Proposal description
Hello Dash community!
In August, I continued working on existing partnerships and activities while also actively preparing for a major event, Blockchain Rio, which took up a significant portion of my time. I also managed to confirm a speaker slot and a partnership for Dash at another event in the CIS.
Let's go through everything in order:
1. Blockchain Rio (https://blockchainrio.com.br/) attendance.
I managed to secure an official partnership with the event and make Dash an ecosystem partner, including placement of the Dash logo on the event website - https://x.com/Dashpay/status/2087173483734167745?s=20.
This will give Dash additional reach through its presence on the event website, allow us to place Dash promotional materials (flyers) at the venue, and the organizers will also publish an announcement about our partnership on X. As a reminder, this is the largest fintech, crypto, and blockchain event in Latin America, so it was important to get as much value as possible for the project from our participation.
The Dash community received 5 free tickets to the event, which we distributed to representatives of the local crypto community in exchange for reposting the announcement about Dash participation on social media. This generated additional exposure for the Dash brand in the local market.
Over the past week, I have done extensive work with our representative, Jose, to establish preliminary contacts and prepare him for the event.
We held several calls, including with the marketing team, to give him a deeper understanding of Dash and the project's current priorities. I would like to thank Joel (@thedesertlynx) for his help here.
I also collected contacts for in-person meetings at the event and made several preliminary introductions to potential partners. It was also great to see representatives of the local Brazilian Dash community reach out and offer their help and support.
Community is power! :)

We prepared branded merchandise and flyers. Today (August 12, 2026) is the first day of the event. I will post a report covering both days and the overall results on my X account - https://x.com/artemiy_nur .
2. Confirmed a speaker slot and media partner status for Dash at OMNIVERSE Web3 Camp in St. Petersburg on August 25-26 (https://2026.web3fest.org/) - one of the largest Web3 and blockchain events in the CIS this summer.

I will speak from Dash at the event and cover the latest ecosystem updates, with a particular focus on the development of Dash Platform. This is highly relevant for the project because St. Petersburg is home to several strong IT universities, including ITMO University - a seven-time winner of the world programming championship (https://news.itmo.ru/en/news/6682/), and ranked among the world's top 100 universities for computer science (https://www.timeshighereducation.com/world-university-rankings/2020/subject-ranking/computer-science).
There will be many ITMO representatives and students at the event, as I also brought ITMO on board as a media partner.
3 free tickets will be given away among members of the Dash community.
3. Represented Dash at another Proof of Contribution online meetup (https://luma.com/Aug-POC?tk=Lbqj9U).
This meetup brings together Web3 founders, investors, and industry experts. As a result this time, the organizers reached out to me and suggested a one-on-one call to discuss potential areas of cooperation. I will share the results of the meeting and any agreements once they are finalized. At the moment, the most relevant opportunity appears to be a joint online session for an international audience of Web3 founders building promising services and payment solutions.
4. Secured Dash's participation as a media partner at COINCRAFT SHOW on September 24 in Moscow. More than 1,500 attendees are expected in person - https://coin-craft.ru/coincraft-show-2026-en/
5. Together with our partners at 8Blocks, we published an expert article - "What Drives DASH Coin Demand? A Look at Real Utility" - https://8blocks.io/blog/dash-token-demand.
Announcement - https://x.com/8BlocksLabs/status/2082750126162866242.
6. Established contact and started discussions with the organizers of the European Blockchain Convention (https://eblockchainconvention.com/) regarding a partnership with Dash.
Through friends of mine I contacted Convention organizers. I am currently waiting for the organizers to send a request to Dash through our official contacts so that we can continue the discussions.
I plan to attend the event in person and will make a separate proposal for this. The European Blockchain Convention is one of the most prominent blockchain events in Europe, and Dash's participation would benefit the project by expanding its presence in the market and creating new partnership opportunities. It would serve as an effective, targeted way to establish new partnerships, build connections, and generate new integrations.
Integrations:
Over the past period, we have made progress in our work on integrations and partnerships. I have updated the "Current Status" column for each existing partner with all the latest developments. You can review the table here - https://shorturl.at/Fh1GI
New integrations and partners will be added after Blockchain Rio. I will announce new integrations in the community chats and keep the table updated with the latest information.
Plans for September:
1. Bring Dash as a partner for a new event at ITMO University on September 12.
I will represent Dash as a speaker. We are currently finalizing the program and the list of partners. The official announcement will be published in early September, when the new academic year begins, in order to attract maximum attention from the target audience.
The main topic of the event will be a review of the new local legislation regulating the cryptocurrency market. Together with experts from the Central Bank and legal professionals, we will discuss the specifics of the new rules and the future of the industry in the local market. We moved the event from July because the adoption of the legislation was postponed from July to September.
This time, we expect record online reach. I have already confirmed more than 11 media partners, ranging from major Web3 communities to local crypto channels. Dash brand presence in the media space will be greater than it was for Crypto Day in March this year.
2. Participation in the European Blockchain Convention (https://eblockchainconvention.com/).
I have experience attending international blockchain and crypto conferences in person, as well as many contacts in Spain, where the event will take place in Barcelona. This will help me make the most of this opportunity.
I will submit a separate proposal for this activity and ask you to support it also.
3. Represent Dash at the next Proof of Contribution online meetup.
https://luma.com/Sept-POC?tk=GmxVAn
4. Continue working with existing integration partners (wallets, payment services, and exchanges) and onboard new ones, including contacts from recent events. Which is the priority for me now. I already have several new conversations underway with potential partners.
A complete list of my activities, together with their current status, is provided in detail in the table at the following link - https://shorturl.at/Fh1GI
I will be glad for your support, thank you!

I noticed the integrations section has not had any updates for a couple of months. I have been actively working on integrations and listings myself, and they usually wrap up within one to two months.
I would love to understand better: who are we typically connecting with at the Russian meetups and events? There have been several already and I am curious what has come out of them.
Just trying to get a full picture
