Proposal description

Hello Dash community!

I am submitting my November 2026 Business Development and Events proposal. As outlined in my previous proposal, this report covers approximately half a month: the business development work completed during the remainder of September, following my interim update in the middle of the month. It also sets out my priorities for November.
The main development is that potential partners for integration gained at previous two events (Blockchain Rio and European Blockchain Convention) - MyPal, Novacula and Crypto APIs have moved into active, substantive partnership discussions. Existing negotiations with HOT Wallet, RampNow and C-Payroll also progressed through technical discussions with Dash Core Group (DCG). The next steps depend on further partner clarifications and feedback from Joel and the Dash Growth team on marketing and joint promotional arrangements, I’ve sent all the questions and latest updates and waiting for the feedback.
This spreadsheet contains all the latest statuses and updates from the past two weeks - https://shorturl.at/D6i9T

The main tab lists the partners with whom I’ve moved on to reviewing the technical and marketing aspects of a potential integration. The two adjacent tabs, «EBC-12 (2026)» and «Rio 2026» contain status updates on the remaining partners we’re still in discussions with.

Progress during the second half of September

1. New partners in active negotiations
MyPal, Novacula and Crypto APIs are now being discussed in greater detail, with attention to the practical scope of cooperation, integration requirements and the support each partner is requesting from Dash. I have been coordinating the exchange of questions and feedback between the partners and the relevant Dash teams.
I have moved the relevant partner information and updates from the individual event tabs into the main «Main BD & Event» tab. This brings the active discussions, including their marketing requests, into one place for ongoing review and follow-up.

2. Technical progress with existing partners
For HOT Wallet, RampNow, C-Payroll and Atomic Wallet, I continued clarifying the terms of cooperation with the partners and DCG, primarily on the technical side. These discussions produced substantive updates to the existing negotiations. Many technical points have been clarified, while others remain under review or await a partner response.
Alongside the discussions with DCG, I have continued following up directly with partners to collect their remaining questions and confirm the outstanding technical and commercial parameters.

3. Marketing coordination and current dependencies
The main outstanding dependency across several active discussions is feedback from Joel and the Dash Growth team on marketing support, joint promotion and cross-promotional campaign options. This includes the requests from MyPal, Novacula and Crypto APIs, as well as promotional arrangements being discussed with existing partners.
I am maintaining contact with the partners while these points are being reviewed. Once the marketing parameters are clarified, I expect to be able to move the negotiations forward and provide a more substantive update on outcomes.

Plans for October - November

1. Prepare and deliver the ITMO conference on October 18
Since the beginning of October, my main focus has been preparing the conference “Digital Finance and the Law. New Rules for the Market,” hosted by Build Web3 Club at ITMO University. The event will take place on October 18, 2026, with Dash participating as a partner. Here is an announcement - https://t.me/build_club/178
The goal is to give ITMO’s technical audience another opportunity to engage with Dash and build sustained interest in its ecosystem, particularly Dash Platform. This continues the university outreach described in my previous proposals and supports the longer-term goal of bringing more developers and active users into Dash.
The conference also provides an opportunity to strengthen Dash’s visibility within the Russian-speaking Web3 and blockchain community. The announcement and promotional campaign are currently achieving the strongest reach in the history of our club events.
Preparation will remain my primary focus through mid-October and until the conference is delivered on October 18. I will continue following up on active partner discussions during this period.

2. Continue integration and partnership negotiations
After the conference, I plan to devote more time to the existing integration pipeline. Several follow-up calls are already planned to discuss outstanding technical, commercial and marketing terms with current partners.
My priority is to resolve the remaining dependencies with DCG and the Dash Growth team, agree on practical next steps with the partners, and advance opportunities that can bring new users and transaction activity to Dash.

3. Develop targeted warm introductions
Calls with selected warm leads introduced through the organizers of Proof of Contribution are planned after the ITMO event. These introductions will help me assess relevant partnership opportunities through contacts who already have a working relationship with the companies involved.
This follows the approach outlined in my previous proposal: work through the existing pipeline, advance the strongest opportunities and use targeted introductions to identify additional partners with a clear fit for Dash.

I ask the Dash community to support this proposal and the continuation of this work. The discussions are becoming more substantive, and resolving the outstanding marketing parameters should allow me to advance them further and report meaningful results.

Thank you for your continued support!
