WHAT THIS PROPOSAL IS ABOUT
Over the past several months, I have built and operated a multilingual Dash news network spanning seven X accounts, 15 Telegram news channels.
The network is already active and publishing consistently. This proposal requests funding for the August 2026 DAO cycle to maintain daily coverage, improve regional adaptation, respond faster to important ecosystem developments, increase meaningful engagement, and expand video production.
WHAT IS ALREADY RUNNING
X accounts:
Across the seven-account multilingual X network, the age-weighted trailing-365-day snapshot indicates approximately 177.2K organic impressions and 8.8K engagements. Of this total, X Analytics exports for the English, Russian, and German accounts directly verify 142.6K impressions, 7,042 engagements, 5,183 likes, 991 reposts, +383 net follower growth, and a combined 4.94% engagement rate. During the current DAO funding cycle, verified account reach is projected to grow by 41% on average compared with the previous cycle. The German account achieved a 7.49% engagement rate over the same reporting window, demonstrating the performance this localized approach can generate. Complete X Analytics exports were unavailable for the four newer localized accounts at the time of the reporting snapshot.

Important updates are also distributed through existing regional Dash chats where they are relevant. These chats are independent community spaces and are not presented as owned audience.
HOW THE WORK IS DONE
I monitor official Dash sources, developer updates, ecosystem accounts, regional communities, events, and other relevant channels.
Useful items are selected, rewritten for the right format, translated and adapted for each audience, checked, and then published across the appropriate accounts and channels.
Translation and writing tools help speed up the process, but the content is reviewed and adjusted manually. Direct machine translation without checking is not the goal.
The same strong source material can be adapted across several regions, which keeps the work efficient while still allowing each account to sound natural for its audience.
NEXT DIRECTION
The next stage is to make the network contributor-ready. As individual accounts grow, trusted regional contributors can support local coverage and make each channel more native, while editorial standards and the shared content flow remain centrally coordinated.
BUDGET
The request is 70 DASH as a one-time payment for the August 2026 DAO funding cycle.
