Proposal description

Dash should not only be developed — it should also be visible, understandable, and easy to follow across major regions. Today, this remains one of the ecosystem’s weaker points.

Important Dash news/content is still concentrated mainly within English-speaking circles, while many potential users, supporters, and observers in other regions still lack stable native-language news feeds. The goal is to improve consistent distribution so Dash remains visible across major language markets and becomes easier to discover beyond the core English-speaking audience.

This proposal addresses that gap by building and maintaining a multilingual network of X accounts, supported by local-language Telegram channels and chat distribution, to deliver relevant Dash ecosystem updates and Dash themed content in a timely, consistent, and locally adapted way.

I am now expanding the content focus to YouTube as the next major channel, alongside the already established X and Telegram news flow.
The first video, based on Mikhail Pshenichnikov’s speech at Blockchain Forum, is already prepared and scheduled for publication. It will be published on the Russian Dash YouTube channel within the next couple of days, and soon after on the main English Dash YouTube channel.

Going forward, key videos will be produced in both Russian and English. Russian is my native language and also the language of a large and active part of the Dash community, so this audience should not be left behind. At the same time, high-quality English content gives Dash broader global reach. With YouTube’s auto-translation, subtitles, and multilingual tools, one strong English video can also bring value across many other languages.

This is the best cost-to-quality approach for now: we cannot produce professional content in every language at once, but English + Russian allows us to cover both the global audience and one of the strongest local communities efficiently. The budget will be used for editing, localization, subtitles, and publishing preparation to keep Dash YouTube content consistent, professional, and scalable
