Proposal description

Hi community, i am Mahamadu Abdul-Salam from Ghana West Africa known as cryptolib on Dash slack forum and Telegram. I am submitting my first proposal to embark on a Dash road show in my country Ghana. Ghana is a relatively large country in West Africa with 10 regions and each region to a capital city.

I have since 2016 supported cryptotraveler in organizing meet ups for Dash under the umbrella of my free markets and liberty think tank: Centre for Liberty and Entrepreneurship - www.cleghana.org until early this year when Dash mastermined on slack noticed my work for Dash in Africa and started giving me support to hold meet ups on my own. I Have held several meet ups in Ghana including a three days liberty and entrepreneurship camp 2017 under the theme: Entrepreneurship, Growth and Competitiveness; The Blockchain to The Rescue' which featured Dash throughout https://web.facebook.com/CentreforLiberty/ and the most recent meet ups in Nigeria recording over 50 participants each; https://youtu.be/G67DNUO8HGA I am embarking on a road show in Ghana.

The Dash roadshow will see two meetups, two radio discussions and one Television discussion in each of the 10 regions of Ghana. Each of these meet ups are expected to record not less than 50 participants each as my track record so far indicates and dash tokens will be given to newbies and their addresses submitted to the community. The radio and TV discussions will feature call inn sessions for questions and answers and Dash tokens given to listeners who call to ask questions and or contribute. The radio discussions will be heard by about 20,000 people every week and about 50,000 listeners to the TV discussions.

I am asking for 15 Dash every month with an average price of $300/Dash for the next three months to cover three regions then i will roll inn for another cycle in other to cover the entire country with Dash talk within the next 12 months.

Hi everyone, i wish to remind you all that i shall have this proposal going again at the right time, i am sparing some space to do some works on my Ghana Dash for Teachers project to spare me enough time to have all going without worry.This is to make sure i have enough time to do work accordingly. I have so far held two teachers workshops and schools are on vacation so i am relax now however,as the Trusted Community Champion for DashDirect i have not been idle.

Most of you will agree that i have done a lot of meet ups for Dash in Ghana and have held the largest Dash conference ever in Ghana through this proposal which recorded about 200 participant, i will keep this project (Dash Roadshow) going but in a different direction; not so much on meetups like before but more on traditional and modern day media, videos and community durbars. I have done my checks on the ground and still doing and when i am satisfied with the best strategy to make DASH Adoption easier and going, i will ave the proposal live again. Thanks very much and as a "self acclaimed" community leader in west Africa, i trust i will keep doing better and bringing the best ideas to live for Dash adoption....cheers.....

May I ask what the Treasury's general policy is in situations like this where the a budget of $4800/month is requested and starts off as 15 Dash but now is closer to 6 Dash? Do we pay the reqeustor X dash or X dollars? Obviously this is a recurring issue. Thanks for any answers.

Hi Mastermined, thanks very much for asking. A lot is happening here in Ghana which wont be good for me to mention here, however, what you should know is that, i mentioned this earlier via my Ghana Dash for Teachers proposal: I am innocent of the Smartcash Roadshow and i see it s currently ongoing by the guy; dagoggu55 who claimed i never brought him to Dash and that he has the liberty to chose which community to work for. As you know, i started this roadshow long ago before the smartcash roadshow and you still have me here working proudly for Dash and appearing on media everyday discussion Dash Digital Cash and DashDirect here in Ghana. LIKE I said, if you want to know all details which i think are somewhat personal, i can trust you with that via pms. To make things Clearer: I do not and will not in any case work for SMARTCASH. The reason why you dont see a rollover of this proposal is not because of the ongoing Smartcash roadshow in Ghana but because i want to do something different with this proposal from its traditional execution strategy which i shall outline soon because i always look for innovative ways to get Dash going mainstream in Ghana which is a dream i have. BUT just so you know, it is often common for people to get jealous of others making success than them when they think you are suppose to be at the same level with them, it is common for close folks to want to outsmart you when they think they should be better than you. Per discussion with Cryptolib, this proposal for smartcash was copied and pasted by someone else who he was working with but left Dash in favor of smartcash.

hey cryptolib, just FYI, the link in the DashMasterTool (https://dashcentral.org/p/proposal-dashroadshow.gh) does not match the url here. The link refers you to a proposal that does not exist. Hope this info helps. I voted yes. :)

Hi Deathstryker, at the proposal preparation stage, i thought the url was to be the one that leads to the proposal not knowing it was for additional information. I should have kept the url to my pre-proposal but i was ignorant, there is always a first time and as my first time of submitting a proposal, i am learning as well. Yes, can you imagine? We have Cryptolib on the ground, doing meetups weekly, if not more, one on one, promoting Dash and Cryptocurrency everywhere he can. Cmon guys this is a small but very important proposal I think is the start of a great community in africa that can help bank the unbanked. This should be a no brainer 'yes vote'.
CryptoLib has been a very devoted part of the DASH community and been doing a lot of events around not only his town but other countries as well just like Nigeria and Cameroon. I think that this is a valuable asset that can help elevate the awareness of DASH in this part of the world.

For those that don't hang out on the DashNation slack channel, cryptolib has been a well known and enthusiastic proponent of Dash. He has a proven track record of getting the job done. I happily vote yes to allow him to go faster/do more. Solarguy on the forums.

Best of luck, this is greatly needed to make the case for cryptocurerncy and get people to use and trade with it across the world. DASH education is a most and having to do this face to face meetups can get people that might not have internet access or on a limited fashion, a reason to jump into the crypto economy.

Thank you for the detailed explanation of your budget propsal on YouTube video and also for the detailed break-down of your budget proposal. You have my support as i think you will do a good job at promoting Dash in Ghana. Just make sure you give good and regular feedback to the community if your budget proposal passes, as it is a 3 months budget proposal which means you need to really secure those yes votes longterm.
