Proposal description
Hello Dash community!
Unfortunately, my previous proposal did not receive enough support to pass as other marketing and BD proposals. I am continuing my work throughout November and am submitting this proposal for December 2026. If you would like to support my work in November, here is my Dash wallet address: XweHBYeuWLHawNh52eSB5TGdVjYyrYsF8y
Key updates since my previous proposal:
1. ITMO conference and interest in building on Dash Platform
I organized a conference at ITMO University, with Dash as a partner, and gave a presentation on Dash Platform.
You can find a brief recap here: Conference recap. The full photo report and event recordings will be available later. I will add them to this proposal once they are ready.
The main outcome was three inquiries about building applications on Dash Platform:
A week ago, on October 15, 2026, I began receiving feedback from Dash Growth on our ongoing partnerships, which allowed us to move forward.
We have made progress with onboarding RampNow, MyPal, and Hot Wallet, and I hope to finalize these and other partnerships soon.
The rest of my previous proposal remains relevant, as my main focus since submitting it just under two weeks ago has been the ITMO conference.
Current focus is on the potential partners for integration gained at previous two events (Blockchain Rio and European Blockchain Convention) - MyPal, Novacula and Crypto APIs have moved into active, substantive partnership discussions. Existing negotiations with HOT Wallet, RampNow and C-Payroll also progressed through technical discussions with Dash Core Group (DCG).
I received first feedback from Joel and the Dash Growth team on marketing and joint promotional arrangements and waiting for the feedback on all the communications.
This spreadsheet contains all the latest statuses and updates from the past two weeks - https://shorturl.at/D6i9T
The main tab lists the partners with whom I’ve moved on to reviewing the technical and marketing aspects of a potential integration. The two adjacent tabs, «EBC-12 (2026)» and «Rio 2026» contain status updates on the remaining partners we’re still in discussions with.
Progress:
1. New partners in active negotiations
MyPal, Novacula and Crypto APIs are now being discussed in greater detail, with attention to the practical scope of cooperation, integration requirements and the support each partner is requesting from Dash. I have been coordinating the exchange of questions and feedback between the partners and the relevant Dash teams.
I have moved the relevant partner information and updates from the individual event tabs into the main «Main BD & Event» tab. This brings the active discussions, including their marketing requests, into one place for ongoing review and follow-up.
2. Technical progress with existing partners
For HOT Wallet, RampNow, C-Payroll and Atomic Wallet, I continued clarifying the terms of cooperation with the partners and DCG, primarily on the technical side. These discussions produced substantive updates to the existing negotiations. Many technical points have been clarified, while others remain under review or await a partner response.
Alongside the discussions with DCG, I have continued following up directly with partners to collect their remaining questions and confirm the outstanding technical and commercial parameters.
3. Marketing coordination and current dependencies
The main outstanding dependency across several active discussions is feedback from Joel and the Dash Growth team on marketing support, joint promotion and cross-promotional campaign options. This includes the requests from MyPal, Novacula and Crypto APIs, as well as promotional arrangements being discussed with existing partners.
I am maintaining contact with the partners while these points are being reviewed. Once the marketing parameters are clarified, I expect to be able to move the negotiations forward and provide a more substantive update on outcomes.
The partnership tracker and supporting event tabs are available here: Dash partnership and event tracker
4. Content-Factory for mass content production for Dash in social media
Over the past few months, my team and I have been building a sustainable system for large-scale social media content production for Dash, designed to consistently reach a broad audience. Below, I'm sharing Dash social media accounts we created, where we published our first content a couple of days ago, you can check it.
My other proposal (https://shorturl.at/yG8Ik) outlines the plan for ongoing monthly production through this content factory. I hope it gets approved this month so we can continue this work an post a lot of content for Dash on multiple platforms.

Plans for November-December
1. Onboarding developers teams who want to develop on Dash Platform.
As I mentioned above several solo-developers and dev teams after the conference at ITMO University on October 18 came for help to start developing at Dash Platform. I will help them to make the pitch decks of their projects as well as to establish communication with the community.
2. Continue integration and partnership negotiations
Now I focus on the existing integration pipeline. Several follow-up calls are already planned to discuss outstanding technical, commercial and marketing terms with current partners. My priority is to resolve the remaining dependencies with DCG and the Dash Growth team, agree on practical next steps with the partners, and advance opportunities that can bring new users and transaction activity to Dash.
3. Develop targeted warm introductions
Calls with selected warm leads introduced through the organizers of Proof of Contribution are planned after the ITMO event.
These introductions will help me assess relevant partnership opportunities through contacts who already have a working relationship with the companies involved.
This follows the approach outlined in my previous proposal: work through the existing pipeline, advance the strongest opportunities and use targeted introductions to identify additional partners with a clear fit for Dash.
I ask the Dash community to support this proposal and the continuation of this work. The discussions are becoming more substantive, and resolving the outstanding marketing parameters should allow me to advance them further and report meaningful results.
Thank you for your continued support!

The main outcome was three inquiries about building applications on Dash Platform:
- The first is an independent developer who has already received initial guidance from me on building his application and is preparing a project overview for the community. I will share it here and in the community’s Discord and Telegram channels within a week, tentatively by October 30.
- The second is a team with an existing gaming project. The game originally launched in 2006 as a Web2 game, reaching 16,000 users at its peak, and has been a Web3 project since 2020. It has its own original lore, a large user base, three books, and a board game that won a board game of the year competition. The team lead is currently reviewing the documentation and preparing a proposal for the community to migrate the project from another blockchain.
- The third developer has received introductory guidance on building on Dash Platform, along with links to the documentation. He is currently considering the opportunity, and I am awaiting his feedback.
