieved by liaising with the DASH marketing tool for the best strategic tool.
3. Connect with and nurture leads till they become real Adopter's
We would be connecting and nurturing them through updates from dash force news, dash global and other dash news and communication channel in order to become real adopter's.
4. Enable audiences to act as DASH brand Ambassadors.
After adoption, we would train them to become DASH Ambassador to develop DASH Community in their localities for more adoption.
5. Create Supportive Environment.
We would create supportive environment to DASH newbies with a live chat function, and a prompt system reply for any messages or chat.
Also, With the DASH support team, we would assist them log complain and get it resolved so that newbie's would feel how DASH Digital is responsive as compared to other Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin that don't even have an existing
community.
6. Creating DASH Ecosystem (Local Kiosk or Shop).
Dash Ecosystem will be created to help achieve a complete project for DASH in Africa. Local Kiosks and Outlet will be opened to exchange with people who want to Buy and Sell DASH. Also, Increase Business Adoption because converting DASH to Fiat becomes easy, fast and convenient.
7. Registration of DASH-HUB AFRICA Kiosk/Outlet as a legit Business by the Registrar General of Ghana and Nigeria.
In order to make DASH Digital Cash a legit business in the face of Africans. We advocating and trading DASH Digital Cash in Africa have to register our organization this would then give confident to traditional Africans who believe in the spirit of African Government.

Disclaimer: DASH network is not registering any business for me. DASH is the future money so it isn't a Business but the Local Kiosk/shop would exchange Dash -> Fiat and Fiat -> Dash is to be registered to ensure smooth running and administration.

Note: 4 Kiosk/Outlet will be developed at the end of this project 2 in Nigeria and 2 in Ghana.
Each Kiosk/Outlet would be registered and recognized for Business purpose in Africa.
Our Kiosk/Outlet is not purposely for profit making but some income generated would be used to pay staff and run other advert for DASH network.

I feel that strict SEC regulations around selling crypto as an investment are around the corner and I wouldnt want dash to be associated with pushing uninformed people in Africa to invest in it. We can attract smarter money. All in the the risks are big and rewards are low to get behind this enthusiastically..
It is nice to know you're a Ghanaian by directly referring to SEC (Securities Exchange Commission) and its impending regulations at the parliament for deliberation but can I remind you that we have over 27Local exchanges in Ghana (ebitcoinics in Kumasi,remittano in Accra and others) that Buy and Sell BTC.
Business is about terms and conditions If a buyer agree to the terms transaction holds and that is why I intend to register this Local exchange (Kiosk/Shop) as a legit Business according to Company Act 1963, Ghana.

I want to use this opportunity to elaborate more and broaden the insight in our proposal for IMO to have a real look and the benefits it's offers for DASH network.
Firstly, I would be organising Meetups to nurture and educates Newbies in DASH in West Africa, Benefit attached is that New Wallets would be downloaded and more investment into DASH as we get new people joining the network.
Another is that I intend reaching out to 3Million Africa through Social media marketing using Facebook Ad link and Boost to increase Outreach. The benefits is that this will introduce more people to Dash and Ambassadors could be gotten from more Africa countries to expand the reach for DASH.
Lastly, Local Exchange (Kiosk/Shop) for easy and secure Exchange for DASH to Fiat and Fiat Money for DASH. This would bring DASH close to the people as the fear of exchange DASH is resolved.
The passion for submitting this proposal is because of the Increasing demand for Cryptocurrency in Africa, We need to put DASH into the forefront, by building a complete Ecosystem and encourage more usage by securing easy way to exchange DASH for Fiat.

1) how will you bring liquidity to your shops/kiosk
2) do you have dash that you will sell?
3) will you first buy x amount of dash and have x amount of fiat on hand?
4) simply having a store/kiosk is the easy part liquidity is a whole new ball game.
5) how much skin in the game do you have ( how much of your own money is bring put into this venture)

Liquidity wouldn't be of issue. When people Demand for Fiat, someone Supply DASH to the market and to balance the market 2DASH each will be given to each Kiosk/Shop. Even in most cases I have seen, Africans are buying Dash to holding in the long term because no ready market is available to them but with our Local exchange (Kiosk/Shop) we would be able to transact and bring balance to the market. Personally I Buy and Sell DASH from people.
But with the issue of buying and selling price, this will be determined by the market value and the exchange rate of DASH at the time of transaction.
In the future we look forward for DASH project adding our Shop/Kiosk into consideration e.g Dash ATM, POS system and others

As for the proposal, there is already an active project in ghana, you can reach out to cryptolib, support his project instead and learn about adoption. Your work is not up to to the mark to be funded as of this moment, from what I can make out..

You get someone introduced to DASH and the next question is How to exchange Dash for Fiat and Fiat for Dash easily due to the nature of Africa economy no online exchanges like coin base or Gdax to exchange but with a local shop or Kiosk someone can easily walk in and exchange at any time.
Also, the social media marketing will help to get more people informed about DASH and the unique service we render to the Africa community and this would be achieved through Facebook boost and Ad link.

I have noticed that whenever I post anything both on Discord or telegram I get over 50 No votes.
This is my first proposal after several work for Dash that could be traced on Dash discord and forum. Am not familiar with the conduct of Dash Masternode. What I read on the Forum was that proposal owners have to make advert of their proposal in order to canvass for Votes. How do I do this. I'm not also a Masternode owners to know the appropriate channel to reach out so you.so I get pissing anyone up with my annoying post.
I can tell you this proposal I put down is a great project for Africa massive Adoption and with the experience I have gathered in marketing field and my team we would deliver up to standard but I don't know how to canvass for Votes. I have been blocked from Discord because I contacted some Masternode and some even went to change their Yes Vote.
Am writing this with pain and crying for forgiveness. Please all Masternode owners I need you for this proposal to pass.(Please forgive me)

Dash-hub Meetups intends to reach out to new people monthly and get them adopted into DASH, The Social media marketing is an effective tool for communication and exploring Africans into DASH through Facebook Ad and boost this could be achieved.
Also, the idea of developing a complete ecosystem with Local shop/Kiosk will enable easy exchange of Dash to Fiat and Fiat into Dash. Africa countries don't have the opportunity to easily exchange Crypto into Fiat and with our Dash Local shops, People can easily locate DASH and then exchange for Fiat at anytime.
Finally, This proposal intends to create a complete ecosystem for DASH in Africa and it's really going to give a good Return on Investment to DASH and the community as a whole. Africans need this as the adoption of Cryptocurrency is rapidly transforming our economy.

Africa is really a blessed nation with natural resources and wealth but Africa Government is the cause of this disruption we are facing.
Why do you think the usa gives soo much.. same reason. Just to buy influence.. but have you seen anything materialize nada.
I have been observing the trend of Voting since last 3days I got this proposal posted. It seems there are suggestions or comments for me but am not getting it.
Even though this is my first proposal am submitting to the Dash network. I have been able to achieve alot for DASH through tipsdonation from Masternodes,Dash force meetups and Dash Global.
The idea on this proposal is clear and am requesting for this amount because I want DASH to move into the Africa market with an effective and competent tool. We have over 6 French speaking country in West Africa but none of them have an idea about DASH no Ambassadors from those countries. With the power of research Facebook can help reach out to them and get them involved.
Also, the Kiosk/Outlet will help easy exchange for Fiat to Dash and Dash to Fiat without trading on internet to avoid scams and fraud dealing with unknown person.
Lastly, the meetups will make Dash going more viral as more adopter's and more wallets will be opened.

Business Operation Tax" No registered business is charged for running an outlet in any part of the country so if you are registering Dash hub as a business, why pay to register its outlets. Are you registering the outlets for yourself, for Dash as a network or for Dash hub? if this is not your business then i am not sure you want to be funded to open kiosk/outlets that belong to no one.
