Proposal description
Hi DASH Community,
In response to my DASH Expansion Pre-Proposal - Driving adoption at major Crypto events in Latam, and in accordance with the feedback received from Ernesto Contrenas, I would like to include DASH in one of the Major events in Peru.
The main objective of this proposal is to promote the growth and adoption of DASH in Peru and Latin America, which has historically been one of the leading regions for the adoption of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
Specifically, I seek to position DASH in Peru and highlight its most recent update, Evolution Chain, at one of the key ecosystem events in the country, the Peru Blockchain Conference 2025.
Through participation in this event, we will not only increase DASH's visibility to a broad and diverse audience, including investors, entrepreneurs, government officials, and ecosystem enthusiasts, but we will also promote its adoption through direct interactions with attendees and create integration opportunities with local and international fintech companies, exchanges, and startups that will be present at the event.
Based on the feedback received from Ernesto Contreras, it would be impossible for him to attend the conference in person due to his schedule. However, he can guarantee pre-recorded video participation from some DCG members.
In response to this, I have managed to arrange two slots for DASH:
- Virtual Slot: Pre-recorded video about DASH, Evolution Chain, and other relevant topics by a DCG member.
- In-person Slot: I will be in charge of this slot, participating in a panel with other members of the ecosystem.
Virtual Slot Guidelines:
- Video length: 20 minutes. Because participation will be virtual, the goal is to retain as much attention as possible from the audience, so this time is highly recommended.
- Spanish subtitles: Because virtual participation will be in English, it is not mandatory but highly recommended that there be Spanish subtitles so that the entire audience can understand said participation.
During the event, I plan to hold two drawings for $100 in DASH. One will be announced on social media before the event, with the winners announced at the end of the main day of the event. The other will be a live drawing at the closing party.
Additionally, I would like to take full advantage of this event by creating Spanish-language DASH accounts on Telegram, WhatsApp, X (Twitter), and Instagram. This creates a place where Spanish speakers can access information about DASH, previews, and updates, and interact in their local language. While there are already Spanish-language DASH channels, none are currently active on any platform. For this reason, I would like to position DASH and reinvigorate the communities in Peru and Latin America by opening the door to more activities, developments, and integrations.

- In the event of a price drop, the project can be successfully maintained by covering the difference with the buffer.
- In the event that the price remains the same or increases, I will use the buffer to acquire more merchandise and/or run more promotional campaigns.

- Strengthen DASH's presence in Peru and Latin America by providing opportunities for future activities, developments, and integrations.

1-4 potential partnerships explored for Dash adoption in fintech, payments, or education platforms.

3 professional video recaps of the event with Dash branding.

I should also mention that in order to participate in this conference, the proposal must be approved for this cycle, as the event will take place on June 19-20, 2025, making it impossible to participate in the next cycle.

A few points regarding your comments.
As you mentioned, LATAM is one of the key regions for decentralized solutions. The massive adoption of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is widely recognized, especially in countries like El Salvador, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, among others.

I've literally been in crypto for quite a few years. I have excellent connections, and I'm happy to contribute my efforts to the growth and expansion of DASH in Peru and the rest of Latin America. This includes not only virtual social media management, but also key strategic alliances, integrations with exchanges, local payment startups, merchants, representation at conferences, meetups, and other key ecosystem events. Collaborations and the development of marketing strategies with the region's top KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
