Proposal description

Hello Dash community!
I am submitting my Business Development proposal for October 2026

September is still ongoing, so this report should be considered an interim update rather than a final September report. At the time of writing, only around two weeks of the month have passed, and a significant part of the activities planned in my previous proposal are still ahead of us. In particular, the European Blockchain Convention in Barcelona, September follow-ups, several partner discussions, CoinCraft Show, and other BD activities are still in progress or scheduled for the second half of the month.
Therefore, I will continue updating the September report with new results, meetings, leads, partnership developments and other relevant outcomes as they happen.
The overall focus remains the same: business development that can lead to integrations, partnerships, users and transactions for Dash.

September and late August progress so far:

1.  Blockchain RIO

I included the full list of contacts made and negotiations held at and after the conference in a separate table on the “Rio 2026” tab here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1be_FpDHKsYVZemvgCnotKLowg8SBQ4RXjfTOzzOjWEg/edit?usp=sharing . I will add the most promising contacts to the main “Main BD & Events” tab so it does not get overloaded with too much information.
The event report is available here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QWZ4bDxOSj2D5m22QTgaW2o3YIWEonDGaemKDYoB4Hk/edit?usp=sharing

2. Proof of Contribution (POC) - Web3 Builders Networking

I represented Dash at another «Proof of Contribution» event on September 3. This is online networking event for Web3 builders, an international networking format bringing together Web3 founders, builders and industry professionals.
In addition, following previous event, I held an in-person meeting with one of the organizers responsible for partnerships and community development. As a result of our discussion, we agreed that he will provide personal warm introductions for Dash to selected potential partners from POC network.
Considering my current workload and the number of active BD conversations already in progress, I expect to start processing these introductions primarily during the last week of September and continue into October.
This is particularly valuable because these are not cold contacts, but targeted introductions from someone who already works directly with founders and companies inside the POC ecosystem. The strongest opportunities will be added to the «Main BD & Event» list.

3. OMNIVERSE Web3 Camp - Speaker & Dash Partner Presence
https://x.com/artemiy_nur/status/2098775687813349466?s=20

I participated as a speaker representing Dash at «OMNIVERSE Web3 Camp» conference in St. Petersburg on August 25-26 and helped secure Dash's presence as an event partner.
OMNIVERSE was a two-day Web3 and digital-culture festival bringing together the crypto community, technology companies, founders, traders, media and Web3 communities. In addition to speaking and representing Dash at the event, I used the conference for targeted networking and established several new contacts with industry participants and potential partners. As a result, several leads are now being processed and will be added to the general Dash partnership («Main BD» list) after confirmation with Dash Growth team.

4. Dash at ITMO University - September 9-10
https://x.com/artemiy_nur/status/2099066670652248329?s=20

On September 9-10, I represented Dash at ITMO University's “Universe of ITMO Clubs” festival.
The event attracted 800+ attendees (mostly new students) over two days and gave us an opportunity to introduce Dash directly to a young technical audience, including students interested in blockchain, Web3, development and entrepreneurship.
Dash had an offline presence at the event, including branded materials, merchandise and a prize giveaway.
As a result, we introduced Dash to hundreds of students, generated 20+ new users via Dash Pay app, and also used this activity as a bridge toward a much larger dedicated crypto event that I am preparing at ITMO University for October (previously I planned this event to September 11, but shifted because of the Universe of ITMO Clubs” festival).
This is particularly important because I am trying to build a long-term presence for Dash within the university ecosystem rather than organize isolated one-time activities.

5. European Blockchain Convention – Barcelona (preliminary status update).
The conference takes place on September 16-18, so at the time of submitting this proposal, this activity has not yet been completed. I’m still waiting for a decision from the Spanish Consulate regarding my visa. However, as a backup plan, I’ve managed to find a person locally in Barcelona who has attended this event before and is currently working in business development for a crypto project. We’ve already had a few calls, and I brought him up to speed on the project, our goals, and the key tasks. He’s ready to step in and attend the event on short notice if needed. Also, I’ve started online pre-networking for this event in the chat and mobile app of the conference.

6. Existing integrations and partnerships

I have continued working with the existing pipeline of potential Dash partners and integrations. This remains one of my highest priorities.
All the partners and current results (including new from Blockchain RIO) are in the table – https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1be_FpDHKsYVZemvgCnotKLowg8SBQ4RXjfTOzzOjWEg/edit?usp=sharing (there are 2 tabs – «Main BD & Event» with «old» partners and events integrations and «Rio 2026» with leads from Rio conference)
There are currently several discussions at different stages, including conversations with RampNow, Novacula.io, HEVN/HOT Wallet, Atomic Wallet, C-Payroll, Bloquo, Oobit, MyPal and other companies from our existing pipeline.
The main point is that old and new partners are waiting for feedback, technical clarification or the next step. Since the beginning of September, I’ve sent questions and been waiting for feedback from the Dash Growth team regarding partner requests and follow-up questions. I’ll be able to move forward only after these clarifications. I asked few times in different channels for help regarding this point but with no answer till now. I guess it’s because of the DashCon, so I’m waiting for the response.

7. Building the next Dash event at ITMO University
Announcement: https://t.me/build_club/177

The dedicated ITMO event originally planned for September has been moved to October 11 (because of the “Universe of ITMO Clubs” festival that took place at the same dates). The program is currently being developed, speakers attracted, now waiting for approval from partners and sponsors.
One of the confirmed speakers is Danil Sachkov, creator of Bastyon (https://bastyon.com/about ) - a decentralized, censorship-resistant social and media platform that runs on a Bitcoin-style blockchain model and uses its own cryptocurrency. This event is a continuation of the work we started with Crypto Day ITMO earlier this year and the September ITMO activities.
The goal is to make Dash increasingly visible inside one of the strongest technical university environments in the CIS and connect the project with developers, entrepreneurs and future Web3 professionals.

Plans for October

After several months of conferences, outreach and lead generation, I believe October should be primarily about conversion.
I now have a substantial network of contacts and opportunities.
My goal is to turn as many of these conversations as possible into integrations to gain new Dash users and transaction volume. I hope for the help of the Dash Growth team here to finalize current leads and onboard the new ones.

1. Process and convert the accumulated BD pipeline
This will be my main priority for October.
During the last few months, I have accumulated a considerable number of contacts from GGate, Blockchain Rio, OMNIVERSE Web3 Camp, Proof of Contribution and other conferences, personal introductions and ongoing outbound BD.
September will add another important source of leads - the European Blockchain Convention.
Instead of focusing primarily on generating even more contacts, October will be heavily focused on working through the existing pipeline and converting the strongest opportunities into concrete next steps + finalizing the long-live negotiation to the integrations.
I will particularly prioritize companies where Dash can obtain measurable utility.

2. European Blockchain Convention follow-ups
A significant portion of October BD activity will be dedicated to following up with the contacts generated at European Blockchain Convention.
Conference contacts lose value very quickly without structured follow-up, so my goal will be to reconnect with relevant companies immediately after Barcelona and identify which conversations have realistic integration or partnership potential.
The strongest leads will be moved into our existing BD pipeline with clearly defined statuses and next steps.

3. Networking through Hashlock Network introductions
Another area I plan to develop in October is the network of introductions generated through Hashlock Network. These introductions by the organizers can give Dash access to additional Web3 founders, infrastructure projects, ecosystem companies and potential integration partners.
I plan to systematically work through these introductions, organize calls with relevant companies and identify opportunities where cooperation with Dash makes strategic sense. This is especially valuable because warm introductions generally provide a much stronger starting point than cold outreach.

4. Dash x ITMO event - October 11
I will organize and represent Dash at the new event at ITMO University on October 11. Importantly, the September “Universe of ITMO Clubs” activation serves as a lead-in and bridge to this larger October event, allowing us to build awareness before bringing the audience into a more Dash-focused crypto event.

5. Continue existing integration negotiations

I will continue moving forward discussions already underway with wallets, payment providers, exchanges and infrastructure companies.
The priority is to unblock conversations where partners are already interested but require additional information, technical feedback, commercial discussion or internal coordination from Dash.
Particular attention will be paid to opportunities that can realistically result in Dash integration and additional transaction volume, rather than partnerships that provide only marketing exposure.

I will continue updating the September report during the second half of the month, including the results of the European Blockchain Convention, ongoing integration negotiations and other activities that have not yet been completed at the time this proposal is being submitted.

Thank you to the Dash Community for your continued support!
